At this point I want some sort of wacky five man team come Survivor Series made up of Douchey Miz in his asshole hipster wardrobe, Rusev with Summer waving his face flag, and New Day working in Hollywood and Bulgaria references to their motivational speeches.

I haven't watched WWE in ages but when did they start acknowledging Rusev as Bulgarian instead of pretending he was Russian? When he and Lana split?
