I'm in a pretty bad state of mind right now

I don't know, I just feel awful right now.

I feel angry. I feel unwanted. I feel like a judgmental asshole that takes out his frustrations on other people because I feel so shitty about my own life. I feel like I want to cry yet I want to destroy something at the same time.

I know that's not necessarily true. I've always considered myself to be a good person. At least, I feel like I try to be nice to people and enjoy helping others. Yet, I can't help feel like I'm a burden on people right now. I just don't feel like myself.

How are you, FAN? Tell me something amusing that happened to you today. I need some positivity in my life right now. I need to smile.

I felt pretty negative and highstrung yesterday for example, and a few days recently, but I just ultimately thought better of it, I try to keep perspective of how lucky I am to be here, and how small my problems are, etc. And just try to get out of your own head, laugh it all off if you can. Good luck, you'll always feel better sometime soon!

Amusing stuff, that show Impractical Jokers makes me laugh. I enjoy a good podcast, comedian Steven Brody Stevens, Tom Green webovision, etc, lot of free funny out there.

Best thing to do in these times is something productive. Whether that's work on something you've got on hand, or exercising, or anything that will leave you feeling like you accomplished something substantial.

I often get down around the holidays, too. Keeping busy and finding funny things to watch or do helps for me. My workplace is requesting we wear ugly Christmas sweaters on Christmas eve, found me a nice one earlier. You're not a burden around here, that's for sure.

Could be worse. I was told I was getting a 70% paycut after 15 years at my job so told them piss off and quit. Nobody's hiring me now for anything that's gonna pay the bills. Now I drown myself in Vodka everynight and dry heave myself until I'm unconscious. I also have cancer and am determined to die in my own bed in my own apartment with dignity before I run out of money and become some homeless trash on the street.

I've been in a bad state of mind for at least a couple of years now. Most of it is due to the internet, a good example being yesterday...yesterday I had a good day and was genuinely happy...until I went on the internet and read a bunch of stuff that made me feel worthless and miserable.

I mean, I have other issues as well, but the negativity of the internet is something I find very hard to handle.

I appreciate the support, guys. There were several things in here that made me smile when I checked it this morning so thank you.

I woke up today feeling better, for sure. I'm still not really doing good but better, which is realistically all I can hope for on a day-to-day basis. I've struggled with depression for years and due to a combination of stuff that was going on in my life yesterday, I felt about as low as I've been in as long as I can remember.

Working out sounds like a really good idea. I'm gonna try to do that when I get off work later today.
