Now let it be said I don't think that we're going back to 2 hour Raws any time soon, if ever.
But if they did make the plan to scale it back to a 2 hour show again, which 2 hour time slot would you use? This is going by the Eastern time zone, so adjust accordingly.
I personally feel if they're trying to expand their fanbase to include new children, 8-10 would probably be the best bet, but what say you, members of FAN?

8-10. I'm used to the other time slot but as someone that has to get up early in the morning, it's always a bit annoying having to stay up until like 11 (meaning I won't get to bed until 11:30 or 12 at the earliest most Mondays) just to watch the show. I could DVR it but I like watching with the FAN thread.

9 to 11 or 8 to 10:15 for those of us sane central time zoners. I can watch the show, post on here and then catch @ midnight before bed.

One thing I really like about 3 hour Raws is that they start at 8. I'd rather it be 8 to 10.

8-10. I can't mentally function enough to care about Raw after 10. I also have work the next day in the morning so yeah the earlier the better.

8-10. I have to be up early for work. I'd like to finish Raw before I have to go to sleep.
And, if they really want to keep the kids watching, it's a better time.

9-11 ET, 8-10 CT.
SmackDown is 8-10 and I'm fine with it. Can get home from work, eat, shower, relax a little.
With 3 hour Raws, I have to judge a good time to shower. And it's usually off before the 3rd hour anyway.
