We're 3/4 of the way through the year, so here's that all-important question asked again. The options in the poll were selected by which wrestlers were involved in a match that got at least four stars by Mad Money Meltz himself.
My vote honestly goes to Sasha here. She's been involved in at least two MOTY candidates so far, had a great reign as NXT Women's Champ, and is just an all-around great heel.

Rusev for me, he overcome what Cena did to him pretty quick, made the feud with Ziggler tolerable. Also is a great heel on the mic and in the ring as well my second would either be Harper or Owens

It isn't even a reach or me trying to be overly clever for me to say Sasha. I legitimately think she has been the best wrestler in WWE this year.
My top five would be:
1) Sasha Banks 2) Seth Rollins 3) John Cena 4) Finn Balor 5) Kevin Owens

Rusev, Owens, and Sasha have all been so wonderful this year that I can't choose between them.

I came in here to vote for Sasha and glad to see she is a choice. Was involved in probably the best women's match I've ever seen in WWE at NXT Takeover Brooklyn. And when is the last time the fans chanted a woman wrestler's name when she wasn't even in the ring?

1) Sasha Banks. Top 5 other than The Boss in no particular order: Cena. Not a fan of him usually but he brought it with his US title defenses. Rollins. Dude hasn't even tapped his full potential yet and SummerSlam really showed that. Sky is the limit. Rusev. Owens. Cesaro. These last 3 can be in any combination interacting with each other and you're going to get a great match between them with rare exceptions.

Sasha Banks. The Fatal 4 Way Women's title match, the matches vs Charlotte, the title match vs Becky and of course the match against Bayley in Brooklyn were all as good or better than any men's match I've seen this year. The Boss gets my vote

Roman Reigns. He's shown nothing but improvement PPV after PPV. He went from guy I despise to guy I look forward to watching.
That said, if Rollins wrestles from here out like he did at SummerSlam, he'll be my favorite of the year.

Other : Cesaro.
That R-Truth is in this poll and he isn't makes me wonder what drugs Da Meltz was on.

Kevin Owens. Great on the mic, great in the ring, and is a classic heel who's carried up to five feuds at a time.

Cena has been more consistent, while Lesnar and Sasha have made all their big matches count and they've all been really special.
My answer has to be Cena. Apart from two of the Ruse matches - Extreme Rules, Payback - he's been amazing all year long. The U.S open challenge was phenomenal and showed just how great Cena is with a huge variety of opponents. His Summerslam match with Rollins cemented the fact that he's the best talent in the company right now with just how great that match was.

Sasha's been in more Match of the Year candidates than probably everyone else on this list combined.

Seth Rollins for me.
Pretty much every PPV match he's had this year has been great. Several good TV ones too.
Can't say I rate Cena's year too highly unlike most people. That terrible feud with Rusev took up most of the first six months.
The first Owens match was very good but the other two just felt like hollow rehashes with an inevitable ending.
He had some good matches in the US open challenge but seeing him go over every midcarder on the roster before losing the title to Rollins left a real sour taste in my mouth.
I've only seen a few Sasha Banks matches and unfortunately only one in NXT. Albeit an excellent match with Becky Lynch, I couldn't base my pick on one match.
