Started pondering this because of the ongoing rumors that the call up of the four horse women of NXT might be impending. The loss of Al or most of them at once wound actually leave a pretty big gap in the women's division-and the women's matches have consistently been a big part of the formula. If that is indeed the plan, it seems they would need to find some way to fill the gap. The his causes me to think it may not be a coincidence that Havok got a tryout last month (even though we all know how that ended!) perhaps WWE are looking at some new bodies to bring in to keep the women's division in NXT strong after the call ups, and/or keep up the campaign to gobble up all the hottest names on the Indy scene? And if that were the case, who else could be potential contenders?
For my part, I hold out some small hope of WWE giving Kharma a second chance. But if not, Taylor Hendrix stands out as one of the biggest names to have not been in a WWE ring. And given her appearances as a rosebud, she already has a foot in the door. But I can't see there really being any women in TNA that WWE would be anxious for.

I wonder if it is WWE who isn't interested in using Sara Del Rey as an onscreen performer, or if she prefers to be in a trainer role?

Is Blue Pants a full-timer yet? Or does she still just show up on occasion to wrestle Carmella?

There are some great talents female wise on the indy scene, Tessa Blanchard, Evie, Kimber Lee, Blue Pants, Athena, Cherry Bomb those are to name a few. I do think NXT if those four are called up needs to strengthen the division much like the main roster needs to be strengthened

With how much Diva's get paid compared to the men and how short there careers are, I would like to imagine she took the trainers role for the job security, pay being close to how much a performer makes, and staying in one location in Florida. Plus some people get more of a certain pride of creating tons of great wrestlers then being a great wrestler yourself. My guess it was a mutual thing but it's a good question.

Keep in mind as well that they just did hire the three new indy women in the last big signing- so there's three right there who can lessen the blow if the Horsewomen get called up in one go-round. Heck, even if just Sasha and Charlotte get called up imminently, it wouldn't totally surprise me if endgame for Takeover becomes "Jessie McKay gets the traditional 'HUGE INDY STAR'S NXT 'DEBUT' MATCH' over Uhaa Nation to add at least one indy name to the mix to replace them.

Course with the way WWE has grabbed all variety of international talent for NXT, I'd like to hope that we may eventually see someone from joshi or a luchadora get brought in.

If not SDR, they seem to be working with Sarah Stock so I'd love to see her in some matches.

Nikki Storm and Hikaru Shida recently tried out, and Athena did so about a month ago. It's likely to be one of these who's next to join.

Why has WWE never wanted Santana Garrett? I watched her wrestle not too long ago, she ain't no joke.

Really surprised Shida tried out, seems like Joshi performers never get tryouts. If she gets signed hopefully that will open the floodgates for other Joshi.

Is Blue Pants a full-timer yet? Or does she still just show up on occasion to wrestle Carmella? Hey! She sometimes wrestles Dana Brooke! But no she's not signed... I wonder if they're worried if they sign her if fans won't accept her being anything other than Blue Pants.

I want them to sign Hania the Howling Huntress. She's hot, she's in shape, and she has a dope Native American gimmick. Like is it too much for me to get to see Cowboys v Indians on Raw in 2015 or

The only acceptable reason would be Red Pants in extra serious situations.

I thought this thread would be the news that WWE made new signings. Athena, please!
As for the NXT 4, they can work both main roster since NXT tapes its shows in bulk and I highly doubt Bayley and Becky will be called up anyway.

How does Tully Blanchard's daughter not have a contract? Didn't she recently try out? She will sooner than later I thought that she was supposed to be on Tough Enough by USA's demand- but WWE apparently pulled her, likely because they planned to sign her outright without having her go through the show.
