Just got back from it, and damn it was hilarious. {Spoiler}Too many funny parts to mention, but I loved Godzilla destroying Barad-dur and sneaking away like nothing happened.
Loved the callbacks to previous Batman incarnations, the visual gags for them, the jokes about Joker's previous plans, and the music cues.
The best thing about the movie is that they got the basic premise of Dick correct. Despite everything he's happy, optimistic, and he's the one that saves Batman from going completely dark.

I really enjoyed it. Funny film with a good parody of the Batman character. Would have liked a bit more involvement with the villains and maybe a few hints towards the extended Bat-Family, but worked really well. The whole playing on Batman and Joker's relationship was a lot of fun.

Loved it all. There's a great story told underneath all the spectacle. {Spoiler}I have to imagine a pitch meeting where they say "So the story we want to tell is how the brooding loner figure that is Batman turns out to be surrounded by a loving family, despite his past trauma. Now, we've got this concept art of Godzilla destroying the Eye of Sauron..."

Ok, this was hilarious, and surprisingly sweet and thrilling.
Michael Cera's Robin had me in stitches.

Apologies if I missed this but is it worth the extra $2.00 to see in 3D?

Apologies if I missed this but is it worth the extra $2.00 to see in 3D? I'd say yes because that was the version I saw. Also, if you're a Stubs member and you see it in 3d on opening weekend at certain AMC locations, you get a free Lego set. Granted it's one of those small bagged ones with only 59 pieces.
