Definitely watching this when I have time. Regal has that sort of tone and manner that he'd be the nicest guy in the world to you, but cross him and you're going to be in the hospital.

I really recommend it, he goes through his entire career, pulling no punches (pun a lil intended). It's a great listen.

So glad you shared this. I've wanted to hear Regal just talk about his career for so long. Like so many others I love the way he talks, and the way he thinks. I can see why he and Daniel Bryan get along so well, both are humble and genuinely come across as nice people.
I mistakenly thought to myself "I can watch this while I edit" and started it with that in mind. Not even 5 minutes in I put my pen down, unplugged my Wacom tablet and just enjoyed 90 minutes of hearing him talk. I definitely recommend this to anyone who's a fan of his, this was great. I like these interviews where the person facilitating doesn't talk over the guest and just lets them talk.
