I bet 20 internet dollars that his finisher will either be called the "Crews Control", the "Crews Missile" or the "Apollo Landing". APOLLO LANDIN', MAGGLE! BALLGAME!

Don't worry guys, he'll just be called Apollo once he moves up to the main roster anyway. Which frankly I'd be fine with. That's a pretty solid wrestling name. Until someone makes a "Showtime at the Apollo" reference, and then we get an "HHH IS RACIST!" topic filled to the brim with Hulk Hogan pictures with captions implying that he's a Nazi.

Which frankly I'd be fine with. That's a pretty solid wrestling name. He's the guy that crushed Scott Steiner's throat and nearly killed him, wasn't he? Apollo is a terrible redneck, white trash name. No sympy.

Terry Creed would've been a better name. With this theme song: {Spoiler}

He's named after Apollo Creed and Terry Crews. For all I know he's literally the greatest man to ever live.

Honestly I don't understand the hate for his name. Do we still really expect the WWE to let Indy superstars use their Indy names? It's happened twice in 10 years, it's not a common occurrence.

I don't understand how people think Uhaa Nation is better than Apollo Crews. Apollo Crews sounds like a star's name and makes me confident that WWE will treat him like a star.

Actually, yes, because WWE are no longer just hiring Indy wrestlers. They now hiring Indy wrestlers BECAUSE of heavy notoriety they've gained on the indies.

I bet 20 internet dollars that his finisher will either be called the "Crews Control", the "Crews Missile" or the "Apollo Landing". Too creative for WWE. They'll half-ass it and just call his finisher the same as his catchphrase (The 'Lil Jimmy', 'Your Welcome' etc)

Apollo Crews' gimmick should be that Zack Ryder turns into him when he gets angry. Haha! Good to see someone else watches Real Husbands...

Uhaa Nation sounds much cooler. And memorable. Yeah it's a really cool name. So is this guy any good? Apparently he is VERY good. Very much a hybrid style... One minute he'll be doing hossy power stuff like gorilla press slams and stalling suplexes, the next he'll be busting out the flippy-dos, like a standing shooting star press.
