Least: Basically every Bray Wyatt feud, but mainly due to the writers for not providing distinct stakes for each feud, among other failings in regards to Bray. "JOHN CENA'S LEGACY WILL BE LOST FOREVER IF HE...LOSES? No? If he...just hits Wyatt with a chair? That's it? Oh, it's over. Cena won. It didn't matter."

Can I nominate Booker T vs. Big T aka Ahmed Johnson over the letter "T?"
I'll let you decide which side to throw that five star feud on.

MITB 2011. Cena/Punk. WWE Title at risk of being taken from the company and Cenas job at stake. It felt 100x more important than Orton/Cena at TLC 2013.

Most: Warrior vs Hogan at WM VI
It was brilliantly promoted as though two gods were about to destroy the whole universe.
It boggles my mind to see the WWE/IC titles treated with such reverence back then, compared to now.

Most/Least the survivor series match to eliminate the Authority...followed by its negation thus causing it to occupy both states.

Don't remember how I felt during the build, but when Heyman said “it’s the match that both men need to win and neither man can afford to lose.” before Austin/Rock, I really bought it.

How can you beat Booker/Edge Japanese shampoo commercial feud? Epitome of filler booking
Most at stake would be career matches I guess...Punk/Cena at MITB11, Shawn/Taker at WM26 or Savage/Warrior at WM7

Didn't Jericho and Kane feud for three months over a spilt coffee?

As stupid as a feud over a shampoo commercial, or Epico and Primo stealing Khali's parking space might be, I think that's a step above the pervasive and forgettable "now we are feuding because we are feuding now" feuds like Randy Orton vs Dolph Ziggler from a few years back or Bray Wyatt vs Ryback this year.
EDIT: The month after Orton feuded with Ziggler for no reason, he feuded with Del Rio for no reason. And he's feuding with Sheamus for no reason right now. Man, they really struggle to give him direction don't they?

The Big Boss Man vs Al Snow had some small steaks.
That joke would be a lot better if told verbally instead of in text form, just use your imagination.

Even if they took his parking space, Khali would just pick up the car and move it.

Raven & Perry Saturn fighting over a mop In WCW, Saturn fought Raven to stop him from controlling and manipulating the rest of the Flock. In WWF, Saturn fought Raven because he threw a mop Saturn had fallen in love with into a wood chipper. WCW was better than WWF at some things. The best part was that WWF had lifted the woodchipper angle from WCW, as it was a send-off of Norman Smiley throwing Pepe the stickhorse in a woodchipper to get at Chavo Guerrero Jr.

Billy Kidman made a sex tape with Torrie Wilson, which made Shane Douglas jealous and prompted him to make one himself with Torrie, however he couldn't get an erection. So they had a Viagra on a pole match
Whether it's the least or most on stake, i'll never know, but it's WCW 2000.

I mean, that guy was willing to be a part of an angle that would be aired on TV that said that he had erectile dysfunction. Then again, I'm sure it was easy for him considering WCW's ratings at the time.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned Bret VS Owen as a feud with the most stakes. I mean, it wasn't just for the WWF Title; they were tearing the Hart Family apart. Well, not really, but 9-year-old me believed that at the time.
