You know between the Sea Stars and NRG I feel like this has been the most negative CHIKARA Fans have been against their Tag Team Division, which has been one of the most solid tag divisions in Indy Wrestling for quite a few years...

Sea stars, well, they suck in all the aspects plain and simple About NRG, they are not bad wrestlers, but the problem with them is that they are just a 90s loveletter. They dont have personality and never been involved in a story, feud or anithing. They were simply put there to fill spots on the roster |

NRG aren't bad workers, but personality/gimmick-wise, there is NOTHING original about them. Their look is borrowed from a 90's jobber team, so is their name. Their personalities are basically just 3.0 without the charm. |

I am actually pretty ambivalent toward the Sea Stars. They're not noteworthy but not offensive to me, either. NRG are...there. There's no reason for them, nothing interesting about them. The blogs paint them as obnoxious pricks. They're obviously a Creator's Pet with how much they're featured. If they were rudos taking advantage of a stagnating tag division to pointblock and defense dodge, I don't think there'd be as big a problem with them as there is. But for some reason, they're tecnicos. |
