Apparently in an interview The President of POP believes that TNA will get them the same numbers and viewership that TNA was getting on Spike. Edit: Beaten by two seconds Well TNA did how those wacky fans who would tune in for anything, and if TNA is on a channel that more people get, maybe those 1 million people will return.

You not see my post that reported the highest show POP got the past month was 88,000 off of a rerun of Dawson's Creek?

So shall we take bets on how long it takes POP to cancel them once they don't get anywhere near their Spike numbers(which of course they won't): I say 3 months.

I think Pop is too desperate for an original show to worry about that. They're a shitty brand in their own right and getting pissed at TNA would be the pot calling the kettle black.

If they are in fact paying for TNA and iMpact does ratings less than Dawson Creek reruns POP will most assuredly ditch them ASAP, because Dawson's Creek reruns are cheaper to air. If TNA are paying POP to be on the channel then POP won't care until TNA stop paying.

I can't even be mad at Dixie any more, she's obviously got some kind of charm to her in order to get people to believe this bullshit she spews.

You just describe Destination America and they gave TNA the boot too.

Poor guy falling for the same trap the head of DA did. The days of the 1.1 rating are long gone. Currently TNA is barely doing an 0.3, how big can they get in POP? TNA does a shit advertising job, I wonder how many of their fans are gonna follow them...
We should save time and create a thread of POP canceling TNA.

Edit: Beaten by two seconds I originally thought he was talking about getting DA level ratings, then I re-read the thing and saw he said Spike level of ratings. On a network no one gives a s*** about. With a company no one gives a s*** about. Someone deserves to get fired. TNA will get lucky if they come close to 300K. More realistic numbers would be half that.

Good news for TNA, their premiere on POP won't be going against the premiere of Agent Carter.
Bad news for TNA is the reason ABC is delaying Agent Carter for 2 weeks, is because on January 12 is the State of the Union. So on their 2nd episode on POP they'll be going against the State of the Union. And then after that they'll be facing the regular Tuesday lineups for networks.

Oh yeah, Agent Carter, that was a thing. Only one of the Marvel shows I've watched and only watched the pilot, didn't care for it. Yeah, that's all I've got on that subject.
I will say TNA is probably going to do about the numbers they do on DA - no reason not to really, given they're on a channel more widely available than it is. I think expecting ratings on par with what they had on Spike is absolutely deluded (even on Spike they were falling off the last year or two there), and they're not going to be getting enough to actually survive on, but still.

I'm surprised Dawson's Creek reruns are high rated than Beverly Hills, 90210. Dawson is on Netflix but 90210 isn't and I never see it aired anywhere else anymore. The first big angle TNA does on POP should be a tag team match of Dawson/Pacey vs Dylan/Brandon.
