One of the tour guides in downtown San Antonio told me and my family once about meeting Matthew McConaughey when he and his mom were taking a tour. She said he was super nice the whole time and gave her a 100 dollar tip at the end.

Interested and bothered by the lack of female stars. Are the diva nightmare stories ALL true?  ? That said, I never met her in person, but Betty White, duh. She answered a letter I wrote to her then thanked me personally when I sent her a gift for some occasion. Petula Clark is very accessible and has no problem meeting fans backstage too. Joanna Lumley was great, she saw me in a Patsy shirt when Ab Fab taped in New York and went right to me to pose for pics. |

Taylor Swift for instance has done some pretty awesome stuff for fans, Nicki Minaj is very encouraging to her own and to tweet her good report cards, and someone I knew who worked around celebrities mentioned Milla Jovovich as being ludicrously kind, that she was bar none the best. |

More? As a fan of female performers, I have been burned a number of times when I tried to trust anyone modern...I thought LeAnn Rimes was normal, ha! (Well, you did have all the ex-Disneyers running around crazy at the time...) I actually do like Christina Aguilera and her music, but was turned off by That Disney World Story, and Valerie Bertinelli's nightmare encounter. |

Bruce Campbell - dude goes out of his way for fans in so many ways.
Shaquille O'Neal - dude never stops with the charity, still supporting the hell out of Orlando. I was down that way when he spent thousands of dollars to have a cookout for people in a poor neighborhood. He is class.

Sure, Adam Sandler's creative well has dried up (and in recent months, gone off the deep end), but he seems like a swell guy. A buddy of mind drove some of the actors to and from the set of "Grown Ups". He said that Sandler couldn't have been a nicer guy. Very talkative and polite. |
