And not just wrestling, either. They pulled up a bunch of shit on Trevor Noah when he was announced to take over The Daily Show. EDIT: In other words, what Allie Kitsune and Lancers said before I put my two cents in. We are one step closer to 1984 thought police. And correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it not cool to be happy someone's now fired and not ok to pay the bills? Or live? I've seen a lot of threads wherein people are called out on that behavior yet its cool here? The counter to this that people will say to you is as such: If you have acceptable opinions, you don't have to worry about people "thought policing" you.

End of the day, Zahra got what she had coming.
And nothing of value was lost.

It's been mentioned. Zahra is at least Semitic, if not outright Jewish. And Schreiber is German, but could easily Ashkenazi. This whole thing makes my head hurt. Everything I've read elsewhere over the last few days says Zahra isn't Jewish, it's Arabic. There *is* a male Hebrew name that's very similar (Zehra). Yeah, I knew for a fact the name Zahra was Arabic, but I didn't know if it was Jewish, so I just used Semitic to be safe. Of course the fact that her name is actually Brittney kinda makes it a moot point.

I bet anyone that Billy Kidman (An Agent at NXT and Jewish) hit the bloody roof. Also bet that Alexa Bliss (Lexi Kaufman) wanted to belt her as well! Wonder if Seth knew he was going out with a Neo-Nazi?!

Well morons like this woman have no place in a business that prides itself on anti-bullying efforts, a business that fired Hulk Hogan over things he said while not on their dime. I'm sorry but if you profess racist/sexist/fascist/homophobic views, you reap what you sow, especially if you make it public. Nice theory-let's see when it actually makes it into practice in WWE-land. Never said they were perfect.

See I think this whole thing is really said. When she was a girl, she would have dreamed about being a wrestler and performing for the WWE.
And now, all those dreams are gone. Blown to pieces. Scattered by the wind. She was so close to accomplishing her goal.
Oh well!

We are one step closer to 1984 thought police. And correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it not cool to be happy someone's now fired and not ok to pay the bills? Or live? I've seen a lot of threads wherein people are called out on that behavior yet its cool here? "I'm going to post a bunch of racist/homophobic/sexist stuff on public media!" "Posting that kind of stuff can get you in trouble." "Goddamn thought police!" At the end of the day, these people are not owed a huge-paying job for a company with a huge public profile, and they are not obligated to risk that job by posting foul stuff online. Doing so prior to employment timeline is not grounds for termination though. You people are overlooking the fact that I said that I would 100 percent agree if it happened while employed If anyone should be fired its the people checking backgrounds.

Given rising petrol prices, she might need to fork out for a pushbike and start Zyklon to the unemployment office if she can't find work fast. Jesus Christ, dude. All the good puns were already long gone. Don't judge me

No. She's being released from a job that they are not obliged to keep her in because she's a liability for them when it comes to the image they want for their company. There is no freedom being infringed.

I mean really, everyone is entitled to their own thoughts and viewpoints, regardless of whether or not anyone else agrees with them.
But people need to realize that these specific viewpoints are not excepted in this day and age and if you post something like this on worldwide, public social media sites, you have to be ready for the backlash. People don't tolerate this type of shit anymore. I don't really see it as an Orwellian deal but more a common sense and 'public' decency thing.

Anyway, pretty glad the bigot's gone.
Every dollar that's gone into WWE during her time of employment from me actually makes me really annoyed with the company.

It does amaze me that so many young people (and, I'm sure, older people in some cases) seem to disregard the fact that they are told over and over and over that everything you put out there online and social media stays forever -- and can come back to haunt you.
Yet many of them do it anyway -- whether it's dumb stuff or racist stuff or nude/seminude pix, whatever.
How smart do you have to be to just not do that?
I remember looking at a job applicant's Facebook page, he was just out of college and literally EVERY photo was of him drunk and doing stupid stuff. Not one or two, but dozens upon dozens. This never got near the point of "background check" ... it was a pretty fair guess that if we hired him he would probably be drunk a good bit of the time so he didn't get so much as a callback.

Once she got the first bit of criticism on her instagram she should've deleted the entire entry if she was serious about a public person in a social media-concious Fortune 500 company. But she didn't. She "defended" Nazi-worship. And got rightly shitcanned for it, AFAIC
