So, was the reason Twilight came across as unlikable in this one was because she basically put Starlight to choose between her Friendship Dinner or going to Trixie's show?

Some people brought up a good point, this episode kinda almost ended in attempted suicide. The whole end premise is a Houdini-esque trick involving being eaten by a manticore and teleporting out. Trixie needed Starlight to help her, but when they had a falling out, she still did the trick, essentially with hopes that she'd come back. So yeah, essential near suicide. |
