No one dying in this would be irritating. Of course Dr. Doom would say that. We all know you want the infinity gauntlet for yourself

I feel like either Tony or Steve one needs to die in this. They're pretty much the two headliners and thus would have the biggest impact but they've also basically done everything there is to do with them. Plus I really can't remotely claim to like Tony any more, he's just become a progressively worse and worse character... really from the word go but especially since Age of Ultron. Which is kind of weird to say when I was on his side in Civil War.
I'm also pretty damn sure Loki and Drax are dying.

Got a ticket for midnight screening on Thursday night before they were sold out within eight minutes. Should presumably be easy to avoid spoilers until then.

Honestly, any kind of death toll is the one thing holding me back from seeing it opening night.

Just bought my tickets for 7 on Thursday. Kind of starting to get hype for it the closer it gets.

If certain sites are to be believed, spoilers will be out some time today. So, be wary FAN.

My point is that I'm sure Thanos will kill people off here, but that given the nature of the Infinity Gauntlet all of it will be undone in the next movie. Thanos will probably kill about half of the roster but then Nebula will turn on him once and for all, undo it, etc.

Like you said, they have gone as far with those two characters as they can. If Drax does go, it will make sense from a storyline point of view, but I will still be disappointed. Batista kills in that character and I'd love to see more. I'm going to see Infinity War Thursday night and I CANNOT WAIT!

I’ve been predicting for a while that Drax bites it but that still involves my theory that Proxima Midnight is revealed to be his daughter. Drax’ death turns her to the good side and she joins her sisters.

Just thought of something involving the multiverse and the TV problem. One of the issues is working around the tv schedules and planned storylines. What if there was a solution to that? What if it’s not just time travel in Avengers 4 but they bring other universes into play? What’s stopping other realities versions of the Netflix heroes from joining the brawl to save their worlds before going home? Just a solution to a problem they’ve mentioned.

What if the solution for stopping the Earth destruction on AoS involves sending that world over to the alternate universe? To explain: The current situation on SHIELD apparently involves a time loop scenario that supposedly guarantees Earth's destruction no matter how many times the SHIELD agents try to stop it. I'm proposing the idea of somehow causing the AoS "universe" to be its own alternate world to save it and the "main" MCU from destruction.

I've been saying this for a while but, my death pool is: Loki, Nebula, Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Hawkeye, and Vision. I could see Scarlet Witch biting it as well.
I'm not usually one to say something MUST happen in a story but, it's Thanos. Someone has to die in a horrific manner.

I can't at all see Hawkeye dying but he'd probably be near the top of the list of people I would kill. Never remotely found the character interesting. Same for Black Widow, but in her case it would be absolute lunacy to kill her because it invites enough bad press as it is that she hasn't gotten a movie yet that to pretty definitively go, "Yeah, never happening," would go over like a lead balloon.

I'm guessing that Helen Cho is dying in Infinity War.

I mostly went by "who's story is at or near finished?" for my list. There's still something to be said for most of these characters except for the aforementioned. Tony's story is over. It just is. He's gone through his entire arc and now Peter can take his place. Steve's gone through his story as well. It's time for Bucky or Falcon to take the shield. Nebula just has to tell Thanos to piss off, and then her story is done. She can sacrifice herself to get some redemption. Same with Loki. Vision has a stone. He must die for Thanos to get them all. I'm not sure what else stories you could tell with Hawkeye and Scarlet Witch. They've been neglected by the MCU and that's a shame considering who's playing them.

Counting down the hours until 9pm on Thursday. This anticipation is killing me. I don’t usually care about spoilers, but I’m actually trying to avoid them before I see the movie.

Apparently the NDA on the screening expires at 1:30 EST so might want to set up a separate spoiler thread around then.
