So I just started playing this again I'm in showcase mode 1999 and laughed that they wrote Linda McMahon out as CEO in showcase mode during the video and commentary said Vince was the former CEO during the ladder match.

Also for the second time Undertaker was referred to as Paul Bearer's son.

Rob Van Dam def. Booker T. The two men entered as friends, but Booker took things too far during the match. He wouldn’t give a clean break and tried to cheat several times. RVD withstood that and won with the Five Star Frog Splash.



No Holds Barred: Bam Bam Bigelow def. Ryback. After losing to Ryback in a Tables match last month, Bigelow got revenge as he splashed Ryback through a table to win here. This isn’t over.



ECW Tag Team Championship: The Lucha Dragons def. the Ascension (c) to win the titles when Kalisto hit Viktor with Salida Del Sol onto a steel chair.



Rusev def. Big Bossman to continue his winning ways with a vicious shuffle side kick.



Roddy Piper def. Brian Pillman. In a battle of two of the wildest men in ECW, Piper out-crazied Pillman and put him to sleep.




ECW Championship Ladder Match: Bad News Barrett (c) def. Dean Ambrose. In a battle that saw multiple chairs and ladders involved, Barrett knocked Dean off the ladder, followed and hit the Bull Hammer, before climbing back up and retrieving his gold.

Made some changes to a few CAWs and finished some new ones..

Nothing major with Suzuki, just modded the face a bit and gave him the red trim he had at Great Voyage In Yokohoma


Been watching a lot of Raw from 1998 lately and D'Lo Brown's midcard work has been a highlight, so I gave him his chest protector in-game.


I've been working on Roddy for a while, but just recently got the time to finish him.


Pretty much my favourite wrestler anywhere now, Bayley. She isn't finished, I'm not happy with her head but the attire is done.


A new attire for my CAW, Trevor Banks.



And I also turned Roman Reigns heel and put him in the Bullet Club because why the f*** not?

魔界5号 Love your CAWs, if I could just give a little input on the Roman one, I'd personally give him The Rock's boots with the back of the calf missing, completes the look and he wore 'em in FCW.

Finally got my gaming stuff back. Simmed a Royal Rumble with random participants on a whim.

The final four were "Macho Man" Randy Savage, Andre the Giant, Bam Bam Bigelow and Mikey Whipwreck.

...Mikey ended up winning.

So on a whim, simmed Mikey vs. WWE World Champion Triple H at WrestleMania.

Mikey won the title with a hurricanrana into a pin.

...this game knows some of Mikey's booking in ECW too well. @_@

I just won the tag titles in career mode. The thing is, I was only the #8 contender and my opponents weren't even the champs. Try weren't even ranked. I'm confused.

I can't really think of too many gameplay tweaks that I want for 2k17. This game is the first since HCTP to hold my attention for so long, I really just want to see basic glitches addressed. I think there has to be a better way to set up moves through tables, but other than that I think everything was a step in the right direction. Continue to flesh out universe mode, just give me more control, more stories, introduce ratings again (just make it GM mode and keep the universe name for all I care) and I would also like to see the star rating system adjusted to factor in opponents somewhat and present across all modes. If they can't give us custom themes, I would love to see theme open up the selections with themes past that WWE does own, giving us a larger catalog for CAWs. I don't really want to see the return of create-a-move but I would like to see an option under specials where you could potentially choose the call name for your finisher(s).
