Bielema on Kingsbury: "He was arrogant, if that’s an ass kicking I’d like to see what last year was"
Bielema: "Was I shocked by his comments? Yeah. In this profession, you handle things a certain way. I don't know what he's referencing."

Things you have not heard at Beliema's pressers: "They were the better team today. We have to work hard, but execute and play together as a team. Today we didn't." "It's my fault" "I'M A MAN! IM 40!"

See, most of us are like: "Good for Kingsbury, he's right."

Indiana: Winning ugly, but winning. If we somehow beat Wake Forest, we'll be 4-0 and, other than the Purdue game, would need to figure out how to win a Big Ten game in order to go bowling.

Texas has reached a settlement with recently fired AD Steve Patterson. Texas will pay him $2.8 million (about half what was left on contract) to Not the direct athletic department at UT. Man, how do I get a Weis/Patterson gig?

Alabama senior CB Cyrus Jones gave no credit to Ole Miss for Saturday's 43-37 loss, saying instead that the Crimson Tide beat themselves.
According to ESPN's Joe Schad, UCF junior RB William Stanback "failed multiple marijuana tests."

Miami sophomore QB Brad Kaaya said HC Al Golden wants his players to be consistent like a McDonald's cheeseburger.
Rutgers senior WR Leonte Carroo's mother and girlfriend were charged for alleged involvement in the player's altercation after the Washington State game.
This saga gets stranger and sadder by the day. On Sept. 12, after the aforementioned upset loss to the Cougars, the alleged victim -- Carroo's ex -- claimed she was confronted by Carroo’s girlfriend and a group of others. Carroo allegedly bodyslammed the accuser onto the concrete. Carroo himself is facing a charge of simple assault under domestic violence, while his girlfriend and mom were hit with simple assault and disorderly conduct charges.

In the NCAA's most recent bid to one up the No Fun League, they now say they will suspend any player for one yr automatically if they participate in fantasy games where money is involved. Draft kings and fanduel were named specifically. I get the line between possible point shaving but such a broad ban is a little reactionary. I don't do fantasy stuff so I admit I don't know how it is considered gambling, but I know that fantasy is popular with younger kids these days and there is likely a high number of student athletes who participate

UCLA junior LB Myles Jack will miss the remainder of the season with a knee injury. Well that certainly hurts their chances in the Pac, and now they get to face Arizona in Tucson on Saturday.
