For those of us who grew up with the Bengals and Cardinals being among the worst if not THE worst franchises in football..... time flies.

I'm someone who has spent years taking joy in every stumble and playoff fail of Peyton Manning. That said, his decline has been bordering on sad for a while now, and yesterday really pushed it over the border.
One of the sorrier aspects to it is the outright refusal of some of the TV analysts and national football writers to admit that he's finished (looking at you, Chris Collinsworth.

stick a fork in Peyton Manning, he's done Fast Forward to the Patriots/Broncos game in 2 weeks: Chris Collinsworth: No, see, Manning just threw a terrific 5 yard pass into the slot. You don't make those passes if you're "finished" Al Michaels: Ha ha ha. Those who think he's done, clearly aren't watching tonight (Meanwhile, Manning is 6 for 20 for 49 yards and 2 INTs)

Now I read this morning that he supposedly has rib injuries, and a major foot issue. But anyone who has watched him play since around last Thanksgiving knows that it's more than that I mean, I get having a degree of hesitance to throw dirt on Manning's grave given Brady's struggles early last year and wispers of wheather or not he "had it" anymore began to grow before his ungodly resurgence into whatever the hell we're seeing now. But this isn't a 4 game sample. This is almost a calender year of Manning looking very, very orginary. With him, mediocre seems to be the high water mark these days. The combination of his neck injury and father time have him on the ropes

Even Tony Dungy said that he would sit him because he's playing like ass these days and Dungy was his A-1 dick rider for the longest.

Watching Peyton Manning throw it looked to me like he though the ball would go farther almost every time he threw. I don't think even he realized how much his arm strength had diminished. He is not getting younger he can get as healthy as can be but that is not comming back.

Give Donovan Joseph a lot of credit for keeping his eye on the ball with that interception.

Brian Hoyer is heading to the locker room with an unknown injury so it will be TJ Yates' time when Houston gets the ball.

Last time TJ Yates played the Bengals, he beat'em in the playoffs!
Cincy going down now with TJ Magic!
Edit: And just as I type that, TD Texans! TJ MAGIC!

You Bengals fans aint saying "Who Dey" right now unless you are asking, "Who the hell is this team on the field and what have they done with the team that was 8-0?"

Bengals 4-7 lifetime in prime time under Andy Dalton.
Losing now vs. Houston and just in time for next week, a freshly flexed game to prime time @ Arizona.
Have fun with that one Bungals.
