from using his signature giant Scorpion logo that he was/is known for using in his merchandise? I'm talking about the logo printed on his singlet that he wore against Hollywood Hogan, in the Legends Of Wrestling video game, and on his WWE merch. It stuns me that he never once wore that logo in any of his appearances in TNA, this logo specifically not the other scorpion logos. I assume he owns it, because they allowed his Surfer Sting WCW logo to be printed on a Jakks TNA Legends Of The Ring figure. They could have made some good money by printing that logo on T-shirts when Sting was in TNA.

They did, but the C&D was short-lived since TNA marketed it as old content released via third party with Sting himself getting the royalties (kind of like what WWE did with the WWF DVD's under the tagged classics line they were still distributing in the UK despite the ban on the WWF logo on WWE DVD's in the U.S. from late 2002 - early 2012). Sting must have charged a lot for TNA not to afford the logo since it is the definitive Sting logo and better than the generic scorpions they showed on the titantron when Jarrett beat Rhino at Turning Point 2005.

Knowing TNA, they would have put a picture of a lobster on his shirt.

Ith3 ought the definitive Sting logo was the one on the sides of his neon tights, with its tail raised up Surprisingly TNA used that for one of his action figures but never for merchandise purposes.
