Just flipped to the game and watched Davis work that pocket like magic. What a pass.

Hey Cleveland, keep it up and drive down Manziel's value, Jerrah thanks you. if anything playing Manziel would drive his value down even further. Dude was an awesome college QB, but he's ass as a pro.

You put Manziel out there and you are just allowing him to get away with the crap he did. You don't put him in unless you absolutely have to. You want to be angry with anyone, don't be angry with the head coach. Be angry with Manziel who deserved a swift kick in the ass for his figurative spitting in the face of his team. Maybe I'm missing something, I've been looking on line trying to figure it out. All I see is a dude drinking some champagne in a 10 second video, during a bye week. Pettine is using this whole "represent the team" bs as a front, he doesn't like Manziel. You missed the part where he lied about it to management, basically spitting in their face as a reward for them putting their trust in him. You know what people in corporate sometimes say, "The lie is worse than the offense." This is the perfect situation where that was true (see Cameron of the Funkadactyls who got suspended for the lie, not the DUI).

f*** Pettine and his high school coach bullshit. Play the guy who gives you a shot to win. This is Monday Night Football and you're coaching a 2-8 team. I don't think that Manziel gives them the best chance to win. and as I type this Davis tosses a long bomb TD. It's in the air, but Manziel was named the starter going into this game and played alright against the Steelers, so they obviously were feeling alright about his play. I just dont' get into this whole "pro athletes have to be monks" mindset. It's a bunch of millionaires owned by a billionaire playing a game, they act like there's some sacred tradition to uphold, represent the league and the franchise, it's a crock imo.

Really bad punt. This does not look good for the Ravens.

Dude was an awesome college QB, but he's ass as a pro. Don't know that though which is the interesting thing about him. He's had 2 maybe 3 games but if Austin Davis and Josh McCown are going to be your QBs and you have the first or second overall pick (which Cleveland will because well Cleveland), they cannot afford to keep Manziel and no one will pay a high draft pick knowing he'll be cut.

Meanwhile on Quantum NFLeap.
"What's my percentages Al?"
"23% on a game winning touchdown. 49% on a game winning field goal. 67% chance of overtime. 35% interception."
"...That's more than 100."
"Who said it had to add up to 100?"
"OF COURSE IT SHOULD!"
*Off to the side*
"Guys, Austin is really talking to himself over there."
"Yeah."
*Commercial Break*

It was the lie about the incident. How many times does that have to be said? There is a reason the Rangers gave Josh Hamilton chance after chance because unlike The Hyped-Up Johnny Football, he owned up to his mistakes. You don't put leadership of the locker room in that man's hand, especially when he hadn't earned the backwards glance. Oh and Cleveland is going to win so.....yeah.

I'd wager he only lied because there's this weird expectation that he has to sit at home and read the playbook constantly to ever hope to have a chance to be any good. It's a bye week man, it's cool if he goes and lets off some steam. I know people say the shit about "he's gone to rehab so he can never drink again" but that's bullshit too, it's unrealistic.
