Depends on what you define as a joke.
I'm quite anti-humorous so most of what I say as a joke isn't actually a joke but just something only I find funny.
Saying that, I saw some of my older tweets yesterday and I think I'm reasonably funny. Or at least, I make myself laugh, which quite frankly is my entire aim. Anyone else laughing is a bonus.

Yeha, I am there with others where it is hugely dependent.
I did have a Dennis Miller-esque referential one, the problem is that since Russian took over Crimea it killed the joke. As it relied on people being somewhat knowledgeable, but also only aware of a historical event by name."
"Think we will remember this?"
"Like the Crimean f***ing War."
"What?"
"Basically it will be an in joke for us morons who got dragged into this, we'll all laugh awkwardly, shuffle out feet, and say it was pretty much a bad idea. Other people will get it, but yanno since we're the ones who got proper f***ed we'll laugh at the historical anecdote, and everyone will look like we're mad."
