Subjective question, generally just curious to which wrestlers you would prefer to see.
RoH:
Alberto Young Bucks Sabin AJ Styles Daniels/Kaz Bricoe Sydal
TNA:
Roode Aries Angle Hardy's Entire Knockout division ECIII Storm Anderson
For me, I would give the slight edge to RoH, as TNA has a lot of guys I would never pay to see in a million years, while RoH does not have one person that makes me change the channel.

Right now, RoH by a decent margin. TNA has some good women's wrestlers, ECIII, Roode, Aries, and Storm. Angle's lost a huge step, the Hardy's are occasionally good too. It's sad because, in it's prime, TNA had probably the best roter in wrestling.
But several of those guys have jumped ship to RoH. Styles, Bad Influence, Young Bucks, Sabin and Lethal are all still good, and they're absolutely stacked elsewhere. It's honestly pretty exciting to be able to see thme more consistently for me, rather than 2 pm on Sundays every so often. And even only having an hour can work to their advantage, because they can keep the tv product constantly fresh as theyhave a very deep roster.

ROH and it is not even close. Most of the guys in TNA have taken a massive step back lately or I just don't see them as that good to begin with.

You're gonna mention Ring of Honor's roster without mentioning the longest reigning ROH World Television Champion and the GREATEST 1st Generation Wrestler, Jay Lethal?

How are you going to list the ROH roster with out one of the greatest men to live, that being the Panama City Playboy Adam Cole BAYBAY. ROH has a far superior roster, being in TNA is like a permanent case of the itis

ROH, but TNA has a lot of guys who would do well somewhere else. Like ROH

ROH has everyone from TNA that made me start watching TNA in the first place (granted a lot of those guys made a name for themselves in ROH first, like Daniels, Styles, Sabin, Lethal, etc.) plus some great homegrown wrestlers. Only guys on TNA's current roster I'd want to see are Roode and Aries. and I wouldn't be surprised if Aries goes back to ROH when his contract is up. It isn't even debatable.

Remember back when people thought Jay Lethal could be a superstar? Then he stopped doing the Macho Man shtick, and everyone realized he was absolutely horrific in every single way possible. Good times, good times. Heh.
As for the question: Hard decision. So much of both rosters are so stale. I'd probably vote TNA just for ECIII, who's the only thing we've not seen a thousand times before listed.
Chris Sabin, in the year 2015? Really?!?! *insert facepalm image here*

TNA: Has Angle and the Hardys
ROH: Doesn't have Angle and the Hardys
ROH wins.

Everyone in TNA that isn't a former WWE talent is terrible, until they leave, then they're the best thing since sliced bread and TNA were fools to let them go.
RoH have the better roster currently, but the WWE will come calling for most of their better talents and even veteran ones may get an NXT deal where they can no longer appear on TV. TNA, for better or for worse, currently have an easier time hanging on to some of their better talent so it may not be the case in a few months time, should TNA live that long.

Everyone was saying that TNA were stupid for not using Styles, Daniels, and Kaz to their full ability well before they left and called TNA stupid for letting them leave rather than use them to their potential.

They were actually great talent and had all the ability of the world, but TNA bogged them down and screwed them over and it wasn't until they left and got the stench of them off them that they showed the world just how good they really are.

Hell, even TOMKO looked better when he left TNA. Granted, he was mostly tag wrestling in NJPW with Albert and was a way worse tag partner than Karl Anderson, but still.
