ANOTHER big for Sacramento. Wat. Are the Kings and Sixers in some alternate basketball reality where Size = Championships?

A young PG is exactly what the Spurs needed. I'm happy.

Golden State takes a Center, not surprising, we'll see if they go after someone like Gasol or Durant in Free Agency though
But going to Golden State is a pretty good deal right now.

Lots to like from the draft:
-The Suns move for Chriss is really solid. I really like what their front office is doing. With the exception of the Marcus Morris move to try and get Aldridge, which was a prayer, they have always seemed to make the shrewd move. -The 76ers kept Noel (and Okafor) which is the right move for now. No one at 3 was that enticing. Noel needs to be a part of their foundation. Okafor they can move at a later date. -The THUNDER! Holy shit. What a move. Oladipo, Sabonis (who I'm big on) PLUS for Ibaka? Jesus. 11 stars. Fantastic trade for them. Would definitely help them if Durant doesn't come back, but if he does, watch out. -ESPN has an article on Cousins not liking the Kings draft. If that is what he's Tweeting about (and I'd have a hard time believing it isn't), they just need to cut bait on him. I'm a huge fan of his game, but there's ALWAYS something around him. It's not a coincidence. -I like the Dunn, Poeltl, and Maker picks.

Cousins has always felt like that player who will not win a ring with the Kings because there are too many differences with the team, but if he goes somewhere else, I think he will prosper, especially to a decent team... or even a team that wants him as a Franchise Player...

The Lakers select another International Player as they try to figure out how to clone Kobe Bryant from the year 2000

He needs the right environment to both meet his potential and not being a complete jackass all the time. Like Rasheed Wallace with the Pistons.

His time at UK being so successful and stress free was not a coincidence. His high school time was tumultuous and he has been with the worst franchise in the NBA surrounded by dysfunction since 2010. In his one year at UK he had structure, he had a coach who he respected and that respected him, and he had stability. He flourished here and aside from one argument on the bench in one game he was a model citizen here. When things get bad in California he always comes back to Kentucky to meet with the old coaches here. You put him in a great environment with some real stability and he's going to be a great player in every sense. Sacramento is just cancerous for someone like him.

I expect Cousins is someone on the trading block when Durant decides what he is doing. I think the Kings need to cut and run, and they'd get a good haul back for a willing team. Say the Knicks, Golden State, hell the Spurs... or even a younger team that needs "That Dude" and isn't a complete management mess...
Time will tell but I don't see Cousins as a King much longer.

The richest name in the draft, Diamond Stone, goes to the Pelicans.
Traded to Clippers for the 33rd Pick in the draft.

Celtics would probably be a solid fit.
