Knockout Division: Once their best rated thing...RUINED
X-Div: Also one of their best rated things...RUINED
James Storm: Hottest character at one point, RUINED (decided to push others)
Samoa Joe: Best New character...RUINED
Da Pope: Was mega over, injured and fired.
There are a million more examples.
I was just thinking every reason I used to love to watch are ruined.
Taryn Terrell ended up being pretty entertaining, but the division lacked the depth and talent it once had.
What NXT is now, is what TNA should have been. An alternate product that has the best young talent, with some veterans. Heck, that is pretty much what TNA was at the beginning (just with worse storylines)

The person in charge is a money mark who's parents are funding it just to keep her away from "real" things. She's been influenced by Con-Men who see her as stupid and have been able to convince her to do pointless things solely to better themselves with no care at all for the company.

They were so focused on becoming the next WWE that they never worked on building TNA's own identity. WCW was different from WWF, and ECW was different to both of those too. TNA looked at what fans were complaining about regarding WWE and said; "look at us, we can do that." But instead of trying to build their company's strengths to try and fit around that mold, they just dropped all that stuff hired some out of touch guys, then never questioned their ideas despite their sketchy track records. For example, look no further than the extent they went to alienate their core fanbase when Hogan arrived.
They've had plenty of chances to turn things around. They have no one to blame but themselves.

Well before that it was ruined from the start when Jeff Jarrett booked himself as world champion and following his friend's (Russo) advice to call if TNA. Also it was ruined from the start by being a weekly ppv company, that model sucked and the Jarrett's had to sell the company.

Actually a lot of people don't know or ignore is that the guy who was originally backing them during their first shows was involved in a scandal and he had also been embellishing the records and buys they were getting into being higher than what they really were. They were only about a fourth of what they were being told it was. It was cause of that and him getting arrested that forced them to sell to The Craters.

Yeah Jay Schusman, I always wondered why he screwed them.

The Fan should have a pinned thread with the title, "What Dixie Carter Did Today" and the thread would provide me with hours of enjoyment.

Well, a lot of reasons, but the main one for me was the constant turnover when it came to who was running the shows and making the decisions. They branded it a new era for TNA like 30 times, and none of the talent was ever able to really keep any momentum under all of those changes in decision makers. Even if someone shitty was in charge the whole time, I think that would be worlds better than doing what they ended up doing.

I'm still not over how they managed the incredible feat of actually making TOMKO extremely interesting, only to screw it up for no reason.

A lot TNA's run (thus far, I optimistically add) is something I've to actively repress lest I am overcome with a mixture of grief and frustration.
Opportunities to organically expand, to breathe and carve out a distinct corner of the market were repeatedly smothered to ape wrestling tropes of yore. The breath of freshness that the product had early 2012, when it was finally getting out of its own way was then just kneecapped at the gate for another joyless J.Hardy redemption angle mixed with a hint of Takeover group #19 in Aces and Eights.

The people running TNA caught a crippling case of TNA maybe the worst we have ever seen they have contracted it in the stomach the testicular region and most worryingly the brain it is maybe the worst case of TNAitis we have ever seen.

The old farts took all their money and they couldn't afford good wrestlers like AJ Styles anymore.

The constant search for a quick fix solution, searching for the one big thing that will get them onto the next level without ever doing the little things to cement them on the level they're at right now. The quest for the quick fix made has seen them throw out things that work time and time again, has cost them their identity and a whole lot of money and goodwill. People can blame Dixie, but the problem was there before she was, Jeff Jarrett is doing the same thing with GFW right now, wanting to run before the company has learned to crawl. Incremental growth was not enough for TNA, they wanted something to turn a 1.2 into a constant 2 overnight when that just doesn't happen, all they did was pay tens of millions for lesser results.

The moment TNA started their failed attempt at getting under the skin of the WWE and attempting to start a war that the WWE had no interest of even wasting time on. Every bad reference, every pot shot, every single former WWE talent put on TV to talk about "mean old Vince". The moment TNA began such a failed campaign was what began their descent into below mediocrity.
