ADR hated this man. That's one of the most unprofessional things I've seen in WWE in a long time.

ADR hated this man. That's one of the most unprofessional things I've seen in WWE in a long time. Agreed. I thought Mistico would shoot on him later on. Was not meant to be.

I really wanted Sin Cara 1 to succeed. I mean, how could someone not get excited about his signing after seeing how agile and energetic his ring work in Mexico was? However once he got here, it just seemed like he immediately didn't care. Sure the Del Rio match sticks out as a prime example of him not caring, but I mean when he first came in, he had some great workers doing everything they could to get him over. Bryan, Rhodes, Bourne, etc all tried to get a showstopping match out of him, and they all just came out decent but unremarkable. I, along with a lot of others on here came to his defense so many times, figuring he would come around and really start to shine, but that payoff never came. If I were to pick his best match, it was probably the match with the other Sin Cara in Mexico. It was a spotlight match, it was given time, and was probably in front of a bunch of fans that followed him before he signed with WWE, so maybe extra motivation was at play. Aside from that I can't think of another match that really warrants praise. The only thing I wouldn't hold against him was that terrible mood lighting gimmick. That was stupid and added nothing to his matches except a higher possibility of injury for everyone in the match. If he was able to skip developmental, and slide into a cozy spot right on RAW with big hype, I think he could have requested the mood lights be axed due to injury concerns. Who would have blamed him? But yeah, I think his effort just wasn't there. Instead of seeing how he could have show stopping matches with guys like Bryan, Cesaro, Rhodes and others, I think he was expecting to come in and immediately have guys like Ryback and Mark Henry selling his head scissor takedowns like they were common rudos....which wasn't going to happen, at least until he got over. I'm much happier with someone like Kalisto on the roster as the high flying lucha star, as he seems to have a good attitude and a willingness to work with the other talents. And on top of that, he shows more highlight reel worthy stuff in one match than Sin Cara 1 showed in his whole run. I liked him, but the fast tracking to main roster was Sin Cara's doing, according to Konnan and Jericho on Jericho's podcast. He refused to go down to developmental. And then didn't want to learn English. I give you the Chavo thing though, wrong guy to start off against.

Get to the point. Hunico's lack of arm charisma continues to plague him today, and is magnified by the relentlessness of Kalisto's LUCHA LUCHA pointing.

One of my all time favorite NEWZ stories was Sin Cara backstage was bragging all of his matches in Mexico were shoots. And he was explaining it by making finger guns.

ADR hated this man. That's one of the most unprofessional things I've seen in WWE in a long time. Even if the German was a botch, there's no excuse for that kick.

Alberto's hate for Sin Cara Mistico returned with a vengeance this summer. They got along for the most part mostly through their hate of WWE while in AAA. But something happened and Alberto publicly threatened to seriously to f*** him up the next time he saw him. Which through a major wrench in AAA's plan because them and Mysterio were pushed as a trio and the main pillars of the company. So ADR and Cara were kept separated. Sin Cara Classico decided to split because AAA wasn't paying him enough to deal with the constant threats of murking and went to CMLL. And Alberto went back in WWE because the paydays were better in there and AAA turned into Mexico TNA with its management problems and streak of bad luck.

From what I hear, the heat between those two eclipses even Bret/Shawn in the 90s.

As sleazy as the backstage side of pro wrestling can be in WWE or TNA, Mexico makes it sound like Mr Clean runs it.
