The title of the thread should have been "Do you think Vince knows that his daughter sucks at being head of creative?" Despite all we say, I would hope Vince is still wise enough to remember that Steph isn't on creative. |

She's been on the creative team for around 15 years and it was my understanding that she was head of that department. |

She's still officially VP of Creative (I think), but numerous accounts of the writing process state she has little-to-no creative input these days and hasn't for quite some time. Nope. She left creative 2 years ago to take on the CBO role. Hunter took over the role of Vince's blame guy. To get a little more detailed, when they decided to shake up NXT and gave Hunter the role of head of talent and started the PC, they merged talent, live events and creative into one department and made Hunter the head of. At that time Steph moved to Chief Brand Officer. |

There are days where I think even Vince knew that line was stupid and wanted Roman to stand up to him about it. When he realized Roman will basically do whatever poopy lines Vince wants him to, he realized he had his perfect next John Cena guy. |

I like to think Vince is so out of touch and behind the times that he had actually never heard of the expression until watching a Tweety and Sylvester cartoon earlier that very day, and thought it was the coolest expression going. |
