I just got a Roku streaming stick for Christmas. I've already put Netflix, WWE Network, Crackle, Shout Factory, Hasbro Studios, FXNow, and a bunch of the free movie channels on there. Any other good channels to get (preferably free, as i dont have much for anything aside from Netflix and WWE Network, so no subscription-based services please)?

I know of a good "adult" channel... Its nowhere to be found for me. PROGRESS wrestling has a channel that will stream the shows you rent/buy. I also get the Youtube channel and the Vimeo channel. Both free and the Vimeo channel has a lot of cool short films. If you have Amazon Prime the Amazon app is pretty good too.

This is one of my favorite topics. As if I will someday find a channel totally under the radar. (That's not how it works.) But yes, it feels like ham radio. I'm in search of channels that very few know about. (Again, that's not how it works, but I don't have ham radio, so I just have to wish for these things.)

Tunein is a good radio station app. Has a lot of stuff on it and I think I like it more than Pandora.

I got a Sony bluray player that has apps, was 45 bucks at Wal-Mart, has an opera store, think there's anything good in that?

Giant Bomb is the best video game channel I've seen so far, easy to navigate, a fair degree of content that's updated regularly.

I know of a good "adult" channel... Its nowhere to be found for me. Of course not. PRI-VATE! Honest answer, all I really use is Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, and the WWE Network. I do like Weather Underground, but I doubt you're looking for a weather channel.

Most underground "good" Roku channel I'd beat the horn of: MaddyGTV. For wrestling fans, the fact it has a couple seasons of AAW alone and is free makes it worth your time.

While searching around, i found a channel called "Flashback 80s" which is apparently a channel that streams 80s music videos 24/7. Not sure about how legal this is, but i just turned it on and they were playing "One More Night" by Phil Collins, so they do have the big name artists apparently. Also, I found some other wrestling channels called Ace Wrestling Network, Indie Wrestling Channel, and Warriors of Wrestling, anyone know if there's any good stuff on those ones?

For each of those channels: Ace Wrestling Network and Warriors of Wrestling each handle one promotion a piece( www.aceprowrestling.com/ and warriorsofwrestling.com/ for some info, respectively.) Indie Wrestling Channel has a lot of different promotions (most of them pretty obscure- the biggest names on the list are WXW-C4 and PWX)- but it does come with a way to search between specific wrestlers, so if you don't have a clue about the feds on there, you can search based on people you already know to get a good taste.

PBS, yes I'm serious. I like Rick Steves' Europe and they have every one of them. If you like their programs, it's probably on there. Smithsonian channel is pretty cool. NASA channel has some fascinating videos and information. TuneIn has my local police & fire station scanner. (Seems they really fouled up their relationship with the English Premier League, though.) The Relax Channel is nice background noise with beautiful tropical video. A couple of Manga/Anime channels I have on the off-chance I might want to watch one.

PLEX is a great channel to add as well. You set up a free server and add channels to it to stream to your Roku device. Many of the channels are available as stand-alone but it's nice to have them all in one place with PLEX.
