Look at all the existing and possible groups that could fight for a trios title:
Cosmic Wasteland (Stardust + Ascension)
New Day (Kofi, Xavier, Big E)
Wyatts (Rowan, Braun, Harper)
European Union (Rusev, Sheamus, Barrett)
MexAmerica (Alberto +? Primo&Epico?)
Sons Of Samoa (Reigns + Usos)
Zero Gravity (Lucha Dragons + Neville)
Dudley Family (Bubba, D-Von, Spike)
Balor Club (Finn, Sami, Hideo)
Beef Mode (Rose, Kingsley, Fandango)
Primetruth Players (Darren, Titus, R-Truth)
Hype Bros (Ryder, Rawley, Sandow)
Just a fun new direction/division basically
Thoughts?

I don't think a Trios Title would work in WWE. Most of those guys are so far above and beneath each other that it's hard to imagine any of them interacting in any meaningful way other than a squash match. A midcard stable wouldn't be given the time of day and a stable of upper carders would only exist to give directionless top guys of the opposite alignment something to do (e.g. A heel trio of upper carders would just be used to feud with Cena, Ambrose and Reigns).
A trios division would just be "pushed stable of the month + everyone else". So it would basically just be The same thing we have now with New Day, except Xavier gets to have his own belt and actually wrestle now.
The Wyatt Family would never be given a chance to actually do stuff other than follow Bray around and if the Hype Bros or Stardust and the Ascension gave the likes of Hideo, Balor, and Zayn a "competitive" match, people would complain that the latter are being "buried" or that those "worthless jobbers" are "beneath" them.

No, they don't need more titles. They barely utilize the ones they have.

I don't think they need a title, but a tournament would be cool. I'm always on board for more tournaments.

I don't think they need a title, but a tournament would be cool. I'm always on board for more tournaments. Like a King of Trios tournament. But nah, nobody would do that! |

The first champs might be an actual group, but 6 months later your champs will be a combo of the Miz, Mojo Rawley and Demolition Stardust.

I made a thread about a month ago suggesting they change the tag titles into a trios championship. The art of tag wrestling seems dead on Raw and everyone seems to prefer trios matches at the moment so just change it to a trios championship.

No but I think a divas tag title would be cool. Would be a good way to showcase more of the divas. Just have something else for them to fight for
