I just want to mention something since this has been a trend lately, and please don't think I'm defending Hulk Hogan's or Zahra Schreiber's comments because I'm absolutely not, but I'm more than a little concerned about this "bringing up comments made years ago and destroying people's careers/lives for it" trend. Don't get me wrong, racism is awful and nobody should hate or look down towards anyone else because of how they look, but this feels like a witch hunt to me. This is truth. It is disturbing, especially as was said earlier in this thread, the peoplebdoing it likely have said and done horrible things themselves that are just as bad. We are humans, we're horrid creatures. Hardly a shock. So long as they do not hurt someone then I don't care. Opinions are still allowed. There's no hunt. This was all said in public social media accounts. There's no subversive sharing of private conversations or secretly recorded phone messages or pillow talk between lovers. This was said to the public for the world to see. Say something like this to the public there's not even the defense of it being something behind closed doors for why one shouldn't criticize.

Exactly. Whether or not it should cost someone their job is up for debate maybe, but there's no debating that it will come up and that people will discuss it and make judgments based on what people represent themselves as.

Going against someone for the numerous amounts of horrible things they've said doesn't seem as much like a witch hunt as it does a completely justified reaction.

Two thoughts:
1. As a person who does own some Nazi memorobilia (a few coins/Gold bar) I find that she is a total idiot who is trying to be edgy and cool but failing misreably. I do find Nazi history fascinating as you had what was an advanced society allowing themselves to justify systematic racism and extermination of a race. Just amazes me that something so horrible could happen in a advanced and educated society.
I also think that Nazi history should be studied to show what can happen when we as a society turn a blind eye to racism. I would never post any of the things I own as I believe those things represent a great evil. I also find that celebrating Nazi culture and imagry (as she did) is very disrespectful to families and victims who lost their lives during the holocaust.
I was a history major in college (and taught it for years) and as said before, I do own a few items But those things should be treated with respect and as a reminder to the amount of evil man is capable of. The fact that some do idolize and celebrate that culture is quite sickening. I see no excuses she could give and ignorance isn't acceptable. I could buy her having casual interest if she simply posted a picure of a Nazi artifact but combined with the comments and the cartoon image I see her as an uneducated and ignorant person.
2. The racial comments she made it sickening as well and there is no defense for them. I don't like seeing people lose their jobs but I can't see any multi-million dollar company represent them with those commments floating around. In this instance I do believe that WWE should sever ties with her ASAP.
I am totally against SJW witch-hunts that happen these days. In this case this isn't a which hunt and she deserves to be called on on these things.
The company I work for fired a guy for racist comments and they weren't nearly as bad as what she said. I supported my company as there is simply no excuse for racism, ever. I expect WWE to take the same actions.
As far as Seth Rollins, he is his own man and I do not consider her beliefs his. However, he should definitely distance himself for her as quickly as possible.

If Seth doesn't do anything about this whole Zahra thing soon, it's gonna deep-six his career right as it hits its crescendo.

I'm thinking first day at the Performance Center should involve going through all social media accounts and deleting anything that could be considered offensive.

I think pulling her off the road or out of the Performance Center, making her issue an apology, and forcing her to undergo some kind of sensitivity training would do much more for her as a person than simply firing her. She seems to be the kind of person that firing her will only further fuel what appears to be a deep-rooted hate. Making her understand why her comments were offensive and working with her to change her perspective seems like it would make her a better human being, as opposed to just calling her into the office and firing her on the spot. Except they already sacrificed the biggest name in their company's history for comments he made in private seven years ago in order to make themselves seem like "“WWE is committed to embracing and celebrating individuals from all backgrounds as demonstrated by the diversity of our employees, performers and fans worldwide.”; so that ship has pretty much sailed. So in this case, they're going to give this idiot a slap on the wrist for comments that she made in public?

If they can banish one of the biggest names in the history of wrestling over racism, I'd be absolutely astonished if she's not gone over this. Hogan being one of the biggest names in wrestling is probably why they canned him. WWE doesn't want "WWE Star goes on Racist Tirade" headlines. Zahra isn't even a blip on the radar. If anything, WWE will just look the other way because barely anyone knows she exists, and there won't be as many news stories on the issue except a few blog posts and board threads here and there.

Kind of sense that is what is keeping crowe a jobber What's keeping Crowe a jobber is that he wasn't brought in to be a "big deal fairly quick" like Finn Balor and Friends were and NXT has even less of a midcard than the main roster does.

I will say I'm a tad disappointed her stupid racism didn't involve a fast food chain. Arby's needs to be taken down a peg.

I'd punish them both if I was running WWE
She'd be fired, immediately.
I'd give Seth a chance to apologise for his comment, and if he didn't do it to my satisfaction, he'd be dropping the titles at the next available opportunity.

Zahra: I think it would be cool if more girls had personalities.
Zahra: Boobs rule. Well big ones do.
I know that's not contradictory, but it sounds really two faced. She's sounds like all girl power and then turns into well... me. :/
