Well they should as it's part of the rules of the Campeonatos De Parejas matches. But there's the kicker. It's all well and good if it's cashed in prior, but technically it's never been specified that an insta cash-in had to be for a standard 2/3 falls match. If they didn't want stuff like that to happen, they should've defined it better, instead of leaving it as rather nebulous. Where is Barrister Evans when he's needed? |

They also never seemed to clarify if Los Ice Creams needed to use both of their opportunities to get one tag title shot or if they had two chances at it

Then again it would be something if they do N_R_G vs. Los Ice Creams for the vacant titles, Los Ice Creams lose 3 falls to 2 and then use the OTHER Golden Opportunity and win in 2 straight falls making it 4-3

I think the one thing we can all agree is that the whole deal wasn't very well thought through in terms of giving a tag team title a MITB type "one and done" shot. Especially with the outstanding 2/3 falls rule.

Soooo, my presumption/theory/idea is that NRG and Los Ice Creams should have a match. Winner will face Moustache Mountain (who also have three points) for the titles.

Everything should've been laid out well in advance, instead of just throwing it out there then taking it back citing rules that were never specifically stated to affect it. Blaster's tweet makes me wonder if the decision would've been upheld if it was any team other than Quack's love letter to early 90's WWF. |
