"Slice Of Life": What is there to say about this episode? It was simply amazing! It was funny, heartwarming and was awesome in its celebration of the fan community by giving some secondary and background characters the stage for once. Using Matilda and Cranky's wedding as a backdrop was a good idea and the different stories went not too long and not too short either. Especially liked the Octavia/Vinyl segment and their ride through Ponyville. So...yeah, what else can I say but...amazing episode. Just amazing. A.
The TLML Adventures Part 66
Twinkleshine, Lemon Hearts and Minuette stayed at Lyra's again, this time for attending the wedding of Matilda and Cranky which was due tomorrow.
In the morning, Lemon Hearts noticed an interesting object in Lyra's possession: a golden cane that seemed to have a derped face of their former friend Twilight on it.
When asked about it, Lyra answered that she found it on the street of Ponyville one afternoon and it was a perfect addition to her collection of mysterious doohickeys and knick-knacks.
Lemon Hearts stared fascinated at it since it reminded her of the batons she through when she was a filly in the Canterlot Gifted Unicorn School Marching Band.
Noticing Lemon Hearts's eyes, Lyra made it clear that her collection is very important to her and nopony should ever touch it!
Suddenly, they got the notification that the wedding was moved to today and Lyra had to quickly find Bon Bon to decorate the town hall!
Lemon Hearts, meanwhile, decided to go outside to inform Twinkleshine and Minuette who were out in the town about it, but before she did...she snatched the Twicane from its position, thinking that a little baton-throwing outside would not hurt if she took it back later.
Meanwhile, Minuette was more concerned about the bugbear that was attacking Ponyville...
A bit later, Lyra and Bon Bon were busy decorating Town Hall, when they had their own problems to figure out...
Outside, finally, Twinkleshine also noticed that something was up...
Twinkleshine decided to search for her friends to get them to Town Hall in time.
Minuette and Lemon Hearts, at the same time, still searched for the others respectively, when something unexpected happened...
Luckily, Lemon Hearts could retrieve the Twicane shortly since it was near her and all, and ran it quickly back to Lyra's home before getting back to the wedding.
Finally all were gathered at the wedding and sat through an awesome ceremony...
Later that night, after a great wedding party the four plus Bon Bon returned home when Lyra immediately noticed something off:
"Why is my cane dirty?"
With a nervous chuckle, Lemon Hearts began to speak:"Its a long story..."
