I like Asuka, I like the asian Harley Quinn thing she has going on, I like watching her kick and elbow and suplex her victims, her submissions are a thing of absolute beauty and then she does this move and it sticks out of the match like a sore thumb. The first time she did it was just as a set up for taunting Dana with her stripper poses and it was pretty sweet, but now she just does it every match regardless of opponent and people sell it like they would anything else from her. I just don't get it. Am I alone in this?

Doesn't bother me. I see it more a low impact/damage move meant for humiliation and shoing dominance, like walking over someone and wiping your feet on them or the like.
Naomi doing it is worse, because it seems thats meant as a serious move.

I like it because it's a 'fun' move and then ten seconds later she is trying to break her opponents arm with (da greatest of) ease. It suits her happy/crazy character.

Her's has impact. The actual move looks nice, but when she slaps her arse a few times after is groan-worthy to me.
