Listened to every single Sylosis album from start to finish and there were so many amazing riffs, solos, time signature changes, and emotional vocal melodies that I left drained. Drained from headbanging, singing along to the songs, and air guitaring the solos and riffs while driving(I don't recommend doing that!)

Opeth has a new album coming out this year. And they're joining Paradise Lost as new additions to the Nuclear Blast family.
So happy right now.

I hope Opeth's new album is a return to their roots. Not saying I didn't or don't enjoy their current style, I just miss the atmospheric, dark, and brutal style along with Mikael's death growls that really helped create the mood within their earlier albums.

Pretty sure he's done doing those for good now. Which is a shame because that's when they're at their best. Not really a fan of the prog-rock sound their music has turned into. Though, I do give them credit for trying new stuff out. |

The riffs, vocals, drum work....in my opinion, one of the hidden gems in Sabbath's catalog that gets overlooked.
