The problem is you really can't have Bayley drop the belt to a heel as her last match. It just doesn't work with her uique position in the promotion.

Emma's been killing it in NXT for around the last year. She's got a history with Bayley, turning heel on her last year which is when Emma reinvented herself. Then you could have Asuka go for the title.

I'd say Eva Marie, have her reign for a few months (and do the obvious pun of Eva's Revolution), then have Asuka Honky Tonk Man her.

The answer seems to be Asuka but I would enjoy Emma or Dana going on a long heel run first (or have them be womens' tag champs either way).
