Okay, from the EWR Thread... Yes, I'm still on the EWB boards and still intend to finish my WWE diary. The biggest problem is that in June/July I do a lot of volunteer work, and so I have a little less time to sit and actually write as a result- but I am trying to book through to Elimination Chamber and write through as much as possible. ...also, I have really, really thin skin and can go into a deep depression when EWB regularly turns on me. Never forget that. (Honestly, I'd move the whole thing over to FAN and say **** EWB, but I don't know if FAN really allows EWR diaries into Forum Games.) As far as I know, diaries are welcome there. I started up one a while back and I recall seeing a few others. Worst case, brig it up to a Mod and see what's up. By popular demand, and by checking beforehand- a repost to send it over here. Hopefully, I got it covered- I don't think I covered it, but I just hope this works. (On the original forum it was on, there were a series of rules set up- that no one goes to. I took one ruleset I gave someone else there and made the goal of living up to that ruleset myself. Since Oak: Certified Jade Hater requested it and wanted it finished, it's moving here.) ---------- RAW, April 7, 2014As Raw began, the crowd was already chanting YES! as Daniel Bryan headed down to the ring, the WWE World Heavyweight Championships finally on his shoulders. Bryan led the crowd in a giant YES! chant as the crowd refused to be silent. Bryan thanked the fans for all their support, saying he couldn't have made it this far without them. The YES! Movement would not be denied, and now at long last he was the champion. This led to another big chant- as The Authority headed down to the ring. Triple H mocked the crowd, then said that what happened last night was a fluke. There was no way a B+ Player like Daniel Bryan could do that again in his lifetime. Daniel Bryan got in his face, only for Triple H to respond that if he thought he could do it again- he could try doing it tonight, against Randy Orton and Batista in the main event. In the first matchup, Big E Langston defended his Intercontinental Championship against Alberto Del Rio. The Mexican Aristocrat fought hard against the champion, but his destiny was not to be the Intercontinental Champion tonight. Big E's power was too much for the former World Champion, and a Big Ending led to the victory for Big E Langston. After the match, Langston celebrated and raised his title to the crowd. This match was followed by a new video for Bo Dallas, as he said a number of platitudes, promising everything was possible, if you just Bo-Lieve. From a hype video for a new debut to an official debut, as we saw the official debut of Alexander Rusev. The Bulgarian superstar and his translator Lana had originally made a big appearance in the Royal Rumble, but this first match was even more dominating- as if that could be possible. Tyson Kidd was the unlucky bastard who drew the short straw, making him the first WWE superstar to feel the pain of the Accolade. When Raw came back after break, a giant celebration was seen in the middle of the ring. Ryback was in front of a giant cake saying '21-1' as Curtis Axel was holding a video camera. Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar came down to the ring, as Heyman hyped up the great honor of being the one behind the one in 21-1. Axel prepared a video of all of the Undertaker's victims, spliced with the dominance Brock Lesnar gave the night before, as Ryback kept taking pieces of the cake made. Heyman ran down the fans, saying that they could never do something as great as what he and his client, Brock Lesnar, did that week. Ryback genuflected towards Lesnar, saying he was his inspiration in the sport and hoped that one day, Paul Heyman's guidance could lead him to be as great as Lesnar's became. Axel said that Brock Lesnar was as great a hero and a legend in the sport now as his own father was, only for Heyman to correct him and say Lesnar was far greater than any man in the industry could be. Meanwhile, the Exotic Express is coming to the WWE! A hype video aired for the debut of the new superstar Adam Rose, who's promising it'll be party time- ALL the time! Following her big win against 13 other Divas at Wrestlemania, AJ Lee was all smiles as she headed to the ring to gloat. AJ Lee talked about having taken out all of her challengers and proving once and for all that she was the greatest Diva of her time. She runs down the roster of people she took out en route to a 295-day Divas' Title reign, longest of all time. Just as she kept talking, Stephanie McMahon came out and talked about how AJ Lee was just a worthless, crazy little girl who was pretending to be a Diva, how she was no different than the Divas she ran down, and how the WWE could survive losing any Diva, and the only Diva who's really at the top of the company was Stephanie herself- everyone else were just a Barbie doll. AJ got angry and said her title reign made her important, only for Stephanie to say, if that's the case- you will give Stephanie a title shot, right now, in a lumberjill match- and if she loses, or refuses her, she will be fired. AJ put her dukes up and waited for the Divas to come to the ring. As the match...if you could call it a match, began, Stephanie took her time going to the ring as the Divas jumped AJ Lee and attacked her. The babyface contingent was wary about joining in, but Stephanie McMahon saying " ATTACK HER OR YOU'RE FIRED!" made them join in on the assault. Once AJ was beaten and broken, Stephanie McMahon casually walked into the ring, told the referee to fast-count, and put one foot on top of her as the referee fast-counted, then held up the Divas' Title. Stephanie screamed " AJ...YOU'RE FIRED!" as the crowd booed. Stephanie McMahon celebrated, holding aloft the Divas' Championship to the crowd's boos- only for the lights to start flickering and going on and off. A big purple and silver " THINK AGAIN" was seen on the TitanTron, quickly replaced by a " P" as Stephanie looked around the ring. The Real Americans were broken, but still standing, as Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger were livid at the betrayal by Antonio Cesaro the night before. Colter said that he knew he couldn't trust a emigrant to the United States, and added that there's now a new era, where only real Americans could be trusted. As the two led the crowd in a " WE THE PEOPLE" chant, Cesaro headed to the ring carrying his Andre the Giant memorial trophy to a chorus of cheers. Cesaro said he loved this country and he thought Colter and Swagger did too, but he realized they were what was wrong with the United States in the first place. Colter got in Cesaro's face, as Cesaro attacked. Cesaro sent Colter down, and picked him up in the attempt to hit the Giant Swing on him- but Jack Swagger cracked Cesaro in the back with the trophy, then broke the trophy over Cesaro's back and left him lying. As the main event began, Daniel Bryan headed down to the ring, as Triple H jumped him and attacked. Triple H hit Bryan with a Pedigree on ramp, then picked him up and got a second Pedigree on him. Randy Orton and Batista headed out, as Orton hit an RKO on Bryan for good measure, followed by Batista waving off doing a Batista Bomb and having Orton do a second RKO. The three beat down Bryan on the outside, before Triple H took his suit off and revealed a referee shirt. Orton and Batista picked Bryan up and rolled him into the ring, but as they went for the kill, The Shield headed down the ramp and attacked the three. Roman Reigns Speared Batista out of his boots, while Seth Rollins clocked Randy Orton with a chair. Dean Ambrose did the same to Triple H with the United States title belt, as The Shield stood triumphant over the three heels to end Raw. (95)

Smackdown, April 11, 2014.
Smackdown started in a big way, as Dean Ambrose of the Shield defended his United States Championship against the Real American, Jack Swagger. Zeb Colter was at ringside, one eye on his charge as he fought for the belt, and one eye on the ramp for Antonio Cesaro. However, it was help that Colter couldn't expect that finished this- as Randy Orton hit the ring and attacked Dean Ambrose. An RKO by Orton took Ambrose out, and not believing his good luck, Jack Swagger covered, getting the win and the United States Championship.
As Swagger celebrated, Randy Orton gave him an RKO for good measure- as the rest of The Authority came to the ring. Triple H congratulated Stephanie McMahon for proving herself the most dominant female in sports entertainment, and that all the fans will have a better chance to see this later tonight for her championship celebration ceremony. He then turned his attention to The Shield, saying that they had just made the biggest mistake of their lives on Raw when they defied The Authority. He talked about how once they could have been the future of the industry, but now that future will be destroyed. He doesn't care if it's not best for business, the Shield will be broken.
-Another Adam Rose hype video...yeah, they're kind of all the same here. Party time, all the time, yadda yadda yadda.
The commercials hyped up the main event, where John Cena and Bray Wyatt would have a rematch from Wrestlemania 30, with the winner receiving a shot at Daniel Bryan's WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Extreme Rules.
Big E Langston defended his Intercontinental Title, this time taking on Fandango. Mrs. Fandango was right there to try and distract the champion, allowing Fandango a chance to face off to Langston's assault. Just as it seemed that Langston would be the second champion to fall of the night, though, he was saved...well, not so much saved, but Ryback showed up and hit him with a Shell Shock to send him down. The referee called for the bell as Ryback continued his assault. Paul Heyman (with Curtis Axel a step behind him) took the mic and said, just like his client, Brock Lesnar, broke the Undertaker's undefeated streak at Wrestlemania, so too will Ryback end Big E Langston's reign as the Intercontinental Champion.
When the show came back to break, Fandango was furious about not gaining the Intercontinental Championship, then turned his ire towards Summer Rae. Summer Rae tried to explain she had nothing to do with it, it was Ryback and Paul Heyman- but Fandango refused to hear it. Fandango's final words to Summer Rae...this dance, is over, as he walked off.
The New Age Outlaws and the Rhodes Brothers set up for a tag team battle, both teams trying to jockey for position to get a title shot at The Usos' WWE Tag Title belts. Both teams tried to get their own victory in this battle and show the champions just what they'll have to deal with. Unfortunately, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of The Wyatt Family showed up and ran roughshod over both men, decimating them. Are the Wyatts ready to go for gold?
After their attack earlier in the night, Triple H went back to his office. Dean Ambrose was already there, furious about being cost his title earlier in the night. Ambrose said that if HHH wanted to try and fight the Shield, they'd find the sword behind it and would attack anyone they could put against them. Triple H tried to get the Authority's help- only to find Rollins and Reigns had already dispatched them. Ambrose finished by saying "...like just now. What else you got?"
What else can help you when things get that tense? The power of Bo-Lieving, of course!
The Divas' Title reign had its new light as Stephanie McMahon held a huge celebration for her Divas' Title win. Stephanie brought the belt in, then hugged her daughters and let them play with it. Stephanie talked about how finally, the Divas' Champion was actually proof of who was the most powerful Diva in all of the wrestling industry. She remarked how she was the only smart, sexy, powerful female in the wrestling business today, and that she'll break Fabulous Moolah's record without breaking a sweat, because she can make that happen. Stephanie offered the Divas the chance to pay homage to the defining Diva in all of sports entertainment- but the only Diva who took them up on it was Eva Marie, who talked about how Stephanie McMahon was an inspiration to her, and it's her pleasure to be at her service for anything she would need as a champion, as a businesswoman, and as a great leader.
Stephanie acquiesced to Eva Marie's request, and shook her hand- as the lights flickered again. The "THINK AGAIN" aired on the TitanTron, followed by the "P" as the two kept looking around.
In the main event, Bray Wyatt and John Cena continued the carnage from their Wrestlemania 30 match. With the odds on his favor, Cena tried fighting through the assault of the Wyatt Family's mindgames and the crowd, seemingly taking the side of Wyatt against him. However, what Bray Wyatt couldn't do at Wrestlemania only strengthened him in the rematch. Bray Wyatt ended up getting the Sister Abigail to get a win and the number one contendership. The show ended as Daniel Bryan held up his title belt, with Bray Wyatt beckoning towards him. (84)

RAW, April 14:
The Authority started out the show as Triple H had a microphone. HHH talked about how the Authority was getting their power back again, and that Randy Orton would have his title opportunity soon, hoping that Bray Wyatt would show the fans what a coward and a B+ Player Daniel Bryan really was like he had done before. He congratulated Stephanie McMahon for her Divas' Championship reign, now at seven days, and welcomed Eva Marie to the fold as Stephanie McMahon's personal assistant. He then talked about how there'd be a big main event tonight, where The Authority would settle all of its personal business- with Daniel Bryan and John Cena being forced to take on The Shield. Triple H hoped that both teams would destroy each other out there. This brought out The Shield, who said that they came into existence to fight injustice- and now, they won't be a party to an injustice. Dean Ambrose said they have no problem with fighting John Cena or Daniel Bryan tonight, but if they do it, they want it to be a fair fight, 3 on 3. Kane said that Triple H decided that a 3-on-2 match was best for business, and that The Shield were lucky they weren't fired for insubordination. Seth Rollins then said that if they can't have a just match here, then showing Kane what they showed him at Wrestlemania might really be what's best for business. Kane turned to them and said- they want a 6-man tag, fine, but the third man would be chosen by The Authority.
In the first match, The Real American United States Champion Jack Swagger took on the 500-pound Big Show to defend his newly-won title belt. Big Show's size and strength was almost too much for Swagger to take on, but the new champion dug deep and...had Zeb Colter distract the referee so he could clock Big Show with the United States Title, before locking the Patriot Act on him for the win. Afterwards, Zeb Colter said that this was the proof of a Real American, and that the power of a Real American can even slay a giant. As they led the crowd in a "WE THE PEOPLE!" chant, Antonio Cesaro came to the ring and challenged Jack Swagger to a title shot at Extreme Rules- and if they're Real American, they'll see the power of a champion who is Very European.
...and from matches like this, we see the Exotic Express- Party Time, Excellent...er, wrong ones...
Following the problems on Smackdown, a new number one contenders' match happened as The Wyatt Family were added to the mix with The Rhodes Brothers and New Age Outlaws. This didn't change the results of the beating, as The Wyatts destroyed both teams, finally ending with Luke Harper making an academic pinfall on Billy Gunn. After the win, Bray Wyatt headed into the win and talked about how Daniel Bryan had escaped his clutches once, but that Bray Wyatt knew he still held a power over him, and how no man truly escapes the Wyatt Family's salvation- and at Extreme Rules, he will show this and become the shining light of the world as its champion.
And if you don't want to believe in Bray Wyatt, you can BO-Lieve in his brother!
Big E Langston and Mark Henry came to the ring for a title shot, but Paul Heyman was out there with RyBaxel. Heyman announced that just like his client, Brock Lesnar, conquered the Undertaker's undefeated streak at Wrestlemania, Ryback will defeat Big E Langston and take the Intercontinental Championship that he unjustly stole from his client, Curtis Axel. Axel tried to say he could do it himself, but Heyman ignored him as he hyped up Brock Lesnar and Ryback's win. The match then began, as Curtis Axel got beaten down by the force of the two strongest men in the WWE. Henry and Big E tried their fight, but finally a Paul Heyman interference led Curtis Axel to tag Ryback. Ryback could not be ignored, finally hitting the Shell Shocked on Big E Langston. Ryback motioned to his waist and said "FEED! ME! THE TITLE!" to end the match. From a match like this became the first defense of the new Divas' Champion, Stephanie McMahon- her personal assistant Eva Marie by herside. After choosing the toughest challenger she could get...no, she just chose Rosa Mendes. And, well, it was hard fought...no, Stephanie just threatened Rosa's job if she didn't lay down for her to let Stephanie pin her. Well, either way, Stephanie McMahon defended her title. Stephanie celebrated in the ring, as the lights flickered. The crowd cheered, as Tamina Snuka showed up and said "Expecting someone else?" before attacking Stephanie with a huge array of kicks, finally saying "THAT WAS FOR AJ!" before security pulled her off of her. Stephanie smiled...as the lights flickered again, and the same "THINK AGAIN/P" signs were seen on the Tron...
The Shield and Daniel Bryan and John Cena started out, as Bryan and Cena waited for their opponents. Kane headed down the ramp and informed Bryan and Cena he chose their opponent, and it would be Kane. Kane headed to the ring, then took his suit off as the match began. Once it did, Kane immediately grabbed Cena and chokeslammed him. Bryan and The Shield went after Kane while Cena tried fighting- only for Evolution's theme to hit. Randy Orton, Batista, and Triple H headed down and started attacking each man. A Pedigree was hit on Daniel Bryan, before Orton, Batista, and HHH attacked The Shield. RKO to Dean Ambrose, Pedigree on Seth Rollins, and Batista Bomb on Roman Reigns, as Evolution stood triumphant after the match. (86, 100)

Smackdown, April 18
As Smackdown started, John Cena headed to the ring with a microphone. Cena talked about the beating that he, Daniel Bryan, and The Shield received on Raw from the reformed Evolution, and talked about how great a force Triple H, Randy Orton, and Batista were when they were together. However, they were also the type of group that made Raw their own personal playground, and that even on Smackdown, they spoke of Evolution with hushed tones. But that was then, this is now. John Cena was proud to be at the forefront after Evolution was destroyed, and now Evolution needs to find that things have passed them by. This is a new era- an era defined by the fans, not the whims of Evolution or the Authority. It's the era of stars like Daniel Bryan and The Shield, the present of WWE today, and he's proud to stand by men like them any day of the week. This brought Kane out to cut a promo and say that was great, but John Cena was just posturing. He had nothing to do with Evolution, at any time, and if he did, then he would probably have been destroyed. This made Cena turn his attentions on Kane, telling him that Triple H and Evolution did more to hurt him than most of the people on that locker room, like that whole Katie Vick thing- and now, Kane led him and Daniel Bryan- one of Kane's only friends- to be slaughtered by Evolution? Cena ended it by asking if Kane sold the Authority his dignity when he sold the mask. Kane responded- if you want to see how vicious I can be...you and me, Extreme Rules.
The opening match was a red-hot cruiserweight battle...oh, wait. Heath Slater fought Hornswoggle. Heath Slater took Hornswoggle lightly, only to pay for it as Hornswoggle kept attacking Slater. This infuriated the leader of 3MB, who had his bandmates help interfere and cheat as Slater kept punishing Hornswoggle. Hornswoggle fought back, but just before he could go for the Tadpole Splash, Drew McIntyre smashed his air guitar over Hornswoggle's head, as Hornswoggle sold it as if it was an acoustic equalizer shot. Heath Slater covered, then celebrated like he had just slammed Andre the Giant. Cheap comedy.
From a 3MB party, to Party Time...ALL the time!
Fandango headed to the ring for a match with Santino Marella- who had a special addition to he and his friend Emma- Summer Rae, dancing to the side of Santino against her former man. Another, slightly less blatant comedy match followed, with Fandango getting distracted by the appearance of his former dance partner...and the referee doing the same, allowing Santino more chances he wouldn't have. However, when Fandango was beaten, as Santino, Summer Rae, and Emma each pulled out their Cobras and shouted to attack- Emma turned and hit Summer Rae, then Santino with her Ven-Emma. Santino went down as Fandango covered and got the win, as Emma hugged him. Fandango introduced Summer Rae to his new dance partner- a woman who dances more divinely than you ever will, as Emma did her dance to a chorus of boos.
Yeah, can't believe that just happened, can you? Well, Bo-Lieve it.
The Ravishing Russian, Lana, was enraptured by the abilities of her Bulgarian Brute Alexander Rusev, talking up how dominant a force he is over the weak, puny Americans. Following this, Alexander Rusev showed this by...being a dominant force over Matador Fernando. I guess it counts, right?
Stephanie McMahon and Eva Marie were talking backstage, as Eva Marie congratulated Stephanie on her win against Rosa Mendes. Stephanie smiled and said that was easy. If people like the Fabulous Moolah could keep the title 27 years, she must not have to defend every 30 days- she's already on 11 days of her reign, and she doesn't think she'd have to defend again for a while- this championship business is no big deal for a dominant female like she is...
...but dominance didn't stop her from jumping a bit when the lights flickered. The "P" was seen on her laptop as the two looked at each other.
Backstage, Evolution looked around the backstage trying to find The Shield, only for Seth Rollins to jump out and attack the three. Roman Reigns speared Randy Orton, as Dean Ambrose made it clear: They want a war, they'll get one. Two teams enter, one team leaves intact.
In the main event, the fighting champion of the people, Daniel Bryan, put his WWE World title on the line against Sheamus. The two's storied history would have a far different end this time, as Daniel Bryan was no longer the man who lost in 18 seconds, and could show Sheamus just what he was dealing with. Sheamus tried all the tricks that he had in his arsenal, but Daniel Bryan was one step ahead of him. A Knee Plus took out Sheamus, followed by Daniel Bryan leading the crowd in a YES! chant...as the video changed over. When the video came back, Bray Wyatt was standing at the top of the ramp as Daniel Bryan seemed to blankly stare at Wyatt to end the show.

Raw- April 21.
Raw got off to a big start this week, as The Usos put their WWE Tag Team Titles on the line against the team of R-Truth and Xavier Woods. Okay, maybe it's not that big a start, but at least the two are fun enough as a match, right? The Usos took a quick advantage, beating down their opponents with their array of impressive offense. However, the champions wouldn't totally get a successful defense, as just as Jey Uso went to the top rope, the Sheep mask was seen. The Wyatt Family were right there afterwards, as Luke Harper and Erick Rowan were able to beat up all four men, even going 1-on-2 each. As the beating finished, Bray Wyatt headed into the ring. Sunday will be a night for rejoicing, for salvation. A night when the Wyatt Family will make it to the top of the business. Luke Harper and Erick Rowan can destroy the champions, and on Sunday the titles will be theirs. And Daniel Bryan- the crowd can chant YES! all they want, but he been lyin' to the fans. He says he's broken free of Bray Wyatt's control, but NO MAN ever truly breaks free. Bray still has power over Daniel Bryan, he can still destroy him, and on Sunday, he will welcome his lost little goat back into the family's fold as he gets the WWE World Championship in his hands.
In The Authority's office, Stephanie McMahon was doing paperwork, Eva Marie shining Stephanie's title. Kane went into the office. Stephanie asked for the problem, and Kane replied that he needed to requisition something in order to make sure that they handle John Cena once and for all and beat him into falling in line. Stephanie asked what he needed, then Kane pointed to his mask inside a nearby box. Stephanie looked, then said "Make sure you handle John Cena. Accepted."
Hellfire and brimstone? Even through that, IT'S PARTY TIME...ALL THE TIME!
In the back, Alexander Rusev was doing Hindu squats as Lana shouted encouragement in Russian. Paul Heyman came over to Lana and said that her client was very impressive, and that if she ever wanted to cash out and sell his contract, he could see Rusev being a great future Paul Heyman Guy. Who knows, he could even be as dominant a monster as Ryback- even if no man can be as great as his client Brock Lesnar, the man who broke the Undertaker's undefeated streak at Wrestlemania. Lana said that she had no need for filthy American money, that her Rusev was dominant enough to defeat any puny, soft American who he is put against- even one like Brock Lesnar, if the case shall be. Heyman said she had no clue what she was talking about- no man can defeat Brock Lesnar- not even The Undertaker at Wrestlemania could destroy Brock Lesnar. Lana responded that if he wanted proof of Rusev's dominance, choose a man and she will show you how dominant Rusev can be. Heyman said okay, then pointed to Curtis Axel behind him, as Axel looked towards his opponent.
Paul Heyman's Client, Brock Lesnar, may have conquered the Undertaker's undefeated streak at Wrestlemania...but yeah, Paul Heyman's Client, Curtis Axel, just got his punk ass utterly handed to him by Alexander Rusev. So...uh, Heyman's batting .500?
...but hey. Maybe Curtis Axel could have done better...if he had just Bo-Lieved.
The Real United States Champion, Jack Swagger, kept his fighting championship reigns going, as he took on the Great White Sheamus for the belt. Swagger kept showing the dominance he had as of late, the United States Title seeming to get him fully back on track again. Sheamus tried fighting back, but both men were equal in ability. Sheamus went for the Brogue Kick to take out Swagger, but Swagger grabbed his leg, swung him around, and locked the Patriot Act in on him as Sheamus tapped out. Swagger put his arm over his heart and shouted "WE THE PEOPLE!" to the fans, but Antonio Cesaro clocked him from behind and grabbed the title belt, then swung it over his head to the crowd's cheers.
Tamina Snuka came to the ring and formally challenged Stephanie McMahon for the Divas' Title at Extreme Rules. Stephanie McMahon hemmed and hawed, saying she was a very busy woman, and she needed to make sure she could find a sitter, and one week is very short notice, and that she had just defended her Divas' Championship last week, so it's not like she needs to defend for another 30 days anyway, so Tamina has no recourse to demand a title shot- but if she were to put in a formal challenge in writing, then maybe it will be looked at by the Divas' championship committee- a committee that currently happens to be run by Stephanie herself, but that's besides the point. Tamina is not number one contender, so WWE bylaws said that Stephanie McMahon does not need to grant her a title match. Tamina, instead, said she wanted the number one contender tonight for a match- as Stephanie said that her personal assistant, Eva Marie , was the number one contender- and since Eva Marie has not requested a title shot, that means that she does not have to defend against her. Tamina then grabbed Eva Marie and threw her into the ring, then beat her against the turnbuckle and hit a Samoan Drop on her, then went up for a Superfly Splash. A referee made the cover, as Tamina said that Eva Marie must not be number-one contender anymore. Stephanie took this new information into consideration...by which I mean she cracked Tamina over the head with the title and beat at her. The lights flickered, a "THINK AGAIN/P" was seen, and Tamina got to safety, motioning to the title belt.
Daniel Bryan and John Cena teamed up to take on the vicious Wyatt Family. Despite their usual problems, Bray Wyatt was nowhere to be seen with Luke Harper and Erick Rowan, assuming they had no problems there. John Cena, at least, could handle everything the monstrous members of the Family could handle, taking their worst and giving it right back to them. The power of the Wyatts could not be denied, as they started attacking Cena. Cena tried everything, finally getting the hot tag on Daniel Bryan. Bryan hit Luke Harper with everything he could give him, then Erick Rowan- but then the sheep mask came up. The lights went down, then Bray Wyatt showed up. Daniel Bryan started going blank, shaking his head and shouting NO! NO! NO! as he was walking towards John Cena- but just before Bryan could truly shake it off, Luke Harper hit him with a Big Boot and got the win. After the match, Daniel Bryan was still in a trance. Bryan tried to fight it as John Cena protected him from a Wyatt Family attack, but Kane showed up in his full outfit, then attacked Cena with a big Chokeslam, then lit the turnbuckles on fire.
In the main event slot, Evolution and The Shield met under a different breed from Sunday, signing ther contract for their match at Extreme Rules. Neither team totally trusted each other, with Dean Ambrose running down all the injustices Triple H and Randy Orton had as members of the Authority, and that it was time for them to be paid back in full before signing. Seth Rollins read the contract, then signed it, as Roman Reigns glared at Batista as he signed. Batista and Randy Orton signed- as Triple H laughed. They're so busy on injustices that you didn't even think we wouldn't do it again. He's a businessman, he know what business is, and he had a team of lawyers go through the contract first. If they couldn't read the contract before signing, it's their fault- but you say two teams enter, one team leaves, it's right- the losing team on Sunday must immediately disband as a unit and can never team up again. The Shield looked at each other, before Dean Ambrose said "Well, it's been nice knowing you, Evolution" as the show ended. (92)

Smackdown, April 25.
Smackdown is on the air, and the graphics show it's BEAT THE CLOCK night! Four of the matches at Extreme Rules have been put at Beat the Clock, one-on-one stipulations, with the winner of the two's beat the clock matches getting to pick the stipulation for their match on Sunday at Extreme Rules.
The first of these challenges occurred for the Divas' Championship match. The first entrant was Divas' Champion Stephanie McMahon, who talked about her title reign reaching 18 days, and that she was proud the Divas' Championship Committee could pick the right challenger to let her fight in Beat the Clock. That brought out the "random" challenger she was assigned- Stephanie's own personal assistant, Eva Marie. The bell rang, and Eva Marie quickly laid down in the ring and let Stephanie pin her, getting a win for Stephanie in a nigh-unbeatable :07 seconds.
Stephanie then pointed to her time on the clock, and put it up for her challenger at Extreme Rules, Tamina Snuka. Tamina headed to the ring and waited for her opponent, chosen as the Total Divas' star and new wife of WWE World Champion Daniel Bryan, Brie Bella. Brie headed to the ring, glaring at Stephanie as she did. Brie entered the ring. Brie and Tamina shook hands, then Brie Bella shouted "I QUIT! I QUIT!", giving Tamina Snuka the win in their Beat the Clock battle at :01 seconds. Stephanie McMahon looked furious as Brie Bella showed no signs of a problem, leading the crowd in a YES! chant. Tamina Snuka then looked at Stephanie and chose their match on Sunday- a Street Fight.
Party Time, All the Time, Yeah yeah, get on with it already!
The second Beat The Clock challenge started as Ryback and his manager, Paul Heyman, manager who's client, Brock Lesnar, beat the Undertaker's Streak at Wrestlemania, waited for his opponent. Ryback got a lucky break as Santino Marella, his opponent, who broke the Miss Wrestlemania streak of being held by a woman, was the chosen opponent. Summer Rae was there to help her apparent new friend- or enemy of her enemies- but she was nowhere near the mind Paul Heyman was...and even if Santino brought Sun Tzu to his side he still would have had no chance against Ryback. Ryback finished off Santino Marella, getting the win with a Shell Shocked in 5:56.
The next match had Big E Langston try to break Ryback's time, as Paul Heyman, manager of Brock Lesnar, who broke the Undertaker's Streak at Wrestlemania, sent his other client, Curtis Axel, to handle Langston. Curtis Axel was up for his chance to show his own ability and try to get in the Intercontinental Title picture alongside Langston. This gave Axel a chance to play spoiler- and he slowed down the pace to keep Langston beaten. Eventually, Axel's scheme worked- as even with a Big Ending by Langston, it was all for naught as the clock expired and Ryback got the win. Ryback celebrated, as he paid homage to his manager, Paul Heyman, and announced their match would be Extreme Rules.
An Extreme Rules match? I don't Bo-Lieve it...
In the third Beat the Clock Challenge, Jack Swagger took on Dolph Ziggler. The match was the toughest battle any of the Beat The Clock entrants faced, as Ziggler and Swagger matched up well enough to make this a main event-caliber matchup. Ziggler tried his best to take out the Real American Champion, but Swagger's new power was too much for him. Swagger worked the legs to take Ziggler's speed out- and when he locked the Patriot Act in, it was worth it at 12:37.
Antonio Cesaro had to try and equal out his former partner, and it was almost a lucky draw as Fandango came down the ramp with his new dance partner Emma, who Fandango tried to merge his own ballroom dancing with...whatever Emma does. Fandango had been no slouch against Cesaro, but the King of Swing was too much for him. Fandango tried to prove his claim wrong by swing-dancing with Emma- who didn't know what he was doing and instead marched around the ring dancing. Cesaro, angry at time wasting, started attacking Fandango himself. Giant Swing got 12 rotations as Fandango went down at 7:13. Cesaro then took the mic and made his challenge to Swagger- a Ladder match.
Meanwhile backstage, Stephanie McMahon went to the Bella Twins' locker room and ran them down for Brie Bella daring to help Tamina Snuka like that. When Nikki Bella claimed Brie only did what Stephanie tried to have her assistant do in her match, this pissed Stephanie off further. Stephanie ran the two down as worthless, overrated bimbos who only get to be here because of Brie's husband and Nikki's girlfriend, and they're not Divas who the fans can be proud of, but a couple of two-bit reality TV stars who only get to be Total Divas because Stephanie McMahon LET them. Brie Bella got in Stephanie's face and said that this was the reason she did what she did out there- to finally put it in Stephanie's Billion Dollar face that she ISN'T the most dominant female, they can handle themselves. Stephanie, incensed, looked at Brie, and said YOOOOOOO'...as the lights flickered. When she came to, Brie Bella had vanished- with Nikki Bella wearing a shirt with a "P" on it and saying "SOON..." (64)
In the fourth Beat the Clock Challenge, John Cena was brought out as the original opponent for Bray Wyatt. However, Triple H said that there was a change in plans- due to not wanting John Cena to be injured too badly before Kane faces him at Extreme Rules, he made a change to Bray Wyatt's opponent that was better for business. Tyson Kidd came to the ring, then went for his match, as Cena said "Come On!" to Triple H, who shrugged. Michael Cole talked about how Triple H just stacked the deck for Daniel Bryan with his opponent, and it was as Bray Wyatt made short work of Kidd in 3:15.
Daniel Bryan headed out for his opponent, Damien Sandow...but Triple H did his magic again and said a WWE World Champion needs an opponent who could fight him in a Beat the Clock match. The Big Show came out, and was not happy with the decision. Big Show tried to do the same move Bryan's wife did, but Triple H said "This is a pinfall only match!" Big Show tried to lay down...but Bray Wyatt came to watch the match as well. As he did, Daniel Bryan went blank and stayed down. Bryan tried shaking, chanting NO! NO! NO, but it was all he could do to keep the attack going. Big Show tried shaking Bryan and saying "SNAP OUT OF IT!", but Bryan was entranced to almost leave for Wyatt. Seeing no other way to help snap Bryan out of it, Big Show hit a Knockout Punch on Bryan, taking him out and on the ground. Big Show covered Bryan, getting a win. Bray Wyatt headed to the ring and informed Bryan that now, we're going back to where he tried leaving him- but this time, he'll come home, and Wyatt will be WWE Champion- because now, they will fight in a steel cage. EXTREME RULES 2014- April 27.
EXTREME RULES PRE-SHOW: El Torito and Hornswoggle vs. 3MB.
In the Extreme Rules pre-show, we had a 3-on-2 Handicap match as the three members of 3MB took on the mini-masters of Hornswoggle and El Torito. The three 3MB members, who had been humiliated by their opponents many times beforehand, finally thought they had their chance to get a modicum of revenge on the two midgets. The minis, to be fair, were decimated by their opponents, especially with both teams being forced to wrestle in the ring at the same time. 3MB got the advantage quickly- and when Fernando tried to help his bull, it was worse. Just as 3MB seemed like they had the advantage- help arrived in a big way, as The Great Khali came out for the save. Khali proceeded to punish all three 3MB members. Khali hit a big brain chop on Drew McIntyre, while El Torito hit a hurricanrana on Jinder Mahal. Hornswoggle's Tadpole Splash off of The Great Khali's shoulders onto Heath Slater happened, and that was all it wrote as Hornswoggle and El Torito got the big win. LADDER MATCH: Jack Swagger [UNITED STATES CHAMPION] vs. Antonio Cesaro.
In the Extreme Rules opener, the Real American Champion, Jack Swagger, and his manager Zeb Colter, came to the ring. Swagger handed the title to the referee as he hung it from the rafters as Zeb Colter took the mic...
"American people...I come to you a hypocrite tonight. I come here to apologize to you, the people, to this country me and Jack Swagger loved.
For months now, I have been telling all of you people the facts about this country. This country is the land of the free, home of the brave, a place for REAL Americans, like my friend, the Real American champion, Jack Swagger. But my eyes were covered. Despite knowing what this country means to Real Americans, I had let someone who I THOUGHT had the same heart of a Real American- a SWISS person, like Antonio Cesaro, ally with us. I thought that, because he had come to this country the legal way, he was a Real American. Now, I see the error of my ways.
To all the Real Americans out there, I am sorry. I am sorry I would let some carpetbagging Swiss guy PRETEND to be a Real American, to PRETEND he understood what America was all about, and to dare to say that he could ever be an American. Tonight, a Real American, Jack Swagger, will do what I honestly should've done when I first heard Cesaro's claims, what this great country SHOULD have done when Cesaro first tried to emigrate, and CLOSE THE BORDERS DOWN. Jack Swagger will climb the ladder of success, the ladder of freedom, and still be the United States Champion. If you, the American people, can find it in your hearts to forgive me for letting that Swiss puke pretend he was a Real American, please put your hand over your heart and say, in a clear and crisp voice, WE! THE PEOPLE!"
A smaller WE! THE PEOPLE! chant followed as Antonio Cesaro's theme hit and he came to the ring to a big applause, with Cesaro choosing to bypass words and attack.
As the match began, Cesaro and Swagger tore into each other. Swagger and Cesaro ignored all the ladders around ringside, instead wanting to beat the other into submission. Cesaro was the first one to get a ladder, using it to punish Swagger. Swagger tried grabbing the ladder, then he and Zeb Colter used it to clothesline Cesaro into the ringpost. The two kept doing it a few more times, sending Swagger down. With him seeming to be down, Swagger and Colter set the ladder up in an attempt to take the title belt- but Cesaro picked the ladder up with both men on it, and pushed it away, sending both Cesaro and Colter to the ring. Cesaro attacked Swagger more, punishing him relentlessly. Cesaro grabbed a ladder, then threw it down onto Swagger, then hit a Neutralizer on him onto the ladder, then crushed him with it more. Cesaro went to go for the title, but Swagger grabbed his leg and locked the Patriot Act on Cesaro on the ladder, then pulled him off to keep it on. Cesaro tried to fight out of it, trying everything to get out, finally making the ropes, pulling himself up, and hitting an enziguiri on Swagger. Swagger tried fighting back, but Cesaro finally got a spinebuster, then went for the Giant Swing. 25 rotations later, Swagger was broken. Cesaro tried to steady himself on a ladder, then slowly made his way up. Zeb Colter tried grabbing his legs, but Cesaro made it to the title. Colter pulled the ladder away as Cesaro tried to take the belt, finally working to unlock the title before dropping to Colter's anguish.
After the match, Cesaro tried steadying himself, the title on his side as the show cut to...the Exotic Express. Party Time, ALL THE TIME!
WWE TAG TEAM TITLES: The Usos- Jimmy and Jey Uso [c] vs. The Wyatt Family- Erick Rowan and Luke Harper
The Usos came to the ring showing no fear against their monstrous, brutal challengers- but that would change quickly. The Wyatt Family showed up less like men but more like forces of nature, designed to attack the Usos. Both men were quickly able to take the advantage over The Usos, brutalizing the champions with a terrifying assault. The Usos tried- key word- TRIED- to fight back, but the Wyatt Family would not be denied. Erick Rowan hit a brutal powerbomb on Jimmy Uso and Luke Harper caught Jey Uso's superkick, then threw him out of the ring. The two Wyatts teamed up on Jimmy, punishing him even more, to the point that the pinfall was almost academic.
After the match, both Wyatt Family members dropped the title belts in the ring, then bowed towards them as the lights went out. Bray Wyatt showed up in the middle of the two of them, then took the mic.
"They been lyin' to you! They tell you all that if you fight hard, if you work hard, it gon' matter. They tell the WORLD that they matter! There ain't no happy ending in this world, no. In this world, might makes right. Tonight, the Usos- they came in as champions- but might has made right. Luke Harper, Erick Rowan- their eyes were closed, but now they're open. Now, they've given themselves to me, and now they have the might to make themselves right. Now, they are champions- no two men in this world can ever take this belt from them.
They tell you all that you matter. They tell you that when you want something bad enough, you can get it- that all you have to do is wish for it and your wishes come true. THEY DON'T COME TRUE, NO! Because your heros can come in like fighters and go out broken. YES, Your hero, YES, he can go in to the swamps a man, YES, and he can come out an icon, YES- but the evil, it's been in his heart! The evil's taken hold in his very soul, because I OWN his soul! And once that evil's in your heart, in your soul, no amount of wishing and hoping ever takes that evil out! Tonight, that evil's going to be shown. When I get in that steel cage tonight, Daniel Bryan- I'm taking that evil back out of you! I'm bringing you back home to the family! And I am taking that WWE World Championship you so kindly got for me, and taking it home to prove that might makes right, but more importantly, I MAKE RIGHT! FOLLOW THE BUZZARDS!"
Shee-DERP!
EXTREME RULES- INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE: Big E Langston (c) vs. Ryback
Before the match, Paul Heyman came to the ring alongside Ryback, Curtis Axel one step behind him, as Heyman took the mic.
"Ladies and gentlemen, My name is Paul Heyman- and tonight, you're going to see what someone who knows Extreme can do. Tonight, my client, Ryback, will continue his rebirth as a Paul Heyman Guy, as a great performer, and a great man, when he defeats Big E Langston to win the Intercontinental Title. And while this may not be as great an honor as when MY CLIENT, BROCK LESNAR, ENDED THE UNDERTAKER'S STREAK AT WRESTLEMANIA!, that is only an honor that only one man- one BEAST- can ever have. Ryback, tonight, has the proof to be able to make himself a beast comparable to BROCK LESNAR, when he takes out Big E Langston. When this match ends, I will have the BEAST, BROCK LESNAR, the ONE in 21-1. I will have the Intercontinental Champion, Da Big Guy, RYBACK!." Curtis Axel cleared his throat, as Heyman looked. "Oh, and, uh Curtis Axel, who's apparently very good too, even if he is nowhere close to BROCK LESNAR, THE MAN WHO BROKE THE UNDERTAKER'S STREAK AT WRESTLEMANIA, or RYBACK, the NEXT INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION!"
Big E Langston headed to the ring, as Curtis Axel jumped him and threw him to Ryback. Ryback went for an attack- but Big E Langston was able to reverse it and punish the challenger. The two put on a great battle, two big hosses trying to get the advantage over the other. Curtis Axel tried throwing some weaponry into the ring, but Langston grabbed a kendo stick and cracked Ryback with it first. Ryback countered with a trash can lid and brutalized Langston, but Langston grabbed the lid and bent it in front of Ryback as Ryback backed off. Langston grabbed a cookie sheet and punished Ryback with it, as Ryback took a powder. Paul Heyman screamed at Ryback, pointing towards Langston. Ryback grabbed a stop sign and went for Langston again, brutalizing him with it. Curtis Axel grabbed a table and sent it to the ring. Ryback tried setting it up, as Big E chop blocked Ryback and got the revenge. Big E went for a Big Ending, but Ryback reversed, got out, and hit the Shell Shocked on Big E through the table. That was enough, as we had a new champion.
FEED. ME. Diet Dew.
John Cena vs. Kane
When the match started, Kane lit up the ringposts- but tried keeping it going while Cena came to the ring. Cena was not scared by Kane, going after him and punishing Kane with anything he could give him. Kane tried fighting back, brutalizing Cena with everything he had. The power of the mask seemed to bring the monster back out of the Corporation's shill. However, even in a power like this, John Cena can still overcome the odds. AA, STFU, and Kane was defeated.
Believe in John Cena's skill. BO-Lieve in Bo Dallas...soon!
STREET FIGHT- DIVAS' TITLE: Stephanie McMahon vs. Tamina Snuka
Tamina Snuka headed to the ring first, angry and waiting for the champion. Stephanie McMahon came to the ring, hesitantly, and refusing to enter the ring. Tamina Snuka tried goading Stephanie to come in, but Stephanie took the mic. "I'm sorry...but just because I was forced into this match doesn't mean I have to. I am the head of the Divas' Championship committee, and Tamina Snuka was never intended to get a title reign. I can walk away and there's no problem. So, stop this match and give me a real opponent!" Stephanie kept stalling. Lillian Garcia took the mic...
"Ladies and gentlemen, if Stephanie McMahon does not enter the ring right now, then she will be stripped of the Divas' Cham-" Stephanie took the mic.
"Lillian Garcia has no power to do that. If she doesn't rescind that claim, she will be fired!"
Stephanie waited outside- only for the Bella Twins to throw her in the ring, as Tamina attacked Stephanie relentlessly. Tamina kept squashing Stephanie from pillar to post. Stephanie tried begging off, but tripped up Tamina as she did, getting another attack going. Stephanie happily stomped on Tamina, who fought back and got the attack. Stephanie rolled out of the ring.
"You think you have me? MCMAHONS ALWAYS WIN!" The Bellas threw Stephanie in, and Tamina hit a Superfly Splash. Stephanie rolled out of the ring....just as the lights flickered.
When the lights came back on, Aksana, Eva Marie, Layla, and Alicia Fox were all attacking Tamina. Stephanie entered the ring and casually put a foot over her, getting a pinfall.
After the match, Stephanie gloated.
"I DID IT. 20 days as champion! You were expecting someone else? Poor babies...face facts. I am THE dominant female in this business, and I WILL ALWAYS WIN. You see who I want...when I say to..."
Just then, the lights flickered, the 'THINK AGAIN' was seen onscreen...
...as the lights went black- and a scream was heard.
A familiar theme to NXT fans hit when the lights came back on, as Paige was staring back at Stephanie McMahon. Paige screamed, then hit the RamPaige on Stephanie. Paige locked the Scorpion CrossLock in as Eva Marie tried desperately to help her boss out of the hold as the show went to break...
CAGE MATCH- WWE World Heavyweight Title: Daniel Bryan (c) vs. Bray Wyatt
Daniel Bryan headed to the cage, wary, the YES! Movement bringing him into the ring. Bryan entered the cage and led the crowd in a YES! chant. Shee-DERP. The lights went out as The Wyatt Family made their entrance...and when they came back on, Daniel Bryan looked like he was in a trance. Bray Wyatt entered the ring, Bryan still seemingly in a trance. Wyatt, in awe, just kept subtly punching Bryan and gloating. Wyatt kept hitting the entranced Bryan, but when Wyatt tried going up the cage, Bryan shook his head and chanted NO!, trying to get to the cage and hitting. Wyatt was there to keep attacking, with Bryan shaking his head and chanting NO! as he tried putting his hands up to block Wyatt's punches. Bryan kept defending, but wasn't able to put up a defense against Wyatt. The crowd's chants kept running as Bryan kept chanting NO!, trying to fight off Wyatt. Bryan kept fighting, chanting NO!, and defending. Wyatt went for Sister Abigail on Bryan, but before putting him down, Daniel Bryan chanted YES! YES! YES! and fought his way out. Bryan kept kicking and punching Wyatt, chanting YES! as he went through, then Irish whipped Wyatt in the corner and hit the Knee Plus, then to another for another Knee Plus, then kept doing it for the four corners. The final corner was right near the door, as Erick Rowan and Luke Harper tried pulling Wyatt out. Bryan tried pulling Wyatt back, which led Rowan and Harper to attack. Seeing a better option, Daniel Bryan hit a suicide dive through the ropes onto the waiting Rowan and Harper outside the door, getting to the outside. Bray Wyatt was dragged out by Erick Rowan, but Bryan hit a hurricanrana on Luke Harper, getting to the floor before Wyatt dropped for the win.
Santino Marella and Summer Rae vs. Fandango and Emma
Yeah, this was just a cool-down match after a big battle like that, and it was seen as such. The match started off with Fandango and Emma dancing- or Fandango trying to mesh his dancing with Emma's. Santino and Summer Rae countered by actually dancing well- or Summer Rae covering up Santino not being a dancer better. Santino motioned for the crowd- only for Emma to hit a Ven-Emma based low blow on Santino as he dropped. Summer Rae tore into Emma as the men got out of the ring. The two put on a decent enough match as far as women's matches go- but Emma tagged into Fandango, forcing Summer out. Santino and Fandango had kept going with comedy matches. Santino went for the cobra- but Fandango grabbed his arm as the two men danced together. Fandango went for the dip, as Santino used the Cobra arm to kiss Fandango, who dropped from it for a three. After the match, Summer Rae danced with Santino to celebrate, him spinning her as he played his air trumpet. (72)
LOSERS MUST DISBAND: The Shield vs. Evolution
As Evolution headed to the ring, the boos started. Randy Orton and Batista headed out to the stands as Triple H prepped the announce table, hitting The Shield off at the pass when they headed through the crowd. Orton grabbed Seth Rollins and threw him into the ringpost, followed by Batista throwing Dean Ambrose through the table. Roman Reigns went after Triple H, starting the attack. Reigns got in the ring and waited for HHH as the bell rang. HHH tried to stop the force of Reigns, going after him relentlessly. Reigns was able to fight back, punishing HHH with a number of attacks. Reigns got the first tag in on Rollins, who started getting attacked by HHH relentlessly, HHH tagging in on Batista and Orton to keep it going. Rollins tried to make a hot tag, but the force of the three was almost too much. Rollins got a big kick on Batista, then got to the side to tag in Ambrose, but he was still feeling the effects of the table, and was brutalized by Orton and Batista. Batista went for a Batista Bomb, but Roman Reigns speared Batista before he could. Ambrose tagged back to Rollins, who was a house afire on all three Evolution members- only stopped as HHH went for the Pedigree. Rollins was down, as Reigns speared HHH before he could get it, then went after Orton and Batista. Rollins stirred, but could barely get the tag to Ambrose- who went after Orton and Batista, then got hit by a Pedigree by HHH. Orton and Batista went to meet the Shield as HHH got the three count to destroy the Shield. Evolution stood triumphant at the end, as The Shield picked Dean Ambrose up, then posed one last time as the PPV ended... (85)

April 28 RAW:
Raw started as so many others in its history had- with Evolution standing triumphant. Triple H gloated that Evolution has passed so many others in history by, and last night at Extreme Rules, Evolution has passed by The Shield. The Shield stands broken, its members never being able to team up together again following their loss to the gold standard in this business- Triple H, Randy Orton, and Batista. Randy Orton remarked that all the fans who thought that The Shield was the future of this industry learned future just means you haven't done anything yet- and Randy Orton is the PRESENT of this industry. Batista added "DEAL WITH IT" to his claims. Triple H said that, while Kane may not have been able to live up to his end of the bargain for The Authority, this just proved that Evolution is still the greatest force in this business. This brought out Dean Ambrose, who informed Triple H that, the match was true. The Shield are no more, and last night they were disbanded forever. The Shield will never team again- but that does not mean that Evolution win. The Shield was just a name- and if he, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins have to find a new name and team up that way...well, "The Shield" were disbanded, and there's no rule saying they wouldn't. Triple H said that he had thought that a lunatic fringe like Dean Ambrose would think of a plan like that- which is why he announced he put another clause in the fine print of the contract that the losers of that match would face each other in a triple threat match at Payback, meaning Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins will face each other on WWE Payback (available on the Network for just $9.99!)...and that, even if Ambrose is willing to do that- maybe he shouldn't trust the other Shield members as much as he thinks he can.
In the first match, John Cena went head to head with the Real American, Jack Swagger. Swagger's United States title loss to his former partner Antonio Cesaro was still on Swagger's mind- and if it wasn't Cesaro being on commentary made sure it would be. Swagger, however, channelled his anger into aggression, fighting Cena with a surprising array of ability. However, Cena could easily take on Swagger because that's just what he does- allowing him to get more of an advantage. Zeb Colter tried interfering on Cena as Jack Swagger locked in the Patriot Act, but Cesaro was right there to inform the referee about the problem. Cena fought out of the grueling hold, then hit the AA on Swagger to get the victory. After the match, Cena and Cesaro mockingly put their hands over their heart and chanted "WE THE PEOPLE!", making Swagger and Colter furious.
Bray Wyatt and The Wyatt Family headed to the ring. The Wyatts held their new Tag Team Titles as Bray Wyatt claimed what happened last night was a freak of nature. Daniel Bryan did something he never thought any man could do- he broke free. He had the loving power of Bray Wyatt, and he willingly walked away from it. He cost himself everything, and now it was over. Daniel Bryan could think he won, think that he had what he needed from the people- but the people couldn't get him to be the man. Only the power of Bray Wyatt, the power that led his men, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan, to become the tag team champions, could give Daniel Bryan the power to topple an authority. Now, Daniel Bryan can think he won, but he just became a frightened baby goat that lost his mama and daddy, just waiting for the slaughter. The Wyatt Family is true family, and now their titles prove that family runs deeper.
When the next match started, Zack Ryder was in the ring stretching, a vague amount of cheers for him. The screen then changed over to something resembling the videos that kept airing for the last month, as the WWE Universe got their first look at the inspirational superstar, Bo Dallas. Whether that first look was a good one or not is in the eye of the beholder, as Zack Ryder ended up fighting with a fire that people hadn't seen from Long Island Iced Z in years, taking it to the new hero. Dallas, however, was taken by surprise, almost unable to believe his first match would be this challenging. Dallas slowly but surely tried to get an advantage, finally getting the Bo-Dog on Ryder and getting a harder-fought win than expected. After the match, Bo Dallas did a victory lap around the ring and told people that even if his opponent believed in himself, he still fought harder and got the win, like anyone else in the crowd could do if they just Bo-Lieved!
Following a surprising non-squash match, we got Goldust in the ring heading for Alexander Rusev, now showing signs of being suddenly Russian instead of Bulgarian...and, nope, the status quo is back to normal. Goldust got squashed, ate Accolade, nothing to see here.
Stephanie McMahon came to the ring, Eva Marie carrying Stephanie's Divas' Championship. Stephanie talked about how last night, her match with Tamina Snuka was marred by interference, and as the head of the Divas' Championship committee, she couldn't bear to see an unfair match like that occur. Video of the end of the match was shown as the crowd booed. That's why, it was Stephanie's duty to kick Tamina Snuka to the back of the line for the unfair interference of an unproven NXT performer who dared to try and go after the Divas' Champion, citing Tamina's unprofessionalism to keep someone like that away. The crowd booed. Stephanie cited that now, real title contenders get their chance to prove they can defeat the greatest Divas' Champion of all time. Alicia Fox came to the ring for her defense- if you could call Stephanie going to her, demanding she lay down, and Alicia agreeing a 'defense'. Stephanie got the win as the crowd booed- only to turn to cheers as Paige's theme hit and she headed down to the ring. Paige talked about how she had to come to the WWE for one reason and one reason only- she would fight any opponent she was given down in NXT and made the title mean something. Stephanie McMahon was taking the Divas' Title, the belt that was the gold standard of women's wrestling, and turned it into a glorified accessory with her unwillingness to fight in a fair, one-on-one match with anyone, and using her power to make women who deserved better like Alicia Fox in that ring lay down for her, under threat of her job. Alicia Fox stood up and glared at Stephanie as Stephanie said that as a member of the Authority, it was her job to not go to board meetings and meetings with sponsors injured, and that there was more than just this to deal with. Paige responded by challenging Stephanie herself- and Alicia Fox welcomed Paige into the ring as Stephanie backed up. Paige went for an attack- only for Alicia Fox to clock Paige in the back of the head and start beating her up. Alicia asked "Is this good, ma'am?" as Stephanie McMahon gloated, Fox hitting a scissors kick on Paige, leaving her in a heap.
In the ring, the team of Sin Cara and El Local, allied with El Torito, were waiting for their opponents. The Wyatt Family entered, the tag team Championships hanging off Luke Harper's shoulders as Erick Rowan held the rocking chair. Rowan sat it down as Bray Wyatt sat there, Harper handing Wyatt the titles, as the two attacked the luchadors. General squash match again, with the Wyatts decimating the two for as long as they wanted before casually pinning El Local for the victory.
After the match, El Torito tried to get El Local to stir, only for 3MB to show up and gloat that now, they were in charge. Even if he and his little friend Hornswoggle could have The Great Khali help them, that wouldn't save him now- and his new friends are in no shape to help, so 3MB will get their revenge, baby. Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal advanced as Heath Slater said no one would help El Torito now...
...as the Exotic Express drove up to ringside.
A string of partiers headed out of the bus, circling it as Adam Rose headed down the ramp. The group surrounded 3MB. A giant bunny clocked Jinder Mahal, followed by a guy dressed up as the Phantom of the Opera beating down Drew McIntyre. Heath Slater was in shock as Adam Rose attacked, then hit the Party Foul on Slater, before El Torito, the stirring luchadors, and Rose all danced back to the bus.
Ryback headed to the ring with Paul Heyman carrying his Intercontinental Championship, Curtis Axel walking far behind the two. Heyman talked about how there is more proof that to make it to the top of this industry, you have to be a Paul Heyman Guy. At Wrestlemania, his client, Brock Lesnar, conquered the Undertaker's undefeated streak, and last night at Extreme Rules, his client, Ryback, conquered Big E Langston to win the Intercontinental Championship. Truly, his power could make any man a great legend in this industry, and tonight Ryback would show it again against Mark Henry- who may be the World's Strongest Man, but he was fighting someone who was not a man, but a machine, a force of nature- the Intercontinental Champion, Ryback. Henry came to the ring- and he was a good matchup for the new champion. Mark Henry tried to overpower Ryback, using his veteran wiles and superhuman strength to punish the champ. Ryback would not be denied- and if he could, Paul Heyman was there to stop it from happening. A Shell Shocked on Henry, and Ryback defended his championship.
In the Authority's office, Triple H met with Kane. Triple H said it again- The Authority had gotten their job done with Evolution dispatching The Shield. Stephanie McMahon got her job done against Tamina Snuka. The only person who didn't do what he had to do was Kane last night. Tonight, Kane was getting his next chance against Daniel Bryan- and HHH made it clear, THIS TIME, handle our business or we may have to have someone else handle it for us.
In the main event, Kane got his second chance against Daniel Bryan for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. The former partners and uneasy friends finally got their chance to square off, and Daniel Bryan was a man possessed. Almost having his attacks go for two years of pent up stress, he tried chopping the Big Red Machine down with every kick he had, punishing him with everything he could think of. Kane's size and power kept him in the battle, allowing him to toy with the champion in a number of ways. However, Bryan hit the Knee Plus on Kane, then the YES! Lock to finish off the monster. The show ended with Daniel Bryan leading the fans in a YES! chant, as Triple H, Batista, and Randy Orton watched in the Authority's dressing room. All three men put their thumbs up, then put their thumbs down as the show ended...(89)

Smackdown, May 2.
Smackdown began as Evolution headed to the ring. Triple H took the mic and talked about how Kane had proven that he had lost the skill that made him a monster. He couldn't handle John Cena, it's one thing- but not handling a B+ Player like Daniel Bryan made it clear that Evolution had passed him by. Tonight, though, it would change. Just like they could guarantee a member of the Shield would join Evolution, tonight Evolution would take care of its own business. Tonight, Randy Orton and John Cena would face off in the main event, and Randy Orton would prove why he is the Face of the WWE by taking care of business in a way John Cena could not.
In the first match, Xavier Woods was waiting in the ring and preparing. Bo Dallas headed to the ring as a surprising larger array of boos started. This second match was a far easier form for Dallas than his match on Raw, as Dallas was able to squash Xavier Woods with relative ease. After the match, Dallas did a victory lap, then saying to Woods that he put on a great match, but he didn't have enough tonight- but he was bound to do better in the future. He has all the talent in the world, all he has to do is Bo-Lieve.
Smackdown went back as Summer Rae led the apparent new team of Santino Marella and Darren Young, fresh off their upset win over The Usos on Main Event, to the ring. "Marell-ions of Dollars", if you will, seemed to be on a high, both air-tromboning and dancing for the fans' cheers. That was about the nicest thing they could get tonight, as The Wyatt Family came out and were ready to show their own attacks. Bray Wyatt sat in his rocking chair, the titles on the ground, as Marella and Young got squashed by the champions. The Wyatt Family stood triumphant, as Sin Cara and El Local headed in and attacked the champs. However, Bray Wyatt clobbered El Local, allowing Sin Cara to be double-teamed by Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. Harper hit a big kick on Sin Cara, followed by Bray Wyatt hitting Sister Abigail on El Local. El Torito backed off- but Erick Rowan grabbed El Torito, picked him up (as El Torito tried punching and vainly attempting to attack Rowan)- then Rowan powerbombed El Torito off the stage.
During the commercial break, a darkened city was seen. The camera panned to the top of a building, showing two large men going towards the screen, meshed in with two fists saying 'STAY DOWN'. The video ended by a whisper: "We are the Ascension...and we will rise..."
Backstage, Roman Reigns was getting ready as Dean Ambrose met up with him. Ambrose talked about how they'd have to finally get in the ring with each other at Payback, and wanted Reigns to know there were no hard feelings, no matter who wins. Reigns nodded and said he always kind of wanted to see how he'd do against Ambrose and Seth Rollins, which made Ambrose worried. Ambrose said he wasn't sure if Seth Rollins was with them- that he hadn't seen him since Monday, and if Evolution was telling the truth and one of them had joined up with them...he'd be worried if Rollins had done it. Roman Reigns looked and said that they think they can tear us apart- this is what Evolution wants us to do, but The Shield may be dead- but they were still brothers, and that can't be torn apart.
Paige was ready to officially make her in-ring debut for the WWE, taking on Alicia Fox. Following the vicious assault on the orders of Divas' Champion Stephanie McMahon on Monday, Paige was even more determined to make an impact and force Stephanie to respect her.Eva Marie headed down and took notes on the match. Alicia Fox was fighting with a rarely-seen anger from her, but Paige would not be denied. Ram-Paige followed on Alicia Fox, taking out the veteran for a big debut victory for the Anti-Diva. After the match, Paige shouted towards Eva Marie to tell THAT to her boss.
Cody Rhodes headed into the ring as the crowd gave a cheer...which soon turned to boos as Lana headed to the ring. Lana extolled the greatness of Mother Russia and its leader, Vladimir Putin- only for her client, Alexander Rusev, to head down for the ring. Cody Rhodes couldn't do much better than his brother Goldust could do on Raw, as a big squash was followed by the Accolade for a big win for Rusev.
After the match, Cody Rhodes walked backstage as Goldust came to his side. He said even he didn't get how tough Rusev was before he faced him, but he did great out there anyway- Rusev was just a force of nature. Just then, Tyler Breeze showed up (to vague knowledge) and headed to Cody Rhodes, then scoffed and said "You used to be Dashing. What turned you into just another uggo like him?" before walking off. Cody Rhodes stood by as Goldust asked who he was.
The Exotic Express is hitting Smackdown, as Adam Rose made his official debut. The Rosebuds piled out of the Exotic Express as he waited for his opponent, Heath Slater. The 3MB members tried to surround Rose, but the bunny and the phantom both attacked the 3MB members and kept them out of it. In the ring, Heath Slater tried to smoke the peace pipe with Adam Rose- who was having none of it. Adam Rose got a chance to show what he could do as Heath Slater bumped like a pinball, finishing with a Party Foul by Rose for the victory. After the match, the Rosebuds went back to join him as they headed back to the bus...
In the main event, John Cena and Randy Orton added another chapter to their age-old rivalry. The two men knew each other better than they knew themselves, leading to a perfect matchup for the two top dogs in the WWE. This, however, was not enough for Evolution, who were right there to try and get an attack going. Triple H directed traffic as Batista went down to help Randy Orton- but Daniel Bryan was right there to take Cena's side and help him against them. The two Evolution members kept up the fight- only for Kane to head down the ramp and help out the two. Kane hit a chokeslam on Randy Orton, leading to a Knee Plus on Batista. Kane looked at Daniel Bryan, then hugged him as the crowd gave a big YES! chant as Smackdown ended.

Raw, May 5.
Raw started out with a bang, as we got an appearance by WWE Hall of Famer and 16-time World Champion, Ric Flair. Flair talked about how great it was to be in the WWE, and talked about how great his career had been, throughout WCW and the WWE. He said his legacy will continue now, introducing his daughter, Charlotte, to the WWE Universe. He said how she had been performing in NXT, with all the great performers there, and now she's ready to carry on the Nature Boy's legacy to a new generation of fans. This brought out Ric Flair's old friends in Evolution, who talked about how great it was to have the gang back together. Triple H talked about how great it was when Ric Flair was mentoring him, and how he helped turn Randy Orton and Batista into the great stars they are today. Randy Orton said that the door was always open for him to come back- he and Batista needed someone to carry their bags for them. Batista added that his daughter could join them too- he could find a number of good positions for her. This infuriated Ric Flair, as he said that he chose Batista and Randy Orton as much as Triple H did, and if he knew what Randy Orton and Batista were going to become 10 years ago, he never would have picked them in the first place. Triple H said that was Flair's mistake- he thought HE got to decide where things went. Triple H was always the gold standard, and he surrounds himself with the gold standard. You either adapt to Evolution, or you perish- just like The Shield did when they defeated them and got one to join them, just like Kane did, just like Ric Flair did- and if his daughter isn't willing to fall in line, just like she will. In the opening match of the show, the Intercontinental Champion Ryback, flanked by his manager Paul Heyman, the One Behind The One in 21-1 Brock Lesnar, took on John Cena. Curtis Axel walked a step behind Heyman carrying Ryback's title, a bottle of water in his hand. Ryback's new attitude and refocused style ended up causing Ryback to take it to Cena again, putting Cena on the defensive early from his assault. Ryback's unstoppable force was far harder than Cena had seen from Ryback in their past, and Cena's inability to cope was fairly obvious. Cena tried to get the FU on Ryback, but Ryback reversed out of it, then hit the Shell Shocked for the upset. After the match, Ryback chanted Feed Me More as Paul Heyman went to the ring and gloated that, just like His Client, Brock Lesnar, ended the Undertaker's Streak at Wrestlemania, Ryback, the Intercontinental Champion, just defeated John Cena cleanly, and gloated that no man- short of maybe Brock Lesnar, the man who broke the Undertaker's Streak at Wrestlemania, could challenge Ryback- and he welcomed any man who thought they were tough enough to try. The crowd booed- which became a cheer as Heyman heard a "HOW ABOUT ME, THEN?" from right behind Heyman. Curtis Axel turned and attacked Ryback, then turned to Heyman, poured the bottle of water over Heyman's head, and said "NOW, who's the better Paul Heyman Guy?" before leaving to some cheers.
After the break, Zack Ryder's theme hit as he headed to the ring (and the fact he actually got an entrance showed the more positive view he's had) as video aired of his shockingly great performance against Bo Dallas last week. Bo Dallas headed to the ring with a mic. He talked about how it was great that Zack Ryder's the first success story of his inspiration- and in just one short week, he had went from a joke that everyone was laughing at, back to the man people loved before- all because he Bo-Lieved in himself. Dallas talked about how his methods can save anyone and allow anyone who Bo-Lieves to live the life they imagined, then brought out his first Bo-Liever. Aksana showed up and took Dallas's side, saying that she had been lost for years, until she finally saw the light and started to Bo-Lieve. Zack Ryder, incensed Dallas would take credit for himself, ran out and threw Dallas into the ring, then tore into him as the crowd cheered. Ryder beat him into the corner, then went for the Broski Boot, only for Aksana to put Dallas's foot on the ropes. Ryder wouldn't be denied though, continuing to tear into Dallas as the crowd got behind Long Island Iced Z. Ryder hit the Rough Ryder, but before he could go for the Zack Attack, Xavier Woods headed to the ring and attacked Ryder as the crowd booed. Bo Dallas hit the Bo-Dog and got the three count. After the match, Dallas did a victory lap as Xavier Woods took the mic. Woods talked about how he had had his problems, and he thought that there was no happy end for him. He thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel and he was going to be stuck going nowhere in life, but on Thursday that all changed. He saw his salvation come to him, and it helped show him the true path in life. Now, Woods is proud to say that he Bo-Lieves. Aksana took Woods's hand as Bo Dallas raised his arm to the crowd.
Rey Mysterio headed to the ring to the cheers of the crowd- which turned to boos as Lana headed out to the ring. Lana talked about the virtues of Russia and its leader, Vladimir Putin, before bringing Alexander Rusev to the ring. Rusev did what Rusev does, squashing Rey Mysterio before locking the Accolade in on him. Same as normal.
Meanwhile, backstage the Exotic Express was driving into the building, with a big sign saying 'PARTY OVER HERE'. The bus stopped as the Rosebuds and Adam Rose got out, then danced that way- only for 3MB to clock Rose with an air guitar. Drew McIntyre attacked Rose while Jinder Mahal and Heath Slater beat up on Rosebuds. Jinder Mahal looked at his bandmates and remarked that even he didn't think that would work- I guess he owes them a Diet Dew. 3MB left the Rosebuds lying as the show went to break...
Meanwhile, a video aired for the debut of The Ascension. They're the Ascension, they will rise...yep, same thing.
The tag team division continued to heat up, as The Brotherhood of Cody Rhodes and Goldust took on Sin Cara and El Local. El Torito was at ringside to cheer on his lucha brothers, which helped, because Tyler Breeze was on commentary talking about his problem with Cody Rhodes. The two teams put on a hard fight as Breeze talked about how Cody Rhodes used to be a hero to beautiful people everywhere before daring to put his stock in with an uggo like Goldust, and that even blood doesn't work against beauty. The Brotherhood took the advantage against their opponents- at least until Tyler Breeze attacked Goldust with a Supermodel Kick on the outside. Cody tried getting a tag, allowing El Local to roll him up for the big win. After the match, Cody Rhodes shouted towards Tyler Breeze as Breeze took a selfie of himself standing over Goldust.
In what was sold as a number-one contenders' match, Brie Bella fought Paige. The two were able to put on a great showing, each woman trying to jockey for position at the Divas' Championship...held by Stephanie McMahon, who happened to be the head of the Divas' Championship Committee. And, after a few minutes of attack, this led to the same problem, as Stephanie McMahon came to the ring and announced that upon the rerankings of the Divas' Championship committee, it turned out that both Brie Bella and Paige were nowhere near number one contender to the Divas' Title, and as such they could not fight in a number one contenders' match, forcing this match to be thrown out as a draw. The crowd were furious as Paige and Brie Bella complained, with Stephanie saying it was only how the committee's rankings were- only for Nikki Bella to show up behind Stephanie and throw her in the ring. Stephanie begged off as Brie and Nikki attacked, then shook hands.
Backstage, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose were hanging out and talked about their match at Payback, where they'd have to fight Roman Reigns. Both agreed that they wanted to see who the best man of The Shield is. Rollins then turned to Ambrose and remarked that the two of them had to fight for everything they had ever gotten, from the independent circuit, all the way through NXT, and then finally to the WWE- where Roman Reigns had most of that handed to him from birth due to his family. Rollins said that the three of them will always be brothers, but there was a far closer bond between Rollins and Ambrose than there ever could be between Reigns and Rollins, or Reigns and Ambrose, because of that- and claimed that if any one of the three of them would sell out and join Evolution, it would probably be Reigns. Ambrose thought about it as the show went back to the ring.
In the main event, Team Hell No reunited by taking on Batista and Randy Orton of Evolution. Team Hell No brought out an additional ace in the hole- Ric Flair and his daughter Charlotte, who were none too pleased with Evolution's antics earlier in the night. Team Hell No took an early advantage, with Kane tearing into the Evolution members who caused him so many problems. Daniel Bryan countered by brutalizing Randy Orton with vicious holds. Batista got an advantage, trying to overpower Kane as only the Animal could. Ric Flair, however, knew all of Evolution's tricks and kept them at bay on the outside. Daniel Bryan got Randy Orton into the YES! Lock as the crowd cheered...only for Charlotte to put Orton's foot on the ropes. Orton broke the hold as Daniel Bryan shouted NO! towards Charlotte- putting him right in play for an RKO and the loss. After the match, Ric Flair asked Charlotte the problem- as Charlotte slapped her father in the face. Batista and Orton grabbed Ric Flair and attacked- only for John Cena to come out and helped protect him. The show ended as Charlotte took the side of Evolution and posed with them. (90)
MAIN EVENT: Big E Langston d. Titus O'Neil. Zack Ryder d. Bo Dallas. Adam Rose, The Phantom of the Opera, and The Bunny d. 3MB. Paige d. Layla. Tyler Breeze d. Kofi Kingston.

SMACKDOWN, MAY 9.
Smackdown started as Evolution came to the ring, Charlotte in tow with the rest of the members. Triple H talked about how when they started, Ric Flair was their mentor, the Dirtiest Player in the Game, the man who imparted everything he knew on the three of them to make them the gold standard in this industry...and that was the one mistake he made in his illustrious career. He taught them EVERYTHING he knew, and now Batista, Randy Orton, and Triple H were as great as Ric Flair was. Evolution had finally passed him by. On Monday night, Charlotte passed her test. All Ric Flair could do for them now would be to just take their bags and walk them to the ring- and now, his daughter- the woman he imparted all of his knowledge on, could do just that and at least not look like a pathetic old dog that needed to be put down. Evolution exists to evolve with time- and just like one of the Shield members will join them, so too do they need to evolve to a new Flair at their side. If you don't adapt to Evolution, you're going to perish- just like The Shield perished, and just like Kane, Daniel Bryan, and John Cena will find out the hard way.
After the match, Bo Dallas came to the ring, his Bo-Lievers Aksana and Xavier Woods by his side. Aksana and Woods handed out Bo-Lieve buttons to the fans as Dallas talked about all the success he's had since coming to the WWE. He said that he's undefeated, he sees all these fans in the crowd chanting Bo! at him (as the crowd booed), and he knows he's winning the most important battle right there- the battle to show all of the WWE Universe all the great success you can have in your life- if you just Bo-Lieve! Sheamus's theme hit as he headed to the ring- and after a short commercial break, their match began. The Great White was on fire against Dallas, giving Dallas a far harder challenge than anything he had had to date in the WWE. Dallas tried begging off and getting onto the ring apron, with Aksana taking a button and handing it to Dallas to offer to Sheamus. Sheamus slapped his hand away, then hit the Ten of Clubs on Dallas. Sheamus forced Dallas in- but before Sheamus could Brogue Kick Dallas, Alex Riley showed up and clocked Sheamus from behind with a briefcase. Bo Dallas then hit the Bo-Dog, getting the biggest win of his young career to date. After the match, Dallas and his Bo-Lievers did a victory lap, as Dallas talked about how great it was that Alex Riley has chosen to Bo-Lieve.
After the break, Lana, the woman in a suit who spreads awareness of Vladimir Putin, came out to talk about how great Putin and Russia were, before bringing out Alexander Rusev. Lana talked about how Rusev was the perfect Russian athlete and who was willing to take on any American who dared face him...and then, Rob Van Dam's music hit as he took the choice. ...yeah, RVD must have gotten some gooood stuff if he thought he could take out Rusev. Squash, Accolade, and Rusev and Lana are celebrating. A Russian flag came down as Rusev stood above RVD's beaten body.
RVD is falling...but The Ascension will rise.
The Real American, Jack Swagger, was in action as he took on the Shield's architect, Seth Rollins. Swagger and Rollins were able to put on an impressive match, slightly marred by how the announcers weren't sure if Rollins had sold out to Evolution or not. This weakened a great showcase of Jack Swagger's abilities, as Rollins was selling him like death. Rollins was able to take an advantage, punishing Swagger with a number of nice moves. Zeb Colter was there to keep Rollins from going in for the kill, which led Roman Reigns to come down to help his friend and former partner. Colter got in Rollins's face as Jack Swagger tried for a Gutwrench Powerbomb- which set Reigns off. Reigns tried to Superman Punch Swagger, but Swagger got out of the way just in time, sending the punch right to Seth Rollins's face. Swagger rolled into the ring, getting the countout victory as Roman Reigns was in shock (and the announcers asked if Reigns just sold out to Evolution.)
After the break, Seth Rollins confronted Roman Reigns and asked what that was about out there. Reigns was contrite and apologized to Rollins, saying that he was trying to get Jack Swagger, but he got out of the way too quickly. Rollins accepted Reigns's apology, then said that it's not his fault- Evolution's been getting in his head lately. Reigns agreed, and said that it's bad enough the three of them have to fight without Evolution trying to play mind games with them and make them think one of the three of them joined Evolution. Rollins agreed, saying he and Dean Ambrose were just talking about that. Roman Reigns said that HE and Ambrose were just talking about that. Rollins claimed that sounded a little fishy, and if someone was going to join Evolution, then they'd want to get the three of us to distrust each other...and Ambrose always was a little crazy and willing to play some mindgames. Reigns noticed that Ambrose was the one who went after Evolution in the first place, and that led to this match in the first place. Both looked at each other and said "...I don't trust Dean." as the show went to the ring.
The Wyatt Family had a non-title match, taking on The Brotherhood of Cody Rhodes and Goldust. Tyler Breeze went down to the ring to do commentary, talking about how far Dashing Cody Rhodes has fallen. Once, Rhodes was the most handsome man in this industry, and then he chose to throw it away by teaming with an uggo like Goldust and fighting uggos like The Wyatt Family. Breeze scoffed at their outfits, which didn't help as Luke Harper and Erick Rowan were destroying them. Breeze talked about how he was Prince Pretty, and how his mission was to make this world more beautiful- and his first mission was to take Cody Rhodes away from these uggos and getting the world the old Cody Rhodes back. The Current Cody Rhodes was pretty good himself, as he hit the Beautiful Disaster on Erick Rowan to get the win for his team. After the match, Breeze looked at the Wyatts, then held his nose.
Backstage, The Bella Twins and Paige went to Stephanie McMahon's office and protested that she cancelled Brie and Paige's number one contender's match on Monday. Stephanie responded that it's not her fault- as Divas' Champion for 32 days, she would gladly defend her title against any worthy contender given- but unfortunately, the Divas' Championship committee released their Divas' Title contention rankings that day, and Brie Bella and Paige were not at a level where they could be number one contender. Paige looked at the rankings, and claimed that according to those rankings, the top three contenders to the Divas' Title were Stephanie's three daughters. Stephanie responded that it's not her fault that they impressed the Divas' Championship committee, and if any one of them had the wrestling training, age limit to be a WWE Diva, or willingness to challenge their mommy, Stephanie would be proud to defend her Divas' Championship against them. The Bellas, furious, said that if that's what it takes? They don't care about a Divas' Title shot- they just want Stephanie, in the ring, at Payback. Stephanie said that this was an unfair match- there's two Bella Twins and only one of her, when Nikki said she didn't think her personal assistant Eva Marie would mind being a second person. Stephanie McMahon begrudgingly agreed, only for Paige to argue with the Bellas that, while she'd like to see Stephanie get what she has coming to her as well, she wants her Divas' Title opportunity and she wants it now. Stephanie shrugged and said that was fine. As a great member of The Authority and someone who looks out for all the WWE Divas, she would, in the goodness of her heart, agree that if the Bella Twins can beat Stephanie and Eva Marie at Payback, Stephanie would then immediately defend her Divas' Championship against Paige, even if Paige doesn't deserve a shot just yet. The three Divas left Stephanie's office as Stephanie looked at the rankings again.
In the main event, Bray Wyatt took on the Big Red Machine, Kane. Kane had his old friend , WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan, at his side for moral support, and to get another chance at the sick, twisted mind of Wyatt. However, Wyatt's power was more than just enough for one person, as Wyatt immediately took the advantage on Kane and never really lost it. A Sister Abigail on Kane, and the match was over. The Wyatt Family tried to attack Kane again, but Kane and Daniel Bryan fought back as the show ended. (83)

RAW, May 12.
Raw started as Evolution headed to the ring to the crowd's boos. Triple H said that if John Cena and Team Hell No want to keep defying them, that Evolution needs to do what is best for them, even if it goes against what's best for business. To that end, just like they destroyed The Shield and got a member of the group to join them, they will make sure that this ends at Payback. They've made the match: Evolution will face Team Hell No- with whoever gets the pinfall becoming new WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and whoever takes the pinfall will be fired. Whether this means that Batista finally gets to be everything he can be- a great movie star, a great WWE World Champion, and the man to take the WWE World Title belt throughout the world for the upcoming hit film "Guardians of the Galaxy", or whether Randy Orton becomes the Face of the WWE again, or if Triple H gets to stand triumphant with Stephanie McMahon, husband and wife, as the champions of the men and women of the WWE- Evolution will be at the top of the world- and one of these three opponents will be gone from WWE.
In the first match of the night, the Swiss Superman, Antonio Cesaro, put his United States Title on the line against The Miz. The must-see superstar had been on a cold streak in recent months...and Cesaro wasn't about to be the way to stop it. Cesaro took an immediate advantage, and never really gave it up. Cesaro Swing got 14 rotations as The Miz was helpless, followed by a Neutralizer, as Cesaro got the win. After the match, Jack Swagger came to the ring as he invoked his rematch clause for Payback.
The Exotic Express was in the building as Adam Rose was in action to face off with Drew McIntyre of 3MB. In what seemed to be a little in-joke for the fans, JTG was a Rosebud tonight- no real reason, he was JTG and he was there, I guess. 3MB had a problem with the Rosebuds being there- trying to send them back. Adam Rose took the advantage to take out McIntyre. The Phantom and the Bunny tried getting Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal to stay out of the action, keeping the action for McIntyre and Rose to fight. Drew McIntyre took the advantage and went for a Future Shock DDT, but JTG clocked him with the Shout Out, allowing Rose to follow up with the Party Foul for the victory. After the match, the Rosebuds all celebrated, going back to the bus. The bus tried taking off- only to smash into a sports car on the way out of the ring. Alberto Del Rio headed out of the car as the Rosebuds came out to look, Del Rio mentioning how expensive his car was and there is no way they could pay for it. Adam Rose merely took his lollipop and put it in Del Rio's mouth, saying Del Rio was being a lemon, not a Rosebud. Del Rio punched Rose out as the show went to break...
The Bo-Lievers were in full force, as Bo Dallas headed to the ring, Aksana, Xavier Woods, and Alex Riley handing out Bo-Lieve buttons to the crowd for one of Dallas's toughest battles- taking on Dolph Ziggler. This was a great showcase of what Dallas could bring to the ring, as Dolph Ziggler was selling Dallas's offense like death. Ziggler fought back as the crowd got him into the fight, but Dallas- and his followers at ringside- were too much for the Show-Off. Ziggler fought back and went for the Zig Zag, but Dallas got out of it, then hit the Bo-Dog for the victory. After the match, Dallas and his followers did a victory lap around the ring as Dallas said that Dolph Ziggler put up a great fight, and one day he'll do better. All he has to do is Bo-Lieve.
I Bo-Lieve that the Ascension is coming, and I also Bo-Lieve they plan to rise.
In a number-one contenders' match, the former WWE Tag Champions The Usos took on The Brotherhood of Cody Rhodes and Goldust. Tyler Breeze tried going to ringside, holding up a mirror and almost begging Cody Rhodes to look into it- but Rhodes refused to try. Goldust, however, did look in the mirror, as Breeze was visibly disgusted by his action. In the ring, the Usos and Brotherhood put on a very even match. Tyler Breeze tried to help Cody and hinder Goldust, but that dynamic made it so that he wasn't really doing anything. Eventually, the screen changed as The Wyatt Family appeared, making Breeze run off. The Wyatts then destroyed both teams in the ring- which brought Triple H out. Triple H claimed that, if the Wyatts want to keep destroying their contenders, then at Payback it'll be the Wyatts, Usos, and Rhodes Brothers in a triple threat match.
Seth Rollins had a chance at one of his biggest single wins ever, taking on John Cena. Both guys were under the shadow of the Authority, but the Authority's claims of a Shield member joining them had put enough of a spotlight on Rollins that Cena couldn't go into it friendly. Cena attacked with the skill that only Cena could, as Rollins was on the defensive (and when he couldn't, bumping like a pinball.) Rollins was able to take the advantage, however, using a number of nice attacks on Cena and getting an advantage. Dean Ambrose ruined the whole thing, though- as Ambrose tried cracking Cena with a stop sign, Cena ducked and hit Ambrose with it, as the referee called for the bell. Ambrose shouted "It was an accident, I swear, as Rollins started shoving him. Ambrose shoved Rollins back, as the two glared at each other as the show went to break.
The Bella Twins, on the verge of their battle with Eva Marie and Stephanie McMahon, took on Eva Marie and Evolution's new manager Charlotte...but this was changed as Stephanie McMahon came down to the ring as special guest referee. Eva Marie and Charlotte were allowed to run roughshod on the Bellas, with the Bellas even being warned if they tried defending themselves against their attack. Even when Brie Bella merely tried locking up with Eva Marie, Stephanie got on her for her nails being too close to Eva Marie's skin [as Eva Marie raked Brie in the back. ] Brie tried tagging Nikki, but Stephanie said that Nikki was one millimeter out of the spot a tag partner had to be, so it was an illegal tag. Finally, Brie gave up and just got a punch to Eva Marie, only for Stephanie to DQ her with a closed fist. Charlotte and Eva Marie started attacking the Bellas as Stephanie gloated over them- as Paige headed in and clocked Stephanie from behind.
In the main event, Team Hell No took on Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. The two former Shield members were just as dominant as they were as the Hounds of Justice- taking the fight to Kane and Daniel Bryan relentlessly. However, Team Hell No were equally as great together, acting like they never split up and giving a two-pronged attack that was impossible to fight with. It seemed like nothing could stop this from being a great match- or at least, not until Seth Rollins came out and paid Dean Ambrose back, with another chair shot to the back. Rollins stood over Ambrose, as Roman Reigns hit the Spear on Seth Rollins. Ambrose grabbed Reigns and hit a Dirty Deeds on him. The Shield members started arguing, as John Cena came out and stepped in, saying that if they let this break them apart, Evolution wins. Cena said either they can attack him, or they can shake hands right now. The show ended with Ambrose, Rollins, and Reigns tentatively shaking hands and bumping their fists, looking at each other. Smackdown, May 16.
Smackdown opened with a bang this week, as Big E Langston and Curtis Axel fought in a number-one contenders' match for Ryback's Intercontinental Title. Ryback had a big matchup later on where he'd get a chance to fight Daniel Bryan, but his top contenders tried to jockey for position even more. Curtis Axel had been on a mission to prove he was every bit as talented as the other Paul Heyman Guys, and Big E was trying to get his title back. There was a degree of respect between the competitors, with both men being able to put on a great show. However on this night, it was Curtis Axel's victory, as he hit the Perfect-Plex on Big E for the big victory. After the match, Axel motioned to the title, then posed at the top of the ramp to the crowd's cheers.
Prince Pretty, Tyler Breeze, made his way to the ring for a big match against Goldust. Before the match, Breeze took a selfie, then continued to say that he hated having to lock up against an uggo like Goldust, but it was for the greater good of bringing the old Cody Rhodes back again. This wasn't wanted by either Rhodes or Goldust, as Goldust used all of his veteran wiles to punish the rookie model. Goldust punished Breeze in the ring while pulling out all of the mindgames he had mastered- which served to repulse Breeze and take him out of his game. Goldust finally hit the Shattered Dreams on Breeze, taking him out. After the match, Cody Rhodes came to the ring. Tyler Breeze tried getting a selfie of him- only for Rhodes to attack Breeze.
Before the break, Alberto Del Rio came to the ring and talked about the travesty that happened on Monday. His car was worth more than anyone in that arena combined, and yet it got ruined, the result of a crash into some tour bus filled with insane partiers...but you already knew that. Del Rio went on to say that he intended to press charges on the clearly intoxicated people who ruined his car, and will send them all to the poor house forever. This brought out Adam Rose, who informed Del Rio that he was being a lemon about the whole thing and that there was no problem with what happened that can't be settled like Rosebuds.. Del Rio claimed he will settle it himself- at Payback, it'll be ADR and Rose, loser has to pay damages for both winner's vehicles. Rose said if that was all, they could handle it tonight. Del Rio claimed that he was still a little in shock, and he could wait until Payback- but he found someone to handle this tonight...and Alexander Rusev came out. Rusev handed Adam Rose his first loss with authority, squashing him like a bug. (Can lemons even grow in Russia?)
The Ascension will rise, ALL THE TIME!
In the ring, El Torito and Hornswoggle were waiting and posing for the crowd before a match. Triple H came out and said, since it was clear these two were best for business, and he wanted to help his brother-in-law and former DX buddy out whenever he could- he was giving them the opportunity of a lifetime tonight...by giving these two a shot at the Tag Team Titles. That brought the start of the Wyatt Family's entrance...as The Brotherhood and The Usos headed out to attack. Jimmy Uso shouted to pick on someone their own size!, as Bray Wyatt said none of them counted either. Jey Uso said that you might be good enough- they want to get Torito and Hornswoggle, they go through the Usos. Bray Wyatt attacked, as we had a match. The Wyatts tried to help their leader, but Cody Rhodes, Goldust, and Jey Uso kept them out of the match, allowing there to be an even fight. Bray Wyatt soon took the advantage, though, trying to punish his opponent. Finally, El Torito tried going up to jump on Wyatt, who went for a powerbomb on the mini- which did allow Jimmy Uso to hit a big Superkick on Wyatt, then let him cover for the big upset. After the match, The Wyatts headed to the ring to punish Jimmy, only for Jey Uso, Cody Rhodes, and Goldust to fight back to help him.
Backstage, Antonio Cesaro did an interview with Renee Young, where Cesaro talked about how much it meant that his adopted country has taken his side against men like the Real Americans, in name only. He talked about how this country was built on the strength of the immigrants willing to make this country better, and that Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter were representatives of everything that the world hates about Americans, not the things that made America great. And as United States Champion, he's proud to represent the greatest things about America. This brought Zeb Colter out to argue that an immigrant holding America's title was an abomination of this world. Cesaro argued- with Jack Swagger attacking Cesaro from behind.
In the ring, Stephanie McMahon met with the Bella Twins and Paige to sign a contract for her match at Payback. Stephanie said that this was done under duress and she felt she didn't need to sign a contract for lesser women, because the WWE needed Stephanie McMahon as the shining light of the Divas in this company. The Bellas looked over the contract, then forced Stephanie to sign. Stephanie looked at the Bellas' contract, then signed it. Stephanie tried bringing a contract out for Paige to sign, but Paige brought her own contract out, saying she had no reason to trust a contract Stephanie McMahon would make. Stephanie demanded Paige sign her contract, but Paige said that she wants to make sure Stephanie can't budge. Her contract stated- if the Bella Twins beat Stephanie McMahon and Eva Marie at Payback, Paige immediately receives a fair, one-on-one, Divas' Title match with Stephanie, and to force it- if anyone interferes in her match, Paige automatically wins the title. Stephanie looked, then finally signed it.
In the main event, WWE World Champion Daniel Bryan took on Intercontinental Champion Ryback in a non-title matchup. Not having to deal with defending his title against Ryback, especially with Paul Heyman, the one behind the one in 21-1 Brock Lesnar, who conquered the Undertaker's Wrestlemania streak, was a benefit for the champion- as Ryback was dominant out of the gate. Daniel Bryan kept fighting through the attack, trying to out-technique the unstoppable challenger. Bryan fought back relentlessly, getting an attack on Ryback. Ryback fought back though, and hit a big Meat Hook on Bryan. Ryback then set him up and went for the Shell Shock...but misfired, dropping Daniel Bryan on his head. Bryan wasn't moving as the referee put up an X, with Curtis Axel rushing to the ring and attacking Ryback for a disqualification. The show ended as EMTs headed down the ramp to check on the champion as Ryback could barely keep character.

Raw...DON'T MAKE ME SAY IT!Raw started relatively somber, as The Authority came to the ring giving a big YES! chant. Stephanie McMahon, Divas' Championship around her shoulder, took the mic and said that, while the fans always merely thought they knew what's best for business, The Authority has always known what was best. And even if the fans decided they wanted Daniel Bryan, The Authority knew he was nothing more than a B+ Player who didn't have what it took to be a WWE World Heavyweight Champion...and now, at long last, The Authority has proven that they were right. Daniel Bryan has undergone surgery for a broken neck. Even if his heart wanted it, his body just wasn't strong enough to be the champion- and now, he will be out for the next year or more as proof he isn't good enough to be a star. Due to this, it was The Authority's sad duty to announce that the WWE World Heavyweight Championship has been officially vacated. While Daniel Bryan is unable to wrestle in his match, the Payback main event has been officially set and will crown a new champion- with John Cena and Kane facing Evolution in a handicap match, with the winner still being the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion and the one who took the loss being fired. And now, Evolution will be the holders of the WWE Champion, have a member of The Shield join them, and they will get rid of two of the thorns in their side. This brought Daniel Bryan's new wife, Brie Bella and Bryan's tag partner, Kane , out to the ring. Brie Bella came to the fans and said that no matter what injury Daniel Bryan may have suffered, they didn't destroy his heart, and Daniel Bryan promises each and every member of the WWE Universe that he will come back as great as he was before his injury, and that he will be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion again. Triple H said that was sweet, but he had his chance. He's a failed experiment. He's proven that he's not an A+ Player once and for all. When he gets back, he can wrestle again- he might get to be in some opening matches against guys like Brodus Clay or Yoshi Tatsu, let the fans say Yes! Yes! a little bit, and let him have a job- but he will never be anywhere near the WWE World Heavyweight Championship again. They just can't trust him fighting in the thick of the World Title hunt if he's injury prone, that's not best for business. Kane then entered the ring, and he went to Triple H and said, that may be true- but he WAS part of The Authority, and he knows the WWE Ruleset very well. And the first rule is- when a WWE championship has to be vacated due to injury, part of the agreement is that, upon the wrestler's return from injury, they are guaranteed a rematch to regain their title. When Daniel Bryan returns- not IF- he must be granted a chance to regain his title belt. And he went on to say, in the contract for their handicap match- it is not officially a handicap match unless John Cena and Kane cannot find a third man to replace Daniel Bryan- and if it's a WWE World Heavyweight Title match, they're sure they can find someone who'll take it. Triple H said that's true, but can you find someone who'll risk their job for them? Backstage, Goldust was hanging out with Cody Rhodes. Cody went to Goldust and said that he was sorry about this, and he knows that he'd be unhappy about it, but he had to ask Goldust about something. Goldust agreed, and Cody said that he knew they have a shot at the Tag Titles on Sunday- but he really needed to ask if they could take a raincheck and pull out of the match. Goldust was taken aback, as Cody said that he really doesn't want Tyler Breeze causing them these problems. If they're in the match, Breeze will cost them the match so he can try to pull out the old Cody Rhodes. He wants it to be settled- he needs to fight Tyler Breeze at Payback. Goldust gave Cody Rhodes his blessing, and said he'd have his back in the match. In the ring, Mark Henry was waiting for his opponent, as Lana came to the ring. Lana talked about her client, Vladimir Putin- er, Alexander Rusev, as he headed to the ring. The World's Strongest Man tried fighting with Rusev, even matching his power, but the unstoppable force of Mother Russia was not to be denied as Rusev made Henry eat Accolade. In the ring, Ryback was holding his Intercontinental Championship as Paul Heyman took the mic. Paul Heyman, manager of Brock Lesnar, the man who broke the Undertaker's Streak at Wrestlemania, talked about how great his client was, and how he was the best Intercontinental Champion of all time. And now, tonight, he was so sure it was happening that he couldn't even wait for Payback to handle things- he had to settle it now. So, he wanted Curtis Axel to come out to the ring and take his challenge today against Ryback. Curtis Axel came out raring to go, tearing into Da Big Guy with a number of vicious strikes. Ryback was slow coming out of the gate, allowing Axel a big advantage. Ryback finally shook off the cobwebs, dominating Axel with a number of awe-inspiring power moves. Ryback hit the Meathook on Axel- then got him up for the Shell Shocked- but Paul Heyman tripped up Ryback as the crowd booed. Curtis Axel got out, hitting the Perfect-Plex on Ryback for the win and the championship. After the match, Curtis Axel looked at Paul Heyman- then hugged him as the crowd booed. Curtis Axel took the Intercontinental Title, then clocked Ryback with it as Ryback was in shock of Paul Heyman's betrayal. Heyman took the mic and said that they fooled all of you stupid, worthless sheep in the crowd. You had spent a year saying Curtis Axel was a worthless Paul Heyman Guy, nowhere near as good as his client, Brock Lesnar, the man who broke the Undertaker's Streak at Wrestlemania, and openly begging for him to take on some real clients, real talent like...whatever guy who YOU thought a Paul Heyman Guy entailed. But that's not what Paul Heyman Guys are- it's not what YOU like, it's what Paul Heyman likes. You couldn't see the greatness of Curtis Axel, because no matter what you try to say, you're not as SMART as Paul Heyman is. And in one week, you prove it- Curtis Axel pretends to show a little defiance against Paul Heyman, and NOW people see how great Curtis Axel is. NOW, they want him to be the Intercontinental Champion. NOW, he's a worthy Paul Heyman Guy...and that is why none of you will ever be the man Paul Heyman is, because no one could see it as Curtis Axel or Paul Heyman USING you sheep. NOW, Curtis Axel is the right Paul Heyman Guy to take hold of him, to join his client, Brock Lesnar, who broke the Undertaker's Streak at Wrestlemania. Backstage, John Cena was leaving the dressing room, shaking his head. Apparently, another person refused to be the third man for his team. Cena looked up and remarked as someone apparently wanted to be his partner- then said " Oh, you."- as the camera panned to see Zack Ryder standing there and offering his services. Cena turned to Ryder and asked if he was serious, bro? Every time John Cena needs someone else to take his side, Ryder's always been right there on Twitter saying he's willing to have his back, and yet for some reason Ryder's never there when it actually counts, so why should he believe him now when his career and the WWE Title are on the line in the same match? Ryder turned to Cena and said that he's right- they have been through a lot. Ryder's gotten his ass kicked for Cena- and had his ass kicked by the same guy he'd have to team with in Kane, so Ryder's even worse off this time. Cena's taken Eve, the girl he liked, he's let Ryder get beaten up for him, he's given Ryder a lot of crap for years- and yet, Zack Ryder was still Cena's broski. Zack Ryder said he's taken more crap from Cena as his friend than Cena's given half of his enemies, but Ryder's still proud to be Cena's friend. If Zack Ryder has to risk his job to take John Cena's side one more time, he'd happily do that for Cena- and if it also could give Ryder one chance to be the WWE World Heavyweight champion, would he do it? Woo woo woo, you know it. Cena agreed, but said he'd hate to see Ryder throw his job away for nothing- so tonight, John Cena and Zack Ryder will take on Batista and Randy Orton- and if Ryder can handle himself out there, he'll be that third man. Cena and Ryder shook hands as the show went to break... Woo Woo Woo, The Ascension Will Rise. Dean Ambrose headed to the ring, as he talked about how he hated to say it, but John Cena's been striking a chord. He knew Triple H was a Cerebral Assassin, but he never saw how it happened until now. Evolution's been claiming that they got a member of The Shield to join them, and it's done more to tear them apart then even being forced to break up did. He called out Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns to clear the air and see where they stood. Seth Rollins came out first, saying that Ambrose had been doing this all along, but it's HIM that went after Triple H, HIM that started talking with them and saying there was a problem, so why should he trust them? Roman Reigns came out next and said that Rollins and Ambrose could continue their little lovers' quarrel there, but he got it. He knew they don't see him as 'one' of them, and they keep him out of the loop. Ambrose said that Reigns doesn't see himself as one of them- that's why he'd join Evolution, as Rollins said ' you just did it again!', with Reigns saying ' You protest it too much, Rollins!'. The three nearly came to blows...as something similar to the videos aired. The lights dimmed, as a strange new entrance happened as The Ascension made their debut. Konnor and Viktor started attacking Reigns and Rollins as the former Corey, now just Graves started attacking Ambrose. Graves locked Lucky 13 in on Ambrose, before Konnor and Viktor hit the Fall of Man on Rollins- only for Reigns to hit a Spear on Viktor, who got out of the way as Reigns hit the ringpost. The Ascension headed to the top of the ropes and posed. Antonio Cesaro was in the ring after the break, waiting for his opponent. Jack Swagger and his manager, Zeb Colter, came to the ring and took the mic. Colter said that after Curtis Axel managed to take his title shot early and capitalize, Colter decided that luck was in the cards for the challengers. Therefore, as Swagger's manager, he went to Triple H and decided he couldn't wait until Sunday- he wanted Swagger to invoke his rematch clause tonight for the US Title. Cesaro was slightly surprised- as was Swagger- but when the match began both guys could take it out of their mind. The two put on a fierce technical matchup, each guy trying to make the other one slip up. Trying to get it done, Cesaro got Swagger out of the ring, but Zeb Colter went to Swagger first. Cesaro pulled Swagger out and tried to grab Swagger for a Cesaro Swing, but Swagger went limp as Cesaro tried to pick him up, Cesaro was taken down with a leglock as Swagger moved him over- then got Cesaro in a ground and pound- when some brass knuckles were seen on his hand. Jack Swagger got a few illegal shots in on Cesaro, then moved it into a pinfall for the win and the United States title. After the match, Swagger and Colter celebrated as Cesaro attacked Swagger. A week away from a potential Divas' Title opportunity, the Anti-Diva Paige took on the veteran skill of Natalya. The two put on one of the best in-ring matches in recent memory any Divas could put on, with Natalya trying to put herself into title contention for Stephanie McMahon's Divas' Title. Natalya had the advantage early, trying to lock Paige in the Sharpshooter- but Paige easily broke the hold, then countered it. Natalya was in shock at her signature hold being broken so easily, but when Paige locked the Scorpion Cross Lock in, it became more clear of her own knowledge of the hold. Natalya's weakness was seen, as she tapped out quickly. In the main event, Batista and Randy Orton of Evolution took on John Cena and Zack Ryder. Cena tried to start the match, with Zack Ryder asking to start and prove himself to his longtime friend. That was his first mistake. His second mistake was being willing to enter the ring with Batista and Randy Orton. His third mistake was getting out of bed today. I guess what I'm trying to say is the Evolution members beat Zack Ryder to within an inch of his Long Island Lifespan. The two completely destroyed Ryder, not even allowing Cena to get a tag as Cena tried to help his friend. Batista hit multiple Batista Bombs, Orton hit multiple RKOs- at one point, Charlotte even locked a Figure Four on Ryder. Finally, almost taunting Cena, Orton hit Ryder with a Punt to end it. Evolution got the win and stood triumphant, defeating Cena, but more importantly, taking out the one person who'd consider standing with Cena without a problem. Evolution stood triumphant as they looked for some EMTs... {Spoiler}{Spoiler}...oh, wait. That was ANOTHER type of siren playing!
The crowd gave a huge cheer as Antonio Cesaro rushed into the ring and attacked. Batista was peppered with a series of rights, with John Cena grabbing Randy Orton and hitting the Attitude Adjustment on him. Batista tried to fight back, but Cesaro sent him down, then got the Cesaro Swing for 13 rotations on the Animal. Cesaro turned to Cena and said,"You still need a partner for Sunday?" before shaking his hand as the show ended.

MAY 2014 NXT At-A-Glance:
-----
NXT TAKEOVER, May 22:
NXT started as the crowd gave a mixed reaction for the NXT debut of independent standout Matt Taven. Taven, with Scarlett Bordeaux and Seleziya Sparx by his side, had a scattering of recognition from the NXT faithful. His opponent, Baron Corbin, was waiting in the ring with no real buildup...and then Taven got destroyed in 10 seconds by Corbin. The crowd gave a cheer as Corbin put his fist up.
The self-professed Main Event Player, Brodus Clay, had a chance to show his stuff to the NXT crowd as he took on NXT's Hype Man, Mojo Rawley. Mojo had a number of fans in the crowd, high-fiving anyone he could see before rushing into the ring. Brodus Clay's power was an even match for Mojo, but Mojo was much faster and more relentless than Clay was. Mojo Rawley went into Hyperdrive, giving Mojo Rawley one of the biggest wins of his career.
A high-flying battle came up next, as NXT top luchador Kalisto took on a mystery opponent- who enamored the crowd when Evan Bourne showed up for the match. The two managed to dazzle the NXT Universe, giving an amazing fight for the crowd. However, the NXT faithful were lucky again, as Kalisto got the big victory. After the match, Kalisto and Bourne shook hands.
Finn Balor got a big-ticket chance to prove himself, taking on WWE star Kofi Kingston. The controlled frenzy of Kofi was one of the toughest tests for the Irish star to date, but Balor's ability was more than able to take on his huge opponent. However, Balor would not be as lucky as the other NXT stars, as Kofi Kingston hit the Boom Drop, getting the big win.
In one of the triple main events for NXT Takeover, the NXT Tag Team Titles were on the line as Enzo Amore and Big Cass defended their titles against The Vaudevillains of Aiden English and Simon Gotch, and the self-proclaimed American Outlaws of Scott Dawson and Garrett Dylan. Enzo and Big Cass's buddy Zack Ryder wasn't there- but their other entourage members of The Big O and Vinny Marseglia managed to make their presence felt- and it almost became a one on one defense with their two buddies watching their back. The Vaudevillains couldn't even get out of the gate with this problem. With this ease of attack, it looked like Enzo and Big Cass would get out of there. However, The Big O accidentally clocked Colin Cassady, who argued with him. Enzo and The Vaudevillains were able to help- but suddenly Kendall Skye showed up dressed as a cowgirl, distracting Aiden English. This helped the American Outlaws go in for the kill, as Scott Dawson hit a big powerbomb to give his team the NXT Tag Team Championships. After the match, Enzo and Big Cass had words- followed by a vicious lariat by The Big O. Enzo cried out that his boys were truly tough, and after all this time, he finally knew Big Cass was S-A-W-F-T SAWFT!
In a big challenge match, William Regal took on Wrestling's Worst Nightmare, Kevin Owens. Owens had come into NXT with a big chip on his shoulder, demanding the man in charge and wanting to attack- but Regal had kept trying to refuse him. When he got him into the ring, Owens saw that Regal was not trying to protect himself, but Owens. Regal fought like a man possessed, attacking the NXT superstar. Regal tried for the brass knuckles, however, but Owens grabbed them before he could and cracked Regal for them for the cheap victory. After the match, Owens celebrated as Regal glared at Owens, WWE's most evil man being hoisted by his own petard.
NXT's Eco-Warrior, CJ Parker, came to the ring with a placard. Parker talked about how the NXT Universe were polluting the environment and treating people like him who's carbon footprint was smaller evil. He offered an opportunity to any man backstage who hated the earth to see it was not nice to mess with Mother Nature. This led to a huge cheer by the NXT faithful as Roderick Strong made his NXT debut. A series of backbreakers made CJ Parker humble, as Strong locked the Stronghold in for the win.
The second of the big three matches occurred as the NXT Women's Championship was on the line in a Championship Scramble match, with three minute intervals. Before the match, The Authority headed to the ring and said that, due to a clause they just found in the contract for this match, NXT Women's Champion and new Evolution member Charlotte has been guaranteed to enter the match last. The match, however, began with an easy number one, as Sasha Banks, the Boss of the BFFs, reignited her group's rivalry with Bayley in the first two. Both of the women knew each other very well, and this was a hindrance in a three-minute matchup like this, as neither one could really get enough of an advantage to draw first blood. That changed quickly when the clock ran out, as Banks's BFF Jessie McKay came to the ring to help her teammate. This turned the match into an easy 2-on-1, as Sasha Banks quickly got the win to be seen as the temporary Women's Champion. The two then kept up their attack on Bayley, defending Banks's title and making sure the BFFs brought the title back to their camp after Charlotte's recent promotion to the WWE saw her leave her old friends behind. It looked terrible for Bayley, only to be saved at number for as Alexa Bliss joined in on the ranks, leading to a 2-on-2 for the face girls. Bayley and Bliss managed to mesh together surprisingly well despite their paths not crossing as much, taking out the BFFs very well. It seemed to help things as the two separated, leading to a double-pin situation as McKay pinned Bliss almost in-stereo with Bayley pinning Banks, with a mere one-second temporary title reign for McKay before Bayley took over the temporary title reign. This brought out Charlotte, who waltzed into the ring without a problem- but Charlotte's joining of Evolution made her the least popular woman in the match, as the BFFs and Bayley both wanted Charlotte's head for her transgressions against them. The four teamed up to try and keep Charlotte out of the picture, which worked for a few minutes- or, at least until Banks realized that she couldn't let Bayley walk away with the title either. Banks and Bayley tore into each other as McKay and Bliss fought Charlotte, and Banks got the Bankrupt on Bayley- but the bell rang just before Banks got the three count. After the match, Bayley celebrated, hugging Bliss in the ring as she took the NXT Women's Title before celebrating with the crowd.
The tag team division got another big pickup, as NXT's Japanese contingent of Hideo Itami and Yoshi Tatsu took on the fast-rising team of Jason Jordan and Tye Dillinger. Jordan and Dillinger were no slouches in the ring, but the skill of Itami and Tatsu was too much for this young team to take off. Stereo stiff kicks followed to take out Dillinger, and Hideo Itami got the big victory for his team.
Sami Zayn faced off with his toughest battle to date, taking on the Intellectual Savior of the Masses, Damien Sandow. Sandow's ability was obvious from his success in WWE thus far, but Zayn was too hyped up by his Full Sail advantage. Zayn managed to show off all his biggest attacks, as Sandow merely tried defending himself against Zayn. Finally, Sandow struck when Zayn went for a Helluva Kick, getting out of the way and seeing Zayn crotch himself on the ropes. Sandow went for a simple rollup, and Zayn's streak of bad luck when it mattered most continued on.
In the NXT Takeover main event, Adrian Neville fought the biggest challenger the NXT World Title had to date in Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio's skill as a former WWE Champion made it almost unthinkable that Neville could have a chance, and indeed the Mexican Aristocrat managed to brutalize Neville throughout the matchup. Del Rio was able to ground the high-flyer well, forcing Neville to wrestle Del Rio's match instead of the other way around. Neville tried desperately to get an advantage, but it looked as if the NXT Champion had bitten off more than he could chew against a former WWE World Champion. Just as Alberto Del Rio tried to show Neville just how much newer and more aggressive he could be in NXT, the crowd gave a cheer as the Exotic Express came back to NXT. A huge party occurred at the ramp as Adam Rose danced down to the ring and distracted Del Rio. This gave Neville the opening he needed to dropkick Del Rio down, then go up for the Red Arrow for the big victory. The show ended as Neville held his NXT World Title aloft as Del Rio went mad on the Rosebuds, finally locking the cross armbreaker in on The Bunny as the show ended...

Smackdown, May 23.
Smackdown started out with Curtis Axel, Client of Paul Heyman, Manager of Brock Lesnar, Who Broke The Undertaker's Streak at Wrestlemania, alongside Paul Heyman. Heyman talked about how being a Paul Heyman Guy means something in this business. It means that you're one of the most talented wrestlers in the business today, solely because Paul Heyman had seen that you were that talented. For a year now, Paul Heyman had told everyone that Curtis Axel was the future of this business, but that wasn't good enough for you losers in your parents' basement. You decided that Paul Heyman, just because he could revolutionize an industry in some bingo hall in Philadelphia, needed other people who losers on the Internet decided were doing kind of interesting things in Philadelphia bingo halls to be Paul Heyman Guys. In their dedication to anoint the future they thought Paul Heyman loved, they rose second-rate performers onto a pedestal and ignored the best of the new breed, Curtis Axel, the son of Mr.Perfect, the grandson of Larry "The Ax" Hennig. They never gave him the respect he deserved- until he cried some crocodile tears and pretended he didn't want to be a Paul Heyman Guy. THEN, the fans loved him. THEN, the fans decided he was great. THEN, they decided he was good enough to be a Paul Heyman Guy. On Monday Night, he proved that Ryback was nothing more than a big oaf who wishes he was as dominant as Brock Lesnar, the man who broke the Undertaker's Streak at Wrestlemania, and proved once and for all he was smarter than all the smart marks in the world about what makes a Paul Heyman Guy. This brought out Ryback to the crowd's cheers and "FEED ME MORE" chants. Ryback said he wasn't much for words, he was a man of actions. And now, he has three actions that will happen: FEED. ME. AXEL, FEED. ME. HEYMAN...and then, FEED. ME. LESNAR. The crowd cheered the last one the most as Axel challenged him, as Ryback entered the ring. Ryback tore into Curtis Axel, punishing the champion relentlessly. Axel tried fighting back, but Ryback was too much for his ability. However, what Axel didn't have in power, he had in the brains of Paul Heyman, who managed to distract the referee enough to get Axel the Intercontinental Title. Axel cracked Ryback with the belt, but Ryback stood up, then hit a Meathook on Curtis Axel. Ryback shouted "FINISH HIM!" and went up for the Shell Shocked...as Brock Lesnar, the Man Who Conquered The Undertaker's Streak at Wrestlemania's video hit and the crowd was in awe. Ryback looked towards the ramp- which distracted Ryback enough for Curtis Axel to reverse Ryback into a rollup for the victory. After the match, Curtis Axel celebrated as Paul Heyman headed into the ring. Heyman talked about how smart Paul Heyman was- he fooled all of you people again! Did you really think that BROCK LESNAR, the One Who Broke The Undertaker's Wrestlemania Streak, was really going to deign himself to appear in a worthless country like England? Brock Lesnar was an American and he only wanted to show up for the fans who matter (as the UK crowd gave monster heat.)
The lights dimmed, as the weird entrance from Raw began, bringing The Ascension to the ring. Graves took the mic and said that on Monday, the world finally saw the destruction that can only they can give the world. You can see it, you can hear it- but now, the world will feel the mayhem. At long last, The Ascension is here, and The Ascension will rise. Konnor, Viktor, do not care about their fellow man. Graves- he's not here to make a mark, he's here to leave a scar. Now, the WWE is on notice- the first poor sap to face them will be the first to fall of many. That first one turned out to be Yoshi Tatsu, who...actually didn't fall as hard as Graves had promised. Actually, Yoshi Tatsu put on every bit the fight that Zack Ryder managed to a few weeks ago against Bo Dallas in what seemed to revitalize his career. Konnor and Viktor tried waiting for their apparent leader's call to help him- but Graves refused to do it, partly out of shock, partly in order to show his dominance by finishing the job. Yoshi Tatsu got a big attack going, going for his big kicks- and this was enough time for Konnor and Viktor to hit the ring. The Ascension hit the Fall of Man, before Graves locked Lucky 13 on Yoshi Tatsu as he tapped out.
Backstage, Renee Young was with the new United States Champion Jack Swagger and his manager Zeb Colter. Colter talked about how even four weeks was too long a time to see his nation in tatters, the very symbol of American pride and spirit held by a foreigner like Antonio Cesaro. Now, however, a Real American Champion was back in place. Jack Swagger was as great a fighting champion as the fighting men and women of the American military, the men who were at their best whether they were destroying the British to get their own freedom or saving their asses when they were about to lose it (as more atomic heat came from the crowd), and he promised that this would not change. To that end, Jack Swagger's hosting a Real Americans' Invitational Battle Royal tonight, with 30 men getting to fight in the ring, with the winner getting a shot at the United States Title this Sunday at Payback.
Number one contender US Title BATTLE ROYAL:
The Real Americans' battle royal started with the 30 competitors in the ring. Dolph Ziggler drew first blood quickly, eliminating Tyson Kidd. Sin Cara went to the top to attack Ziggler, but he was sent off the top rope quickly. Dolph Ziggler motioned to them, as Zack Ryder threw him over in a big shock to start. Meanwhile, Darren Young and Jinder Mahal went after Alberto Del Rio and Damien Sandow, but each had bad luck with that and were summarily eliminated. The Miz and Bo Dallas both tried getting each other out, but Alex Riley, Xavier Woods, and Aksana caught Dallas before he could hit the floor and helped him back in. This nearly helped JTG out, but the other Rosebuds couldn't catch him in time. JTG tried getting in Alberto Del Rio's face, allowing Bad News Barrett to send him over. Meanwhile, David Otunga was quickly taken out by Fandango, who started dancing- allowing Rob Van Dam to send him over. Damien Sandow was a man on fire, as he knocked out Evan Bourne. Both 3MB members surviving in Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre tried a double-team on Sandow, but both guys got sent out together. Meanwhile, Titus O'Neil attacked Kofi Kingston, and both nearly went out- but Kingston landed on the Rosebuds, who crowdsurfed him around the ring. Kingston went back on the apron- only for Goldust to kick Kofi Kingston back off. Damien Sandow tried to get more of an advantage by going for Sheamus, but Sheamus Brogue Kicked him out of the ring. The Big Show went wild, taking Justin Gabriel and Goldust out of the ring himself. Rob Van Dam went after Big Show, but was taken out for his troubles. Sheamus and Rey Mysterio attacked each other, but Big E Langston sent Rey out of the ring. Sheamus, rather than thanking him, sent Big E Langston out after him. As the ring lessened up, the monsters took hold. Brodus Clay got taken out by Mark Henry, but Big Show went after him. The rest of the ring all ganged up, sending both Mark Henry and Big Show over. Bad News Barrett got Zack Ryder over, who fell onto the Rosebuds and was put on the apron. This distracted them, as Alberto Del Rio then came back to the ring, distracting Adam Rose enough so Bad News Barrett could take him out. Santino Marella tried going after Sheamus, but he was thrown out easily. Bo Dallas then went for Bad News Barrett- but got thrown back onto the Bo-Lievers, who protected him. Barrett and Sheamus had torn into each other, giving each other an attack. Sheamus finally hit the Brogue Kick, sending Bad News Barrett out of the ring. Sheamus celebrated, as Bo Dallas sent Sheamus over to the crowd's boos. Bo Dallas did a victory lap in the ring- only for Zack Ryder to Broski Boot him and send HIM out of the ring for the win.
Backstage, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns were putting their outfits on, barely able to look each other in the eye. None of the three men would get the others any leeway, each one just trying to go about his business. Triple H headed into their dressing room and said how great it was to be on the same page with them, and how he's proud to have you in Evolution and with The Authority, and that Sunday, they're going to shock the world. They have the night off, so be prepared- on Sunday, they'll make themselves famous and join the greatest group in the world, Evolution. This set all three off, as each one claimed that Triple H was talking to one of the others- as the three nearly came to blows before wrestlers pulled them apart.
In a match put together by Triple H, John Cena was forced to go one on one with his partner Kane to weaken them up. Cena and Kane shook hands, then started to put on a decent match. It seemed like Kane and Cena were going easy on each other to prepare for their big match at Payback, which only made the Authority more angry. The Authority suddenly added a hardcore stipulation to try and make them beat each other up more, but Kane and Cena refused to use the stipulation. After the match kept not being violent, The Authority sent Randy Orton down to the ring to RKO both men, then hit stereo Punts on Cena and Kane to leave them lying.
The Authority kept the attack going on further, as Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, and Paige were forced into a triple threat match. Neither of the three was that willing to attack the others- but when Stephanie McMahon tried to take away their match at Payback, the three shrugged. Brie and Nikki attacked Paige together, who tried to let it happen- but when Stephanie tried to say if Paige lost, her Divas' Title shot was gone too if the Bellas win, Paige started attacking in kind. The whole thing was moot, however, as Alicia Fox, Eva Marie, Layla, and Charlotte jumped the four Divas and caused another draw. Stephanie stood triumphant over them, then gave a YES! chant over Brie Bella's body. Eva Marie tried doing the same over Paige, who rolled Eva Marie over, then locked the Scorpion CrossLock in on her as Eva Marie screamed out in agony. Eva Marie tapped out, as Paige released her and pointed towards Stephanie.
In the main event, Batista went one on one against the surprising third man for Team Cena, Antonio Cesaro. The match could only be described as the biggest test of Cesaro's career to date, and he passed it admirably, performing amazing power moves on Batista. Batista fought back, using the dominance the Animal had always brought to the ring to take Cesaro out. Batista got Cesaro down, motioned like he was about to swing Cesaro- but then shouted "DEAL WITH IT!" as Batista drove his boot down into Cesaro's crotch a number of times. Cesaro tried fighting back, but Batista kept the assault going- finishing with a vicious Batista Bomb to get the victory. After the match, John Cena and Kane came in to protect Cesaro from further assault as the show ended.

PAYBACK CARD, May 25:
On the Payback Pre-Show, Bo Dallas's video started as he headed to the ring. Aksana, Alex Riley, and Xavier Woods happily followed, each one handing out Bo-Lieve buttons to the fans. The fans chanted "BO! LEAVE!" as Woods, Riley, and Aksana chanted "BO-LIEVE!" Bo Dallas took the mic...
"Payback! It's so great to be here in front of all of these people. My great friends and followers, Aksana, Alex, and Xavier, will be handing out buttons to all of you, so all of my fans can show the world that they BO-LIEVE!" The crowd chanted "BORING!" as his followers said "BO'S! RING!" as Dallas continued.
"Now, I've been doing just so well against anyone else in the WWE to date, that I wanted all my Bo-Lievers here to see just how great life can be if you just Bo-Lieved! That's why, I made an open challenge recently, and I'll give anyone in the WWE the chance to face off with me! Because if I can Bo-Lieve, and the rest of the WWE can Bo-Lieve, than anyone else can Bo-Lieve as well as I can!" The crowd booed as Aksana, Riley, and Woods chanted "BO!" towards Dallas, as he continued.
"Thank you all for your support! So, if anyone out there wants to take me up on my challenge, that'd just be swell!" Dallas put a thumbs up...as The Great Khali's music hit and the crowd gave a cheer...
In the first match, The Great Khali took on Bo Dallas. The Bo-Lievers kept chanting at ringside as the crowd booed. The Great Khali tried his attacks, punishing Dallas with a number of vicious assaults. Bo Dallas tried rolling out of the ring as his Bo-Lievers tried helping him recuperate. However, Hornswoggle came from under the ring and hit a low blow on Dallas, who chased the little guy around the ring. This brought Khali to the outside, as he chopped and punched Dallas. However, his Bo-Lievers were the difference maker, as Alex Riley and Xavier Woods kept chopping at the big man's legs until he fell down. Dallas snuck back in, getting the countout victory. After the match, Dallas headed outside the ring and took the mic...
"You see? You see? I did it! I just beat a giant! I just beat The Great Khali! I AM good enough, I AM smart enough, and you people really like me! This is my proof to all of you! If you want it badly enough, even YOU can slay the giants in your life- be they literal giants, or metaphorical giants! You just have to BO-LIEVE!"
Bo Dallas did a victory lap, as The Great Khali got up and hit a brain chop on him, leaving him lying as Khali and Hornswoggle danced on the outside. (67)
Payback's opening match had a lot of money on the line- Alberto Del Rio and the repairs for his supercar vs. Adam Rose and the repairs for the Exotic Express. Rose still had JTG, The Phantom, and the rest of the Rosebuds at his side, giving him all the support he'd need before the biggest match of his career thus far. Alberto Del Rio seemed to have the advantage over Rose, doing whatever he wished from him. However, just as Alberto Del Rio was ready to put Rose away, a beautiful supercar drove into the mix- being driven by The Bunny to the crowd's cheers, who drove it near the Exotic Express. Del Rio shouted out 'No, no!", as Adam Rose rolled him up for the win. After the match, The Rosebuds celebrated as Del Rio was furious, saying "I won't pay! I won't pay!" The Rosebuds all partied by The Bunny, who tried getting out- then crashed back into the Exotic Express as Rose pointed towards Del Rio and said 'You pay for that too!" as they partied away...(74)
During the break, Lilian Garcia took the mic, "Ladies and gentlemen, Tyler Breeze has entered the building." The show moved in to a Diet Dew ad.
In a specially added match, the Luchador team of Sin Cara and El Local came to the ring. Before the match, the announcers talked about how the second member announced that he was changing his name to honor the great luchadors of the past, and wanted to be referred to as El Abejorro now. The two luchadors waited for their opponents...as The Ascension headed down to the ring. Graves called the shots as Konnor and Viktor destroyed the two luchadors in the ring. The two Ascension members didn't even seem to break a sweat as they dominated their opponents. A Fall of Man on El Abejorro, and The Ascension had an easy victory. (71)
The weeks of harassment by Tyler Breeze against Cody Rhodes came to a head, as Breeze went in for one of his biggest matches ever. Breeze didn't seem to notice the problems, heading to the ring and posting a selfie of himself. The Rhodes Brothers came to the ring, Goldust there for moral support to his younger brother. Breeze took out his camera, and took the mic.
"One last chance, Cody. Get rid of that uggo Goldust. I know the Old Cody Rhodes is still inside of you. Bring him out and get back to where you deserve to be. What do you say?"
Cody looked at Breeze, then hit the smartphone out of his hand and started tearing into him. Breeze was on the defensive, Cody beating him from pillar to post. Breeze could barely get anything going as Rhodes showed him just how great the new Cody Rhodes could be. Rhodes beat the crap out of Breeze, squashing him like a bug. Cross Rhodes was almost academic as Cody Rhodes got the win.
After the break, Tyler Breeze took his camera and stood up, as Cody helped him up and took the mic.
"You got something, kid. Me and Goldust- we could get a star out of you. What do you say?" Cody put his hand out, as Breeze shook it while Cody smiled... (78)
The Usos found themselves on the side of the challengers, taking on the Wyatt Family. Bray Wyatt didn't say anything, merely rocking on his chair and watching his clients. Erick Rowan and Luke Harper punished The Usos relentlessly, never letting them get a handhold against their power. With nothing left, both Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso hit superkicks on the two, but it wobbled them. The two kept trying to hit Superkicks, finally felling the two giants. The Usos went to the top rope and hit Superfly Splashes, but Rowan and Harper popped right up and threw the two off. Two powerbombs followed, and Harper pinned Jimmy for the big victory. After the match, Bray Wyatt headed into the ring and took the mic...
"...they think, that there is any man, who can beat family. Family...can't beat family. Demons...can't beat family. Superman...couldn't beat family. There is nothing in this world, that can beat my family. Gold, money, they can't buy the loyalty my family has to me. Nothing will take the gold from their pockets. I OWN them. No money will stop them from being my family..." Rowan and Harper hummed "He's got the whole world in his hands" as the show went to...a Diet Dew commercial. (82)
After the commercial, Lilian Garcia took the mic...
"Tyler Breeze has left the building."
In the next match, the Real American Champion, Jack Swagger, took on Zack Ryder. Ryder qualified through a battle royal on Smackdown to continue his surprising second act for his career, and he would not be denied to make this count. Ryder started with a huge attack, trying to punish Swagger with everything he had in him as the crowd got behind Long Island Iced Z again. Swagger, however, was able to show why he was the United States Champion, using whatever moves he could to punish Ryder. On the outside, Zeb Colter had found Ryder's father watching alongside Ryder cronies Mike Chiappetta and The Big O, and got in the three's faces. The three were arguing on the outside as Swagger continued his assault. Ryder tried to fight back in the ring, getting some rights as he tried to chop away at Swagger. On the outside, Colter kept arguing with Ryder's friends, finally getting too angry at the other side as Mr. Ryder slapped Zeb Colter. Colter tried to argue and get security on the group, as Chiappetta and The Big O, with two other guys less-noticed at their side, jumped the barricade. Chiappetta and Big O beat up on Zeb Colter, as the other two men headed into the ring. The smaller man went to the top rope and hit a missle dropkick on Swagger, before the more recognizable one of the two hit a DDT. With Swagger grounded, Ryder had his opening, hitting the Rough Ryder on Swagger to give us a new United States Champion. After the match, the men headed into the ring as Ryder grasped the title- then hugged the guys in the ring as the second man took the mic...
"MY NAME IS ENZO AMORE! I AM A CERTIFIED G, AND A BONAFIDE STUD, AND YOU CAN'T TEACH DAT! This right here, Vinny Saggs, He Flies like an Eagle, AND YOU CAN'T TEACH DAT! " "HOW YOU DOIN!"
Dat over Dere is The Big O, he got a body like an Adonis, AND YOU CAN'T TEACH DAT!" "HOW YOU DOIN'!"
And Dis, Our Main Man, is ZACK RYDER, YOUR NEW UNITED STATES CHAMPION, AND YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T TEACH DAT! BADA-BOOM, REALEST GUYS IN THE ROOM- HOW YOU DOIN'?"
"WOO WOO WOO, YOU KNOW IT!"
"You wanna front on the United States Champ, you gonna get beat by us, man, an' we'll find all you pretenders to this bad boy are...S-A-W-F-T SAWFT!" The men left the ring as the show went to another Diet Dew commercial... (84)
In one of the featured matches, the former Shield members exploded as Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, and Roman Reigns went to fight each other. Brad Maddox was out in the ring watching the match at ringside, as they talked about how what Triple H had kept saying, with one of the three Shield members joining Evolution. The match started as Ambrose started brutalizing Rollins, who was left to defend himself, as Maddox kept happily writing his notes. This followed as Roman Reigns hit a big spear on Ambrose, then hit a Superman Punch on Rollins as Maddox excitedly took notes. Reigns stood triumphant, but Seth Rollins got a low blow on him, then tried going outside for a chair as Maddox was very excited. Rollins went for a chairshot to the back, but Ambrose kicked him from behind and sent Rollins into the chair- only for Reigns to Superman Punch him. The three were at an impasse, as their faces seemed to soften. Each guy was clearly a match for the other three men, none of them getting much on the others. Reigns cleared off the Spanish Announce table and went back for an attack on Ambrose. Reigns got Ambrose out of the ring as Seth Rollins tried to hit a flying cross body on him, but Ambrose got out of the way and Rollins- thankfully- missed the table and fell to the floor. Ambrose got in the ring and tried for Dirty Deeds- but Reigns powered through and speared Ambrose into the turnbuckle, then covered him. Rollins tried getting up, but Reigns got the three count before he could.
After the match, the three looked at each other. Brad Maddox headed into the ring...
"Great show, guys. Triple H is happy for his newest Evolution member! You showed everyone how great you are...congratulations. Now, let's see the new member of Evolution join the winning team!"
Reigns, Ambrose, and Rollins looked at each other, still worried...
...then each guy smiled, and put their fist out together, which was matched.
Brad Maddox turned white as the three grabbed him and threw him out of the ring, then they hit a Triple Powerbomb on Maddox through the Spanish announce table. Ambrose took the mic.
"Send THAT to Triple H." Rollins took it...
"We don't need to believe in The Shield, we don't need to believe in Evolution..." Reigns finished.
"We believe in EACH OTHER." The three posed as the crowd cheered...and more Diet Dew. (85)
In the next match, Paige joined The Bella Twins as they headed out for their matchup. Lilian Garcia took the mic...
"The following contest is a tag team match, where if the Bella Twins win, then Stephanie McMahon must immediately give Paige a Divas' Title shot."
Stephanie McMahon and her personal assistant Eva Marie came to the ring to a chorus of boos, the Divas' Title around Stephanie's waist, as they entered the ring to meet The Bellas- as Brie Bella tore into Eva Marie the second she headed into the ring. The Bellas used quick tags to keep Eva Marie in the match- though, Stephanie didn't seem all that interested in tagging herself in, instead gloating to Paige and the crowd. Brie kept chopping Eva Marie in the corner (as the crowd chanted "YES!" to each one), punishing the Total Diva throughout. Nikki Bella tagged in and helped her sister, the two punishing Eva Marie as she was barely able to attack. Eva Marie Irish whipped Nikki into Brie, taking the opportunity to slap Stephanie McMahon on the back. Stephanie didn't do anything- until the referee counted as Stephanie was in shock. Stephanie walked into the ring and motioned to the referee- as The Bella Twins were ecstatic. The two double-teamed Stephanie, punishing her as the crowd went wild for it. Brie Bella kicked at Stephanie (to more "YES!" chants), as Nikki Bella punished her further. Nikki Bella hit the Rack Attack on Stephanie, and Brie Bella went for the YES! Lock on her as the crowd cheered- but just as this happened, Alicia Fox, Charlotte, and Layla headed to the ring and distracted the referee. Paige tried to help fight them, but Emma was right there to hit her off at the pass. Brie Bella kept the YES! Lock on as Stephanie tapped behind the referee's back- but the referee never saw it. The Funkadactyls came down to the ring to the crowd's cheers to help for the save...
...only for Cameron to hit Nikki Bella with the Girl Bye as the crowd booed!
Naomi grabbed Brie Bella, then hit the Rear View on her as the crowd was furious. A trickle of garbage started towards the ring, while Stephanie McMahon covered Brie as the referee turned around. Stephanie got the three count (and a huge "BULL..." chant by the fans.)
After the count ended...Stephanie McMahon took the mic...
"THE WINNERS OF THIS MATCH...evamarie AND YOUR DIVAS' CHAMPION, THE MOST DOMINANT FEMALE IN PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING TODAY...STEPHANIE MCMAHON! And this, of course, means Paige DOES NOT get her Divas' Title match!" The crowd chanted "BULL...!" and "RIPOFF!" as Stephanie held up her Divas' Title, Paige fuming as the Bella Twins glared at the Funkadactyls. (79)
In the main event, Evolution headed to the ring to boos. Triple H took the WWE World Heavyweight Championship with him, giving the crowd a "YES!" chant as the crowd gave a "NO!" chant in exchange. Triple H took the mic.
"First, before my match, I'd like to congratulate my beautiful wife, Stephanie McMahon, on not having to defend the Divas' Championship! The greatest women's championship reign in this business continues- I love you, honey!" The crowd booed more and kept chanting "RIP OFF!" as Triple H continued.
"Hey, it's not my fault Stephanie McMahon's good enough to beat the Bella Twins...but don't worry. Tonight, there will be a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion crowned. You had to deal with a B+ Player for too long, and Evolution has heard your disdain for that. And if Daniel Bryan's too injured to keep the ball, we know we'll pick it up. Tonight, Batista will prove he's the biggest star ever- a bigger star than The Rock! Randy Orton will prove that he is the greatest star in this business forever and win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship he never should have lost! Or, The Game will prove it's going on forever and I will take this title back to join Stephanie's title as your WWE World Heavyweight champion!" The crowd booed- as John Cena's theme hit. Cena, Kane, and Antonio Cesaro came to the ring as the crowd gave a cheer.
In the ring, Kane started the match and tried to face off with Batista. The two punished each other with their powerful offense, Kane giving the attack to The Animal. Batista made a quick tag into Triple H, who punished Kane and brutalized him. Kane made a tag in to Antonio Cesaro, who didn't seem like he was in his league. Triple H made a quick shoveling motion [to the crowd's huge boos], then went for the Pedigree- only for Cesaro to reverse it into a backdrop before tagging in John Cena. The crowd's mixed reaction continued as Cena started striking Triple H and keeping him on the defensive, before tagging in Randy Orton. Orton and Cena kept up their assault, punishing each other as Cena went through. Cena got Orton down, and went for a tag- motioning to the crowd if they wanted him to tag Kane (indifference) or Cesaro (a big cheer.) Cena tagged Cesaro in as he started attacking Orton- but Orton was more than able to punish Cesaro. Orton tried for an RKO, but Cesaro reversed out of it quickly as Orton tagged in Triple H. Triple H kept up the assault on Cesaro- this time, hitting a Pedigree. Cena got in the ring and broke up the pinfall attempt at 2.9999, allowing Cesaro to crawl through. The amount of time Cena attacked Triple H was enough for Cesaro to tag in Kane, who went for an attack on him. Kane tried for a Chokeslam, but Triple H was able to easily power out of it and attack. Kane kept fighting, as Orton was tagged in again. Orton and Kane fought each other, with Kane hitting the Chokeslam, which Orton kicked out of. Orton kept fighting Kane, trying to keep him away from the ropes with a standing chinlock. Kane fought to the ropes as Cena tried to meet his hand, and Kane finally tagged it as Orton moved the chinlock into an RKO on Kane. Cena kept fighting Orton, punishing him ruthlessly. An Attitude Adjustment followed, before Cena locked in the STF- which Triple H broke up and attacked Cena with. Cena fought back as he got Triple H out of the ring, only for Triple H to tag in Batista. Batista punished Cena with a vicious Spinebuster, but Cena fought out of the Batista Bomb. Cena made the tag and got Cesaro in, who punished Batista. Batista went for a Spinebuster, but Cesaro hit a Spinebuster of his own, getting Batista down. Cesaro grabbed Batista, then hit the Cesaro Swing for 7 rotations before Randy Orton tried for an RKO while he was swinging Batista. Orton then teed up and went for a Punt, but Kane hit a Chokeslam on Orton to keep him out of the way. Cesaro tried moving towards Batista as Triple H went for the kill, but Cena hit the AA on Triple H and took him out. With him all clear, Antonio Cesaro grabbed Batista and hit the Neutralizer on him, getting the big three count for the win as the arena erupted!
"...I...I don't believe what just happened, Maggle. We just...Batista's a big multimedia superstar! He's the star of Guardians of the Galaxy! He's one of the biggest names in this business...he never agreed to fight Cesaro! He showed up one week ago before this match and put himself into it, and now- now Batista's career is over for it? This is an outrage- Triple H should reverse this decision! It's not what Batista agreed to!"
In the ring, Evolution was glaring at Batista as Batista shook his head, then Orton and Triple H put their thumbs up, then thumbs down as Batista shouted towards them- but the crowd didn't care as the red and white confetti fell down around them.
"Who cares about that, JBL- this is why you have to take chances! One week ago, Daniel Bryan suffered an injury! John Cena and Kane needed a partner at the last minute to help them take out Evolution! They needed someone willing to put their career on the line for a chance to destroy Evolution for good, and it just PAID OFF in a big way for Antonio Cesaro, the man willing to take that risk! Batista is out of the business- but more importantly, the King of Swing is now the King of the Mountain here in WWE!"
In the ring, tears came to Antonio Cesaro's eyes as John Cena took the WWE World Heavyweight Title, then put it over Cesaro's shoulder before he and Kane raised his hands to the crowd as the show ended.(87)

Raw, May 26.
Raw started out as Triple H, Randy Orton, Divas' Champion Stephanie McMahon, and Eva Marie headed out to the ring. Triple H talked about how last night was the worst night in the WWE's history. He supposes he blames himself for holding the loser leaves WWE stipulation after the match unjustly changed one week out- but now, it's happened. The "YES!" and "KING OF SWING!" chants started. Triple H told them all to laugh it up, but this is the worst moment in WWE's history. Batista, The Animal, The star of "Guardians of the Galaxy", has been forced to leave the WWE. WWE just lost the biggest star in this business- and even worse, the WWE World Heavyweight Championship is in the hands of a fluke. One week ago, he was supposed to be fighting for the United States Championship, but now, he's the WWE World Heavyweight Champion (as the "KING OF SWING!" chants continued.) And he's making it clear tonight- that it will end at Money in the Bank. But rather than admit he was a sore loser, he's taking inspiration from Antonio Cesaro's little fluke victory last night. There will be more Money in the Bank opportunities out there this year than ever before, including two chances for the title- one for champions, one for challengers. There will be more chances this year to become a star. Heck, he was even willing to help out young talent- like the young talent you see on NXT each Thursday on the WWE Network for only $9.99. With that, he went to the back- as the NXT theme hit. The four NXT Champions headed to the ring, as Triple H introduced them each- NXT World Champion Adrian Neville, NXT Women's Champion Bayley, and NXT Tag Team Champions Scott Dawson and Garrett Dylan, the American Outlaws. Triple H said that as the three NXT Champions, Triple H is granting these wrestlers three automatic bids into the Money in the Bank matches in some form. There will be a Divas' Money in the Bank, and Bayley gets a dream shot to be involved (Bayley then hugged Stephanie McMahon, who pulled away from her) as Dawson and Dylan will be guaranteed to appear in the Tag Team Money in the Bank match. For Neville- he will be ranked out and get his opportunity later tonight- as the Authority ranks out the people who will challenge Antonio Cesaro at Money in the Bank, and who will be in the matches. (89)
In the first match, Graves of The Ascension took on Yoshi Tatsu in a rematch of last week. Tatsu kept trying to fight back, getting slowly better and better- but the power of The Ascension was just too much for him this time. Konnor and Viktor hit the Fall of Man on Tatsu, then Graves locked Lucky 13 in on him- until The Bo-Lievers came down to the ring. Bo Dallas called out orders as Alex Riley and Xavier Woods ran off the Ascension. Bo Dallas came down to the ring and told Yoshi that he's done so well against Graves, but he's just not good enough to actually slay his demon and beat The Ascension alone. But one day, he WILL be able to beat The Ascension- all he has to do is Bo-Lieve. Bo Dallas offers him the chance to become a Bo-Liever and join him. Yoshi Tatsu took the mic and said he didn't need people to help him, he already had a partner. Bo Dallas was apoplectic, asking if any partner could make him Bo-Lieve in himself enough to take on The Ascension...when Hideo Itami came out of the crowd, then kicked Bo Dallas's teeth in. Itami hit the Go 2 Sleep on Dallas as the crowd cheered (and a scattered "CM PUNK!" chant), before Itami and Yoshi shook hands and left the ring... (77, 71)
The new United States Champion, Zack Ryder, headed to the ring alongside his four Broskis, Enzo Amore, The Big O, Vinny Saggs, and Mike Chiapetta, for a title defense with Damien Sandow. Enzo Amore went into his spiel beforehand, as the crowd wasn't sure what to think of it (and Damien Sandow definitely wasn't.) The match seemed to be going normally, with Ryder falling to earth- at least, until his four Broskis hit the ring and beat the crap out of Sandow. A Rough Ryder followed, as Zack Ryder kept the US Title. After the match, Ryder and his Broskis celebrated as Enzo Amore hyped Ryder up more.(85)
In the ring, a celebration started. The Swiss flag was seen as the crowd started cheering. The theme of new WWE World Heavyweight Champion Antonio Cesaro hit as he headed down the ramp, high fiving fans throughout. Cesaro talked about how, when he grew up, all he saw in the WWE were great American heroes. He knew one day, he would end up becoming a hero for the entire world to stand behind. He didn't want to be a Real American for following Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger, but to show he was a hero for not Europe, not America, but for everyone. When John Cena and Kane needed a partner, he had to take it- not just to destroy Evolution, but to get his chance. And now, he stood triumphant and could finally say he was champion du monde poids lourd de WWE, WWE Weltmeister im Schwergewicht, campione del mondo dei pesi massimi WWE, WWE World Heavyweight Champion. This brought out Triple H, who sarcastically clapped and said that it was great he could speak it in five languages- they needed someone to do promos for radio stations in Europe. But as a World Champion- Triple H knew that he was no different than Daniel Bryan- his win was a fluke, a stroke of chance. Evolution wasn't prepared for Antonio Cesaro, and they paid the price. But now- they know what to expect, and they will show it. Triple H is announcing that he has named the number one contender to Cesaro's WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Money in the Bank- the man who never should have lost it, the Viper, Randy Orton. And he's announcing that, in one of the two Money in the Bank matches- he's giving the Champions' MITB match right now. The first entrant will be NXT World Champion Adrian Neville- and we will see eight of the other men in an eight-man tag team match in this very ring- as he announced the other competitors in order: John Cena, Kane, Sheamus, Dolph Ziggler, Alberto Del Rio, Jack Swagger, Mark Henry, and The Miz- now, clear his little party out, because that match is next. (79)
In the eight man tag, John Cena, Kane, Sheamus, Dolph Ziggler, and Mark Henry took on Alberto Del Rio, Jack Swagger, and The Miz...only for Mark Henry to make it clear the sides would be even with a World's Strongest Slam on Dolph Ziggler. Well, probably time for his 30,000 mile heel turn anyway, so...eh, I'll run with it. The match was pretty much forgettable otherwise, as just an excuse for eight big stars to fight and preview the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Dolph Ziggler and The Miz seemed to be their teams' weak link, taking attacks from the other men on the roster for a little while. The Miz ended up with the short straw, with a Sheamus Brogue Kick into a Cena Attitude Adjustment for the three. After the match, the faces celebrated...until Curtis Axel's theme hit. Paul Heyman came out and announced that, while Ryback was going to get to challenge for a spot in the Breakthrough Money in the Bank match next, he was out there to give a very interesting fact to these eight men. No, not Curtis Axel being in the match- unlike some Jumping Geordie, Curtis Axel knows the Intercontinental Title isn't worthy of being a World Champions' MITB automatic bid- Axel will be in the Breakthrough Money in the Bank match qualifiers, and he will win his qualifier, and win the briefcase- because that's the talent a Paul Heyman Guy has. No, this is something bigger, and puts all eight men on notice- because they have nine men entered, but the tenth man is not a man- he is a force of nature, a Beast- the tenth man in the Champions' Money in the Bank match is The One in 21-1, Brock Lesnar! And Brock Lesnar will climb the ladder, turn all eight of these men into broken down crippled has-beens like he did The Undertaker at Wrestlemania, and then he will go through Antonio Cesaro and win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. That's not a prediction; it's a spoiler! (80, 88)
In the first Breakthrough Money in the Bank Qualifier, Ryback took on Bad News Barrett. Barrett tried to fight back, but the crowd approval of Ryback helped get him back on the winning side as he brutalized Barrett with a number of relentless moves. The announcers talked about Ryback's challenge of Brock Lesnar, and wonder if he'd be able to face off with the Beast- even if they both manage to win Money in the Bank. It was not to be, however, as Curtis Axel clocked Ryback with the Intercontinental Title three times, allowing Bad News Barrett to finish him with the Bullhammer for the victory. After the match, Ryback attacked Axel, hitting the Shell Shocked on him. (84)
In the back, The Bella Twins were backstage arguing with the Funkadactyls about them selling out to Stephanie McMahon. Cameron claimed that it was rich for the Bella Twins to claim anyone sold out like them. They get all the press about being on Total Divas, they get to be E!'s golden children- and they never get any of that. They're just as good as the Bellas, so where's their shot? Naomi continued by saying that she could outwrestle both Bellas with her hands tied behind her back- so why are you two the Great White Hope for the girls? Is it because you're the stars of Total Divas- no, me and Cameron are the real stars, so not that...is it because of having your men like Daniel Bryan and John Cena that makes them the Great White Hope...or is it just having to be the Great WHITE Hope? The Bellas started attacking the Funkadactyls, who fought back as other Divas tried pulling them apart. (79)
In the main event, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins came to the ring together- only not The Shield in name only. The crowd cheered the three, their momentary distrust gone forever. Now, The Rhodes Brothers and Tyler Breeze were out there as the victims to the newly-rebuilt skill of the Hounds of Justice. The Authority headed down to the ring and watched the matchup The other three fought well against The Shield, but they were in no shape to beat out this beatdown for The Shield. Triple Powerbomb followed on Tyler Breeze, and The Shield had a big win. After the match, The Shield posed together, as Triple H took the mic. Triple H said that maybe he was wrong. He thought that he could turn brother against brother with just a few words in the right side. But he was probably wrong. Next time, he'd make sure he had someone signed before he did, not try to trick someone into joining by pulling them apart. Randy Orton then took the mic and say that now, The Shield taught them an important lesson for how to get a rightful new member of Evolution. Next time, he wouldn't fail. Next time, they left nothing to chance. This time, the Mission Failed. But next time... (80)
Orton simply smiled, looked towards the ring, and said "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED."
Just then, Cody Rhodes blasted Tyler Breeze with a chair, then did the same to Goldust! The Shield didn't see it coming as Rhodes blasted Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose with the chair- then held it to his stomach as Roman Reigns tried to Spear him!
The crowd was in shock as the show ended. Cody Rhodes headed up the ramp, then hugged Randy Orton before Triple H raised his hand to the crowd. (83)

SMACKDOWN, May 30:
Smackdown started as Evolution came to the ring, Triple H and Randy Orton joined by Cody Rhodes, who came in to a series of "YOU SOLD OUT!" chants. Cody Rhodes smiled, then merely said that no, no, the fans finally, at long last got just what they wanted from him. He heard it from everyone. Tyler Breeze had spent weeks getting under his skin. He tried to tell him that he wanted the Old Cody Rhodes back. He wanted to get him away from his brother's worthless side and be the Old Cody Rhodes again. And he knew, in his heart- the fans wanted Tyler Breeze to win. Well, to Tyler Breeze, he could just say- Mission Accomplished. He got the Old Cody Rhodes back for good. It's just that he never said the Old Cody Rhodes was Dashing Cody Rhodes- the Old Cody Rhodes was in Legacy. The Old Cody Rhodes learned at the feet of the greatest wrestler to learn from, the face of the WWE, Randy Orton...and now that Cody Rhodes also gets to learn from the greatest wrestler of his or any other time, Triple H. NOW, the Old Cody Rhodes is truly back, and now you only have yourselves to blame. (87)
Paul Heyman, the one behind the one in-Oh crap here's Ryback behind him to attack him. Ryback grabbed him on the ramp, then marched him down the ramp, into the ring, and hit the Shell Shocked on him. Curtis Axel was in shock for the attack on his mentor, attacking Ryback in the ring as Big E Langston came to the ring for his Intercontinental Title match. Ryback stayed on the outside, watching as Langston kept the attack going on Axel. Ryback kept Axel off his game, allowing Langston to get most of the attack going and trying to get the win. Big E Langston went for the Big Ending, but before he could, Axel got out of the hold and tried to get some attack going. Axel hit the Perfect-Plex, but Ryback broke the hold for Langston and attacked, causing the DQ. After the match, Big E Langston and Ryback glared at each other- then Ryback hit the Shell Shocked on Curtis Axel, shouting "BEAT THAT!" to Langston. Langston looked, then hit the Big Ending and getting a 5-count on Axel. Ryback and Langston nodded to each other as the show went to break. (88, 84)
In a Breakthrough Money in the Bank Qualifying match, Roman Reigns took on Titus O'Neil. Even though that match would seem pretty straightforward on paper, O'Neil refused to let it be the foregone conclusion it seemed like, taking the fight to Reigns with everything he had. O'Neil put some scares into Reigns, punishing him with his vicious attacks. Unfortunately, after a little while of this punishment, the universe realized that he was Titus O'Neil going against Roman Reigns, and Reigns hit a Superman Punch/Spear combo, taking O'Neil out and punching Reigns's ticket to the MITB match. Bo Dallas was throwing a hissy fit. Bo Dallas talked about how much he wanted the best for everyone. How all he ever wanted was for everyone to be the best they could be. All they'd have to do is just Bo-Lieve. But last Monday, Yoshi Tatsu had a chance to do just that. All Bo Dallas ever wanted to do was help guide him and inspire him to finally beat his unbeatable foe in Graves. He tried to help him- all Yoshi would have to do was Bo-Lieve, and he'd be able to beat Graves. And he rebuffed him, he had his bad influence of a friend in Hideo Itami beat Dallas up. He hates using such strong language, but Yoshi Tatsu...was mean! And now, tonight, two Bo-Lievers, Xavier Woods and Alex Riley, would show those two people what happens when you Bo-Lieve. This brought out the team of Yoshi Tatsu and Hideo Itami, who came to the ring to some people with 'KENTAtsu' signs out (apparently, they didn't get the memo.) Riley and Woods Bo-Lieved, they put on a good fight...but Hideo Itami can kick people into next week. Itami and Tatsu managed to put up a more vicious attack- finalized with Yoshi Tatsu giving a series of kicks to Xavier Woods while Hideo Itami hit the Go 2 Sleep on Alex Riley for the victory. In the ring, Lana, the woman in a suit who promotes awareness of Vladimir Putin, and the guy who hangs out with her, Alexander Rusev, were in the ring. Lana talked about how the puny Americans have everyone else try to break through, like some American Dream- and now, Rusev has a chance to prove it is a joke. Rusev will take your own American Dream of a chance at a better life, and make it his own when he wins his match tonight. Tonight, he will qualify for the Breakthrough Money in the Bank match, and in doing so take his first step to present the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to their leader, Vladimir Putin. Lana said she's especially excited by their qualifier, as Putin himself called her when the qualifiers were announced and personally requested they destroy his opponent here tonight- and whatever Putin wants, Putin gets. That brought out said opponent, Darren Young- who fought with a complete refusal to lose, bringing the fight to Rusev with everything he could. Young 's success was there- as he ended up putting more of a scare into Rusev than any other man in the WWE had managed to date, but even if Darren Young came close, close only counts in horseshoes. Rusev took the advantage, then locked the Accolade in as Young tapped out. After the match, Rusev kept his assault going, as Santino Marella headed in to protect his friend. Marella helped Young to the back as Rusev celebrated. (68, 72)
Backstage, Renee Young was interviewing United States Champion Zack Ryder and the Four Broskis. Renee talked about how great Ryder's recent hot streak was, congratulating him on getting the United States Title back- but Zack Ryder and his broskis kept talking about how hot Renee was. Ryder talks about how she's looking fine, she should get rid of the microphone and get with a real man. Her, him, his boys, burgers and fries, what do you say? Renee looked over, as Ryder kept getting more and more aggressive. Renee finally said the interview was over and headed out, disgusted. Enzo Amore said 'whatever, that chick's a skank anyway'. (83)
The Bella Twins got a chance to settle their score with the Funkadactyls in tag team action. Brie Bella and Nikki Bella had been furious following the Funkadactyls costing them revenge on Stephanie McMahon, as well as their arguments for why they got the most recognition on Total Divas- but that only made Cameron and Naomi have something to prove more. The Funkadactyls cheated relentlessly, taking the focus over the Bella Twins easily. Cameron hit a Girl Bye on Nikki, getting the easy victory. (74)
In the main event, Evolution's newest member, Cody Rhodes, took on his older brother Goldust. Goldust came out of the gate with revenge on his mind, punishing Cody with all of the mindgames he brought into the ring. Cody, however, already knew Goldust's games more than he could, seeing through all of his attempts and being able to deal with the wrestler behind the glamour. Goldust tried to get an attack going on Cody, but Cody knew too much to do it- finally hitting the Shattered Dreams on Goldust himself, before going with the Disaster Kick for the victory. After the match, Cody Rhodes celebrated with Evolution- only for WWE World Heavyweight Champion Antonio Cesaro to show up and get in Evolution's face as the show ended. (81)
SUPERSTARS RESULTS: -Zack Ryder d. Bo Dallas. -The Ascension d. Adam Rose and JTG. -Paige d. Naomi. -Alex Riley and Xavier Woods d. Marellions of Dollars. -Graves d. Yoshi Tatsu.
