Doesn't really happen much anymore, if at all, but the standing axehandle on a downed opponent leading to a boot to face reversal has always been the dumbest thing to me.
I think Tower of Doom spots are my least favorite thing, it looks too much like a cooperative, coordinated stunt that it really takes away my suspension of disbelief and I can't pretend what I'm watching is a competitive match anymore. It's too unbelievable that the guy on the bottom is powerbombing the middle guy with so much strength that it overpowers two guys above him, in tag matches it makes even less sense as some sort of means to rescue his partner. It's the equivalent of a hack joke by a comic to me, it might get a pop every time but it's not clever at all.

Correcting my first post. Yes there are a kind spot i dont want to see anymore: any spot involving foreign objects.
Wrestling moves are already dangerous without involving chairs/tables/stairs/thumbtack/barbed wire and etc

Tapping out.
Verbal submissions and towels being thrown in and passing out only. Tapping on a person is a way of adding drama like you want out. I've wanted this gesture as a match-ender out since the first time that can of worms was opened.

I don't like when guys use finishers and signature moves against those guys who "own" the moves. I hated when Austin used the sharpshooter and 2nd turnbuckle elbow/forearm against Bret Hart. Thought it was cheap and lame.

Thought it was cheap and lame. I don't mind it. It just depends on the situation. In cases like the Austin feuds you can tell it's being done as a sort of "f*** you" to who he's up against. Especially when it came to Austin/Rock, the Rock's Stunner and Austin's Rock Bottom were done with so much less pinache than the owners of the moves and further illustrated why they were the masters of them.

As others have mentioned, the whole bit of swapping escapes and reversals and popping up in a standoff to wait for applause.
I'll also go with all the convoluted stuff that the Young Bucks do in every match.

In multi-man matches where a group huddle together on the outside and proceed to spend forever doing nothing but staring at their opponent who jumps into them and causes them to fall down like bowling pins.
The ridiculous set up to the move completely ruins its effect.

That swapping pinning combination thing where the opponent bridges up every single damn time, the one where you see them preparing for it before the ref even starts counting. It has never ever resulted in a pin. It clearly doesn't work so don't do it! (Sorry I can't think of a better way to describe it, the women in WWE use it a fair bit)
I agree with the superplex being in way too many matches, I just want it to be rested it for a while.

I knew there must be a reason it came to mind, I must still be in shock that it worked. Still don't like it though.

Vicious neck moves (Michinoku Driver) the hell? i've seen hundreds of michinoku drivers and none of them have been any more neck-droppy than a standard bodyslam.

I don't know if he still does it a lot, because I haven't been following that closely week to week, but if Owens isn't going to beat anyone with the Top Rope Brainbuster, he needs to retire it. It looks ridiculous to have people kicking out of that. Kick out of that, but a Cena AA keeps them down. That's bass-ackwards.

Plus, people do Burning Hammer's every week? Where? Isn't that the traditional Maff family greeting?

They're probably talking about the Michinoku Driver I, a pretty rare move. What you're thinking of is the much more famous Michinoku Driver II, the one TAKA innovated, the first one was Great Sasuke's and is a brainbuster variation that neither TAKA or Sasuke use particularly often after using it early in their respective careers.
