Your favourite of the early 00's "wrestler" Divas

In the early 00's there were lots of Divas in the WWE such as Torrie Wilson, Dawn Marie and Stacey Kiebler but it always seemed clear to me as a kid that there were eight who were head and shoulders above the rest who could actually wrestle. Besides Stephanie McMahon and Chyna's one reign each these eight women held the belt from February 2000 to when Mickie James won it in 2006.

Up until the NXT women have come onto the scene I always thought of this as perhaps the peak of the Divas division, despite how badly they were all all treated.

So out of Trish Stratus, Lita, Molly Holly, Gail Kim, Victoria, Ivory, Jazz and Jacqueline who was your favourite?

Abysmal quality to what I think is one of the most underrated womens matches in WWE ever.

6) Jazz

To me, Trish Stratus. To see how good she became after debuting as just T&A, I'll always rank her as the best. I would put Lita as 2, Gail Kim as 3, Victoria 4, Molly Holly 5, Ivory 6, Jacqueline 7, Jazz 8. I didnt see much of Jazz because I didnt watch ECW.

Of that list, Jacqueline will always be tops for me. Jazz, Ivory and Molly would contend for the following three spots, no clue how I'd actually rank them. Victoria was getting started just as I was being driven away from the whole thing, so I missed a lot of her stuff but from what I've seen, she'd probably be right there with those three. Trish would be after that, not necessarily due to being great - because she never quite got *there* - but the absolute amount of improvement she did show and the 110% commitment she showed was endearing. Lita and Kim never really did much for me; both always came off very sloppy and couldn't really tell a story in the ring.

I was a big big fan of Jazz. She really deserved a longer run, it's a shame she seems to be forgotten by the fandom at large.

I liked Trish, then Molly. But Victoria had staying power, and is creepy as a heel.
I loved the Best Friends team with Nattie, too bad they had to job to the frickin' Bellas.

Lita was my personal favorite but if I ranked them all, Molly would definitely top the list. So underrated it hurts.

Man the 2003-04 women's roster really was fantastic. When the 2 biggest legends from it in Trish and Lita are arguably the 2 weakest wrestlers, you know there was a lot of good stuff. I wish it was possible to see them mix it with the Divas of today, or the NXT women.

To this day I still think it's the turning point between where she was taken seriously and where she more or less became a jobber. Considering how long she was with the company, she deserved more than 2 title reigns.
