Couples who disagree on whether they should have a night out or stay in, watch a movie, and get frisky now have the perfect compromise at their fingertips: an Airbnb rental perfectly equipped for their 'Netflix and chill' needs.
The genuine apartment listing now available on Airbnb includes a private bedroom, access to a Netflix account, and a comfy bed for sleeping - and other activities.
Located in New York City's West Village, the listing also promises rooftop access with a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline - all for the not-so-low price of $400 a night.
'The room is designed and equipped to experience ‘Netflix & Chill' the best way possible,' the listing reads.
In addition to a Netflix account, the room is set up for the perfect movie night with an Apple TV, an HD projector, and surround-sound speakers.
There is also a minibar, which is promised to be stocked with champagne, wine, rum, vodka, gin, bourbon, beer, and mixers.
And, of course, a 'Netflix and chill' night wouldn't be complete without a place for some rated-R fun, so this room comes with a bed made up with Netflix-branded sheets and pillows.
The rental also seems to come equipped with multicolor mood lighting, in addition to candles for anyone who wants to make thing truly romantic.
The room was created as an art installation by ART404 and Tom Galle, but that makes it no less real. Potential renters can now book Saturdays only through the end of June, with all days open for booking starting in July.
And while the price may seem steep to some, it is certainly nowhere near the most expensive offering in the area.
In fact, the average price per night for a rental in the neighborhood is $205.
Of course, renters don't have to just stay in and binge-watch Orange is the New Black, either. The apartment is located in a neighborhood filled with trendy restaurants, popular bars, and good shopping.
