Todd can bring in record revenues to FAN and he deserves to be rewarded greatly with a big long term, front loaded contract with a movement clause! As his agent who is looking forward on taking a 20% cut of the contract I negotiated on, I demand it's at least a 6 year term where he only works a part time schedule of at least 50 posts and 4 threads a year. Anything more is extra compensation of 2% of his annual base salary per post. 3% if it's a thread. His annual salary will be at least $150,000 a year but you're allowed to negotiate higher. Also he is allowed to advertise his autograph collection whenever he wants as much as he wants whenever he wants no matter the topic.
If you ban him you must pay his salary in full plus additional 50 grand fine per years remaining on his term.
