I love the Replicators as my favorite aliens, second only to the the visitors from the original V if you take sci fi in general into account.

Goa'uld for me. Symbiote aliens are my favorites, there's really nothing more horrible than the idea of a creature that attaches itself to (or into) or body and takes over your mind.

The Goa'uld by a mile. The entire Replicator arc bored the f*** out of me, and while the Ori were a definite improvement they reminded me of the kinds of religious right that I'd spent far too long interacting with, which just irritated me.
