All kidding aside I remember watching Armaggedon 2009 I think. After all the heartbreak I almost cried when Jeff won the wwe belt. Everything was perfect, from the kids having the sign that read "we still believe in you Jeff", to hearing JR sounding like a proud uncle saying that Jeff got signed when he was 16 years old and managed to overcome everything and how he was a deserving champion...oh sorry this thread is about Matt. Um ok Matt is a good guy, hey at least he isn't Tommy Dreamer level of irrelevant. He's skinnier than Dreamer also.  |

He slapped a tornado! What more do you people want? We've had 3 Sharknados since. Smack one of them, Matt, and then make it tweetable. Then we'll apparently care. All this said, I've always kinda liked the guy. A lot of the grief dished out his way has been mean-spirited and unnecessary. For the most part; he's certainly given us a good dose of drama over the years. But ultimately, he's been more good than not-so-good to me. |

Dudes been pretty good to even great in certain moments since he went to ROH a few years back sadly all people want to believe about the guy is that he's still the suicidal jackass who ate grapes in a video like 4 years ago. Don't forget threatening to commit suicide for attention. 4 years ago or not, I'm gonna call him a jackass until the end of days for that one. |

I remember a video of him back in his crazy grape eating thing he had going on for him where he said something like "I like TNA because anyone can beat anyone", and I remember thinking "yeah, TNA's not giving a world title to you either", well, you proved me wrong TNA.
Also, like a lot of people, I can't appreciate someone who faked a suicide attempt to get views on the internet.

If I remember correctly, the suicide video was done so that he could kill the Matt Hardy persona and debut kinda like a new gimmick. It was really embarrasing, even his own family was embarrased, Jeff Hardy's wife tore him a new asshole. |
