I'm starting this mainly because there's one thing in particular I've grown sick to death of seeing. Tilt a whirl head scissors, especially in intergender matches. Everytime a woman wrestles a man it's like there's some law that they must use that move. Between that and cruiser weight style wrestlers it's been done to death. Just stop it. While we're at it let's do away with the old shoulder first into the post after missing a charge. Well, that's my short rant. What spots are y'all sick of?

Ambrose's boomerang "falling out of the ring" clothesline. Lame!

There's not exactly a spot i dont want to ever see again. But i can become bored of see a wrestler do the same move over and over again in the same match

The "Indie Standoff", where people do a bunch of alternating rapidfire counters then pop up at the same time and stare each other down, waiting for applause.

The catapult/slingshot.
I can count the amount of people on one hand with fingers to spare that have made his move look convincing.

Not to "never see" again, but if a company were willing to actually put a counter on "times a teammate is allowed to break up an opponent's pinfall" in a tag match, that'd really help make the show a bit better and help give a shift to the traditional tag team match (as well as potentially add more double-teams, since "those" moves wouldn't be as measured.)
I know DH Smith said once in an interview the "in-house" rules referees were told is "tag teams were limited to doing it once before a DQ", but if this was made an onscreen, kayfabe plot point it'd add some drama to the match.

I really don't need to see the spear through the barricade spot anymore in WWE.
There was a time that they seemed to do it at least once a show... if not more with different people.
It's been toned down a lot but it still feels like it's lost a lot of it's impact since they go to that well so damned often.

Not a spot, more of just a move: diving headbutt

in terms of I'm sick of it: the spot in any match with more than 2 people on a team, where half of them chain together suicide dives.
in terms of f*** that move with a rake: Burning Hammer

Do lots of people do the Burning Hammer? I know Dan Maff did it.

Inverted Atomic Drop.
Looks dumb when a guy makes a big comeback hitting a few big moves and throws this in and you can clearly see the attackers knee doesn't even touch the guys groin.

I don't believe is is supposed to hit the groin, that'd be a DQ, it is supposed to hit the tailbone. The groin was just kind of an oops (let the face or heel get away with something) that became the go to sell and made the move make no sense.

That move should never have existed, and now because it does, there are people dumping other people on their heads on a pile of chairs every week for $20 and a hotdog in front of 50 people. I really think that move is one of the bigger factors in Misawas death, along with the Ganso bomb.

I'm sick of guys running to the corner, hopping up on the bottom turnbuckle, turning around and running back towards their opponent.
