This is a pretty big win for WWE, and for everyone at the announcer's booth who refuses to drink diet mountain dew.

A certain non-alcohol drinking wrestling personality will be pleased about this.
...
It's Jerry Lawler. The man like his Coke.

Why don't we just get Aerosmith involved while we're at it?

Why don't we just get Aerosmith involved while we're at it? One of their songs was used for the Summerslam 2009 theme, so you're likely not far off on that prediction.

The Big Dawg only drinks Coke, y'all. Send some to all the bbygirls at commentary to leave unopened.

So Lawler will throw the mountain dew on the ground and chug a coke? Seriously though this is very good news for the WWE

This is great news for WWE for multiple reasons. 1) Its a fantastic partner to have 2) It means after all these years trying to shed both the Attitude Era stigma and change the overall wrestling Stigma, they are able to get a big dog like Coke to partner with them

Kinda sounds like WWE needs to be thanking NBC Universal more than anything for taking such a big risk on them in an effort to improve their advertising image.
Either way, that's pretty cool.

This truly shows how petty WWE is. CM Punk has a Pepsi tattoo, so WWE takes Coke as a sponser.

It is interesting that advertisement companies are no longer looking at wrestling fans as children or low-income man-child who are stuck in the past. Not only is this good for the WWE, it is also good for all of us. We are slowly not being judge by a stereotype view that was created years ago. Maybe now the advertisement companies will find out that most of us are not social outcasts with low intelligence. Maybe a big automobile company or even Disney will soon sponsor the WWE.

Hopefully this leads to updated versions of famous Coca Cola commercials. Bray Wyatt teaching the world to sing in perfect harmony. John Cena giving his jersey to a kid for a Coke. Kevin Owens as the Polar Bear who powerbombs the cubs who insult his kid.
