I don't think we'll see him wrestle again, and having followed him and his injury history for over a decade now I can honestly say I'm okay with that. Don't think he'll leave WWE though. He has a comfy life waiting for him in retirement there assuming he wants it.

I hope that 2 weeks after Royal Rumble, Bryan appears on Raw and challenges the Undertaker to a match at WM32.
One can dream, right?

He'll get sick of waiting to be cleared by WWE and go ROH or Japan or something.

He'll go back to fighting crime. So, it's not that big of a stretch.

Have a farewell match or two, retire to an ambassador role, make bank and then start a family with Brie.

Sees out contract. Gets divorced from Brie, moves to West Virginia, starts working at Target, lives in a RV, becomes addicted to porn.

It would be so sad to see Bryan never wrestle in WWE again. With his series of injuries, it's almost painful to think of how he faced The Shield for months on end in 2013, working nearly every show with such an explosive style. WWE not clearing him honestly just feels like a way for them to avoid a lawsuit, not for his health, considering they work their talents to death and half of the roster is injured right now, with several potentially having their careers ended.
Daniel Bryan's rise to the top will cement him as arguably the best of this generation since the Ruthless Aggression era, but, if he is healthy and will work a safer style, I don't see any negatives to him wrestling again. WWE needs to freshen up, and regardless of who's left on the roster, the change would be good. Dammit, the poor guy put so much in to the company, at least give him a fair run without trying to sabatoge him, even if the title isn't involved.
No wonder guys like Rock, Stone Cold, and Lesnar left. They were treated like royalty by WWE, but the grueling schedule can just be too much, especially with injuries like Austin had. Bryan has been treated like he's expendable, even after main eventing arguably the best WM in history since The Attitude Era, and has toiled for so long for WWE, but he still wants to stay.
If he was 50 years old, no doctors were clearing him, and he felt his career was over, I'd say don't pressure the guy too much (kind of like Stone Cold). He's not addicted to drugs or anything, and has had a good amount of time off (unlike Kurt Angle). I'm not saying make him the second coming of Mick Foley in terms of super spots he should do, but if guys like Kane and Big Show can tone their wrestling down to last for 10 years too long in the business, I think a younger, potentially healthier Daniel Bryan could get 1 or 2 more safe years in WWE and a fitting end to his career.
In summary, to the question of if Bryan should get one last run, I say, YES!

Retirement match vs Styles at mania, Bryan can retire safely and Styles gets incredible heat after coming in and getting obvious face reactions initally.

He adopts another dog.
As for his career, it's up in the air. Since he's my favorite, I hope he's healthy enough to wrestle again, whether in the WWE or somewhere else, without putting himself in danger.
