That debut was well Dunn. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I get that it's a live show and sometimes there's production botches with camera angles. However since WWE is scripted, there's no reason to be surprised and be caught off guard when something happens. If it happens every now and then, I would not be so pissed off. However, this happens all the freaking time to the point there's no excuse for it. The only way I can think of production being this unprepared for a WWE like show is if the script is made on the fly a la on the fly booking, and that's an even bigger issue. It was stated they were using their B production people since the main producers were stuck due to the blizzard. No idea if that's true or not... but it would explain some of the botches that happened during the night.

If a thread with this name popped up in this exact section just a few years ago, everything would be a lot more awkward. That was my first thought as well. At least there have been no slow motion GIF's of Styles bending over from the Rumble in this thread (....yet).

Imagine if Jericho's debut was the Rock's reaction instead of the giant Y2J on the screen. Would have been terrible. Surprised some people are defending it.

The fact that they didn't show "I Am Phenomenal" on the screen is something I couldn't figure out. This seems like something they would have rehearsed or been told to make sure to include.

I'm assuming they shot it like they did originally because they didn't foresee AJ getting that big of a reaction, never mind getting the best reaction of the night. Until HHH's music hit.

Who'd put the "B" production team on one of the big PPV's of the year? The A-Team literally wasn't in Orlando, from what I heard. Weather was too bad for them to fly in.

"In 2016, a crack television unit was stranded in the north-eastern United States for an act of God they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum inconvenience snowstorm to the Orlando sporting district. Today, still wanted by their employers, they survive as directors of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you look into the hard camera, maybe you can hire... The A-Team."

I was thinking to myself on Sunday night how screwed they would have been had they been in the North-East 3 hours of Roman Reigns talking to Vince McMahon?
