So I get a third hand Roko (one my brother in law had and gave to my dad who used it who gave it to me) and it give me a code 14 error. Does anyone here have any knowledge on what I could do to fix it? I should add it's a wireless network.

Take your Roku and connect it to your router using an ethernet cable. Then go ahead and set up an ethernet connection with your Roku. While you still have that ethernet connection active go ahead and setup your wireless connection. After seting up your wireless connection remove the ethernet cable. Hope this helps.

The router is in a common area of the building and thus I can no do that. Any other options?
