It made me like Jordan more that he broke down during that interview, and it made me like Gable more that he made it entirely about Jordan and what he's accomplished after that.
I don't get how people dislike Mojo. Sure, he's kinda douchy, but he's completely genuine. That being said, his moment he'll never forget with Ryder after WM seemed like a very short exchange.
Trips and Bloom must love it for matches like Nakamura/Zayn. Not only because it's top notch wrestling, but they pretty much don't have a job at that point. What could they possibly critique? I did love Trips instructing Nakamura on the entrance. The entrance is amazing, and he could just do the entrance and leave and I'd still be satisfied at this point.
Bayley is a sharp contrast to Rollins from the special last week in missing Wrestlemania. Funny, because they seem to be two very key pieces of the roster going forward. Both very driven, but wildly different mentalities about it.

So what happened to William Shatner? Really enjoyed that last episode Shat or no Shat. My favorite part was Enzo's reaction to his callup. Very true. I liked it without Shatner, and I thought he was a good underrated pick as narrator to begin with. But he made a bigger impact in his absence. He voice really sets a serious tone, and it adds more than I knew previously. He needs to be back for season 2.

The devastation when Bayley lost was something to behold, Sasha & co looked just as down backstage as the fans in the arena (and us at home ). Special mention to the look in Enzo's eyes when he thanked Tensai. I don't hate Mojo Rawley right now. Someone check me into a local medical facility. Reflective and philosophical Mojo was an interesting contrast to his usual hyped nature. I'd love to see him start promos like that and work up his hype levels as they progress, it would be worth sacrificing the "...stay hyped" thing for.

I honestly teared up a couple of times during this. Seeing people that work hard achieve their dreams is inspirational and motivating for me. Especially in an industry like wrestling where I have so much respect for what they do.

I wonder why they skipped out on the Vaudevillains.
But watching Apollo, Corbin and the Jersey Boys get called up was touching.
But nothing will top Jordna tearing up when he won the tag title.

Something no one talked about yet, loving ZZ's motivation.
Everyone was counting him out and calling him all talk and he'd never do anything, etc. Dudes lost over 30 pounds, got his cardio up, is hitting it hard. Dude can talk for days, if he puts together a solid ring set and cardio, he's gonna be something. And the fact he's only 19 gives him PLENTY of time to train and get all of that down
The important thing is, he's showing he wants to do this, and as someone who liked ZZ from day one, I hope he proves everyone who doubted him wrong.

Even though it focused on Wrestlemania weekend, the show did a good job of following up on everyone featured in Season 1. We got scenes for everyone from Sami and Bayley to Tino, Nhoomph and the Tough Enough guys. Was anyone left out?

Respectfully, ZZ seems like a nice enough kid. But I don't know how much talent he actually has. Charisma, yes. In ring work, mic work, depth, psychology, etc. Who knows? But he's a microcosm of what they have going on at the Performance Center. They had a lot going for them when they had DeMott there. Now that he's gone and Bloom has taken over, the sky's the limit. You've got so many people working so hard and pushing each other. That someone like ZZ, who is very easy to fall through the cracks and never be heard from again, is pressured and/or motivated to up his game or be lapped by every other recruit. They're building a great environment that is similar to successful sports franchises where success begets success. And that's really the interesting part about Breaking Ground, because while the Breezes and Corbins move up, there's always going to be someone to take their place. And while if we were in 2006, that would be wildly less interesting. Now, it's exciting.

Any word on a season 2 yet? It debuted on the 25th of October last year which is almost a month away.
