I’d kill him. He works hard, he’s in alright shape, but CrossFit isn’t necessarily the best way to workout. I think what they’re doing is just throwing a bunch of crap out there and people are following it blindly. I think that’s incorrect… I think I would destroy Seth Rollins in pretty much everything:Wrestling, fighting, CrossFit, and definitely any kind of functional training. He’s a good guy though. I’d love to work with him. I think we both would blow the roof of any building we’d wrestle in.

Okay, so are they "friends" but are shooting on each other? Like Bret and Shawn?

To an extent, JoMo's got a point about Crossfit. I see so many people going into it with atrocious technique across the board and immediately injuring themselves or basically setting themselves up for long-term damage. It sort of takes the best of various fitness disciplines but also takes the worst, in the sense of if someone can't be bothered to properly learn the technique and just half-asses it in favor of getting the reps or speed in.

Granted, that's talking about the average layperson, not necessarily Seth.

Give that Seth's girlfriend was seemingly a white supremacist, I've got serious misgivings about him as a person. I mention this only to make the point that despite this, talent wise, Seth shits on Morrison from a great height.

John Morrison is a pretty good wrestler, but a healthy Seth Rollins is one the best going today

All the same, that would still be a really good match.

I think Seth is overall more talented but I don't think he shits on Morrison or anything like that. People seem to forget how much they were rooting for Morrison to make it to the next level back when he was on the roster; and also how much they hated Rollins back in RoH when many felt he was undeserving of the belt.
