Due to Mental Health. " The trial for former professional wrestling star Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka in the 1983 death of his mistress has been delayed, after a defense attorney claimed Snuka's mental health has declined so significantly he no longer understands the charges against him. "He had no idea what charges he faced," Robert Kirwan II said in court Friday, referring to the death of Nancy Argentino, 23. "He has no recollection of the incident." www.nydailynews.com/news/national/jimmy-superfly-snuka-murder-trial-delayed-article-1.2500378

Damn. I am honestly at a loss on that one. It is powerful from both sides.

Is it wrong that a part of me thinks it's an act?

He also magically forgot how to speak English to the police shortly after she died when he realized it might benefit him to have Vince McMahon try to iron things out for him.

Damn. I am honestly at a loss on that one. It is powerful from both sides. Is the "head trauma theater career" a slam against wrestling in general? If so, that might be the most damning thing I've ever seen spoken or written about wrestling ever. Damn...

Is it wrong that a part of me thinks it's an act? No, not at all, but considering decades of hard drug use and the fact that his mind has been half gone for a long time, it's a believable one.

I remember Piper saying something about Snuka's mind being gone before this case was reopened. So I think there may be some truth to this

I mean...it's certainly possible. What were his last public appearances before this all kicked off again? Surely he wasn't still wrestling, but I imagine him doing autograph signings and such? Was he punchy at those or nah?

Head Trauma Theater sounds like the name of a death metal band.
