Pshew! I might be going to the show on Thursday. I checked on the app, and looks like we're getting the good one. And by good one, I mean the one with Alexa Bliss.

There are a surprising amount of people who go to shows blind and don't have any idea about who is appearing on the cards.
Often I've been with people who didn't know, seen tons of kids dressed as Cena for shows which he isn't part of and overheard many people wildly speculating about who they will see that night.
I know the "card is subject to change" but there is no way would I go to a show without knowing who is scheduled to be performing.

I would love to go to an NXT show, but I don't think I'll actually do it unless they announce either a Philly or Baltimore takeover.
I'd love for them to do one in my local arena (Hershey, 10,500 people), but I know that won't happen.

Ugh.
I hate the damn whining over this.
It's still a development

I don't know why people think splitting the bulk of the talent up is a viable answer. This is a developmental brand, and they are not going to be sending the unknown wrestlers out on the road.

It's still a development system and it's a no name town. They're not going to send their top talent to shows like that, when those talents are selling out bigger venues in bigger towns.
You didn't see Hulk Hogan vs Roddy Piper headlining shows in small towns in 1984.

There is a simple solution: rebrand the Florida shows as NXT:NXT so people know its real developmental, not Indie competition Developmental. You joke but that's basically what they're about to do. The only difference is that they're spelling NXT:NXT "EVO:LVE". See, I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be happy that NXT has grown enough that it needs its own developmental, or sad that there's a logjam caused by a lack of faith in the Raw booking

Does it make me a bad person if I giggle at the name Gzim Selmani?
EDIT- Ah... it's pronounced "Zim.". That makes it a little better.

I don't know if it's the same deal but they didn't have a listed card for the San Jose, and I know if I'd have got that second card I'd be pissed too.

This highlights the problem with only having one major singles title for the men and women. Both champs were in Detroit, so there was no gold in Venice-- hardly seems fair.
I would try to keep the female and male champs on separate shows if you have to split cards for the same night. That or create female tag champs and/or a midcard title that can serve as the house show singles' main event belt.

I live about 20 minutes away from a venue I go to see NXT at regularly, and the last show was 2 weeks ago Saturday which I opted not to go to since it was one of the "B" shows that incidentally I was told about only a few days prior. I'm not angry or entitled with NXT expanding and giving other people across the world and country a chance to see something I see about every 6 weeks, but I am a bit upset at WWE's handling of the situation since the NXT ticket site most of us use to purchase tickets from only lists the Florida shows. You have to go on the WWE Live page to see if they're on the road that week. At the very least it would be nice for those of us that have been using the nxttickets.ticketforce.com site to have the road shows listed there as well and just let everyone buy the tickets from there. It's actually a really nice interface since it actually allows you to choose your exact seat and print the tickets immediately. I'd like to think first timers across the country would like it. The problem is most of us purchase the tickets under the assumption we're at least getting a handful of midcard guys and maybe one or two main event guys since the track record has shown that they usually have two road crews down here that are split. I really don't have a problem as long as I know beforehand.
